Confortable, quiet nights, clean, friendly staff, the activities were quite good. Pool was clean. Overall we had a good time.

Something needs to be done about the e-bikes. Speeding around campsites and riding on sidewalk. Gangs of kids riding together. Especially when trying to trick or treat. Why would you allow in costume parade? Also being questioned about number of pumpkins when some of our kids have sporting events and we are picking up their pumpkin. Why did you stop showing a movie.

We love staying at this KOA it is so much fun for the kids during Fall Festival! All the employees are so friendly! The food at the snack shack is really good too!

Great fall festivities for to celebrate halloween time!!!! Loved the decorations throughout the resort. Everyone was festive and loved that so many of the sites were decorated and handing out treats to all the kids. We had a wonderful time. The pumpkin patch with a pumpkin per kid was great!! � loved all the activities offered. Clean, fun amenities, great staff. We will be back!

It has been 8 years since our last visit to the San Diego KOA and it just keeps getting better. The October events for the kids and the Halloween decorations done by the campers was awesome. Our kids are adults now, but it is nice to see that parents are trying to get the young ones away from home. Doggies give the K9 park two paws up (great smells).

Our week was nice very clean park. Employees were very helpful and nice. We participated in the trick or treat very nice. Our 4 Granddaughters were with us as they were out collecting candies a camper made a rude comment I didn't appreciate that.

Had problems pulling 50 amps. Called office and they sent workman over to check it. Kept breaking the circuit, they blamed SDG E. We paid for the 50 amp and did not get it. Very disappointing, should get a an adjustment/refund.

We have been camping here for over 25 years. There aren't enough lights to walk around safely. We like to walk around after dark. A few more lamp post would make a difference. We did have a great stay.

Our kids really enjoyed the fall fest activities as well as the jumping pads. The staff were great and very friendly. We love that it is safe for our children to explore and have fun all around the campground. My only recommendation would be to put a TV at the pool for sports fans.

We are so impressed with this location. Clean, great amenities, beautiful trees and landscaping, fantastic pool area, and a large helpful, friendly staff. And the activities for kids couldn't be any better. Thank you for going above and beyond to provide such a wonderful resort!

Bobbi was amazing and so friendly . All the fun kids events made the stay so worth it. The pool was very clean, all the workers were very friendly.

The San Diego KOA is probably the nicest KOA we have ever stayed at we've only stayed at about five, but this is definitely the nicest. The pool was amazing and clean. Bathhouse and restrooms were always well taken care of the roads were nice. All the sites seem pretty nice can't wait to return. Mike

We had a wonderful time at the KOA. Our check in was smooth and our spot was in a very nice location. Our grandkids had space to play and ride their scooters. We can’t wait to return.

This KOA is a bit out of the way but it’s very clean, neat and has lots of amenities for me and my dog. The front desk was friendly and cooperative and all my interactions were fine.

Great stay staff got us close to the pool for my 82 year old mom ada. Restroom and shower were very clean.

Our stay was very nice; we always enjoy our stay at this KOA. We had a couple of guess who came to our site and they did not know the parking rules and it felt a little aggressive from the staff in the manner they were asked to move their vehicles especially when the park was practically empty on a Sunday afternoon.

Only issue we had is that campsite 2110 where we stayed was not clean. It had not been blown down and picnic table was completely covered in white bird poop.

It is very pretty and pictures of the place are wonderful but reality is we were swarmed by mosquitos and kept asking to have facility sprayed. The sewer connection at our site didn’t have thread and smelt like Sewage. Walking past other sites also smelt sewage. Description of our site was “concrete patio” and long,easy to access pull through”. It was not a patio site and not long

We had a great stay!! The pool was the best Ive ever seen at any campground. Near to the beaches which is what we came for! Great camp store. Only downfall were the crows at dawn and the mosquitos at dusk, not sure what can be done about either of those issues tho. Clean nice bathrooms, kids loved the playground, the Halloween decor was a bonus!! Overall a great park experience, will be back!!

I have stayed at your campground multiple times. we had 3 campsites. I want to tell you that I am disappointed in some things there. First, we rented a cabana for my daughters birthday party. Dirty, leaves, everywhere,freezer had a huge pile of melted ice cream. Why would you leave that. I asked for cleaning no blowing done. Also homeless people came in and showered. i informed, no one cared

Cable TV worked intermittently, with channels not broadcast as listed on your brochure, channel transmission issues with Direct TV and in general poor signal resulting in poor picture quality and breakup. WiFi was marginal even though we were near a booster. Even using the cable booster o my RV signal strength was poor resulting is slow upload/downing of emails and Cloud backups. Bathrooms -poo

It was a great place, a little far from everything via a bike ride but very nice. The mosquito were incredibly unfortunate, make it impossible to hang out outdoors!

I have been coming for many years but this year I felt like the activities were not as good as previous years for the kiddos and the roaches and mosquitos were insane. We spent most of our time inside because the amount of critters outside.

The birds of paradise is a waste of time it is so annoying to all of the guests the little speaker on top of the building the swimming pool was filthy there's sand all in the bottom of it and all of the paint is peeling on the deck there's bird poop all over the chairs

Everything was great except mosquitos. Would be beneficial if you guys could spray for insects as they really kept us from staying outdoors.

We would rate the best except mosquitos were out by of control. You need to spray we could not walk around it was so bad. We ope our door and they rushed in.

I typically love this place and stay every Labor Day. However between my kids and I we walked away with over 200 mosquito bites combined and that is just us. Not counting the other 15 people we went with who were also completely covered. It made for a miserable weekend and now a miserable recovery. No bug spray or candles or electronic deterrents helped at all.

We visit frequently and recommend this campsite to others but this last trip was really bad from the mosquitoes, we couldn't hang out outside without getting 30 plus bites at the campsite, sitting by the cafe, or participating in the events so it made us contemplate why we paid all this money to hide inside and if we wanted to rebook for next year.

Mosquitoes were horrible! Picnic benches at campsites and common areas are very tipsy, I had an accident at this campground 2 years ago and broke my wrist when the bench tipped back on me. The benches are still very unstable.

We love it here! Our kids about let us go anywhere else cause Bobby is sooooo great with the kids. There are so many activities to keep the kids busy all weekend. We can't wait to go back!

Overall great time - good from from Sand Castle - but outside experience was terrible with all the mosquitoes! We have been coming for over 20 years and do not remember having so many bites! Hopefully something can be done.

This is an extraordinary place. There are hundreds of spots available to park your RV and vehicle and plug in for electricity and water as well as facilities for cleaning and maintaining your RV. Your choice of a small cabin, deluxe cabin, or deluxe cabin by the pool. They even have spots available where you can just pull in and pitch a tent. I really enjoyed the option to cook with the regular grill, gas grill, or the electric stoves that are available. Sinks with hot water for washing dishes. There is a laundry room is definitely a plus. The gift shop has just about everything and if you need something off-site then that's not a problem. Many stores within a 2-mile radius. Lots of activities available for adults and kids. Very pet friendly. The cabins are cozy and come with a plug-in, ceiling fan with a light, and comfortable bunk beds. I don't call it camping. I call it "glamping!" The restroom and shower facilities are top-notch and I do mean top-notch. There is plenty of space. The staff do an amazing job keeping this place clean and beautiful. I'll definitely be back I heard that it's good to book way ahead if you can. Even up to a year in advance.
