Bobbie is a rockstar! She is truly amazing and most definitely made our whole trip so memorable! From the Wiffle ball game to the Halloween festivities. She is amazing. Madison (I hope that I’m getting her name right) was also such an amazing young lady. She was so good with the kids and I do believe she just loves her job! The whole weekend was amazing! Thank you!

We arrived on Monday and the park was mostly empty and quiet. The spot we were assigned was 3001, an end spot. We were cramped, could barely open our slides, and had to park the truck in the overflow parking. We asked for a different spot and the staff were awesome and accommodating. We moved, had plenty of room and enjoyed our stay. The kids loved it, especially the spooky train!

We always like staying at this park. However, site was not clean and prepared for us prior to our arrival. There were leaves all over the site and the site picnic table was covered with encrusted bird droppings, appearing that it had not been cleaned in quite a while. I asked the registration personnel to have it cleaned, and she agreed, but no one ever showed up to clean the site. Disappointing

We stayed five nights in a motor home. We were close to clean, modern restrooms. The pool is the best! We enjoyed the full concrete layout at our site and would ask for this site again. The park was very clean, well organized and nicely decorated for the holidays.

Had a wonderful time. SD KOA is my favorite place to stay. So much fun, always clean and the staff is excellent. Never disappointed.

So clean, very nice employees, lots of activities for the kids. Would love to have the barrel train daily for longer than 1 hour. It is a highlight for toddlers and preschoolers

My one and only complaint is that it doesn't appear that you do any patrolling of the grounds during quiet hours. Friday and Saturday nights, especially. You rely on campers to do the right thing and quiet down. I'm not talking at 10pm. I'm talking by 11:30pm, the campground was buzzing. It's not my job to confront inconsiderate drunk campers to practice common courtesy. It's yours. Not cool.

Arrived on a Saturday and stayed 5 nites. Mistake...Saturday is full of kids running/riding wildly and noisy parties at night. Sunday to Thursday was nice after the noisy crowd left....BUT the Campground uses the midweek days to do their landscaping and everything is VERY NOISY. Also, every night, Crows fly in and drop messy poops on cars & Rigs

Everything was wonderful, except for the lack of response to several requests to remove the large puddle of water behind our trailer spot. It was finally resolved several days later by a very attentive employee.

I arrived my spot was dirty full of bird poop, the bark from the tree was so high around me we could not walk, i yes I had to clean all the poop around my area I did not have a rake so I called and asked if it can be picked up which you did. I still can’t get over how dirty my spot was, I do suggest you clean before your guest comes.

It's our second time staying here and we love it!! Our cabin is clean with 2 new AC units in the living room and bedroom. We enjoy the pool activity, jumping pillow and dog park as well. The gas grill outside our cabin is ready to be used with gas tank attached already.

It's hard to find an affordable RV park in the San Diego area. This KOA did the job. Nestled under large trees and has concrete pads. There is road noise, but that wasn't a bother for us. Someone was in our spot when we arrived and the staff was fantastic at helping us into another spot. More than accommodating. We stayed several days for what a hotel would have cost for 1 night. San Diego convention center took 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. We were not able to use the park amenities, but they offer a very nice pool area, fun bike rentals, and an outdoor eating area with a fun beach theme. We enjoyed a paper plate kind of breakfast, which was just fine for us. An areal image would have been nice to show all that the KOA had to offer and the convenience of the location, but we were told no drones. We didn't need internet, so I forgot to check. I'm assuming it was adequate due to the location. There was an altercation with some guests one night, and it had us concerned for our safety and the tent campers behind us. But all was fine. Also, there is plenty of tent camping spots and several log cabins. We would stay again.
