Office is wonderful to work with. Bathrooms are cleanest we’ve seen in campgrounds.

Everything was great. We felt very safe with the gate code. This was definitely the nicest KOA we've ever stayed at! Can't wait to come back.

The nightly rates are expensive for people without small children or people not interested in the pool or jacuzzi. My biggest complaint is the attitude at the snack window. The people working there are indifferent and you have to ask for everything. I ordered the fish and chips and received no condiments, napkins or utensils. The bathrooms and showers are clean and I appreciate that.

We absolutely had a wonderful time. The pull in spot was so easy to get in and out of with our truck and travel trailer. I had 4 kids to keep occupied from ages 14 to 5 and there was so many things to do to keep them all happy. The events that were planned were so much fun and we all had a great time. We will definitely come back again. Thank you so much!

Everyone is always so nice and welcoming, even after going to your KOA for over 20 years... Biannca is always great!! Bobby and her team due a fabulous job getting all these events for all these kids to have fun.... The girl bunny addition was a hit... Thank You, see you in October

We love that there are activities for the kids (night copters, egg hunt, bingo, "train" ride during halloween, etc). The puppet comedian fell a bit flat - old school humor that isn't as acceptable/funny for this generation. Desperately need more chairs at the pool - not functional and visually a mess with stuff everywhere since people dont have a space to sit and put their things. Easy fix please!

Our first stay in our new RV. The campground was extremely clean, everything we needed was available. Entire staff was very courteous and professional. Shout out to “Dillon” helping me troubleshoot an electrical issue that turned out to be a switch I accidentally bumped that disconnected our 12v battery system. We will definitely be staying here again!

I biggest issue was I felt your workers in their golf carts drove around too fast. There are a lot of blind corners and a lot of kids and felt that some times your workers seem to be driving too fast.

Birds crapping on vehicles and rv daily in morning and at nite; loud stereos which security randomly responding to; safety hazard for kids on bikes, scooters, etc as they race around park and cars cannot always see them; people walking around at all hours of nite talking loudly to wake you up but are no where to be found when looked for; manager great however front office personnel are not to brig

We are locals & did a staycation. Our kids absolutely loved it here. The place has a lot to offer. We wish the bike rentals were opened a little later since it’s spring break, but other than that it was a nice stay.

The spa bleached my swimsuit. The angles of roadways and positioning of bushes made it difficult to see oncoming traffic when driving through the park. The park attracts terrible guests. They're loud; they overflow their spaces with excessive humans, cars, and toys; they walk through other people's sites; and they leave litter everywhere. I was happy to leave the chaos.

We enjoyed our stay here! The staff and manager were very attentive to any problems or concerns. Our first site had a power issue and the manager came and offered to move us right away. We enjoyed the hot tub, but the pool a little too cold for my liking. However kids had a blast. We like the proximity to Coronado Island & Balboa Park! We like this KOA due to it’s proximity to Coronado Islan

Beautiful park. Convenient to SD attractions and beaches. For us, a great place to stay while visiting grandkids in Chula Vista. Love it here, will be back.

The campground and staff are awesome. The crows that start squawking at 4:00 am make it difficult to get enough sleep to enjoy all Sandiego has to offer.

This was our first time staying at the San Diego Metro KOA. We've tried for a while to get reservations but have never been able. I now know why!! This campground is beautiful. It is well kept and clean. Every person that worked there that we spoke with was very helpful. the pool is absolutely beautiful. We loved the San Castle cafe got coffee there daily! Will be back :)

This was our second time here. We had a great time. Our only complaint would be the cafe hours closing at 1 during what was our spring break was disappointing. Also the 1 lady working at the cafe was not very friendly. The only grouchy staff we encountered during our stay. Other than that our trip was great!

Put on the end of a row and had requested to be next to a friend but there was a hedge between us-it site was sparse,plain, no shade, nothing but a table. There were headlights both days shining into my trailer. Even numerous empty sites we could have been put in. Another trailer close by had black H2O stunk whole weekend. Loud music was allowed at the pool and major disrespect from other camps.

The only issue we had was that kids (under 18) were always in the Adults Only hot tub. Every time we wanted to use it, we had to point to the Adults Only sign and ask them to get out. I would suggest colored wristbands with one color for adults and another color to kids.

This KOA was awesome! Clean, well staffed and plenty of activities. You can tell that the owners care about the guest experience and it shows. I would definitely recommend this KOA.

Staff members were great! Food was great! Only thing I would like to see is reminding people upon check-in to not cut through people’s campsite. It’s camping etiquette. My husband and I alone had at least 4 different people/times when it happened. And reminding people to keep radio volumes down within their site. You all handled that quickly when a neighbor was very loud with theirs.

Everyone on staff is extremely happy and pleasant. All seem to really enjoy their jobs. If we are ever back in the area this would most definitely be our choice to stay. Thank you KOA.

We love this KOA! The staff, including Ramon, are wonderful. We love all the trees, but wish the birds would find another place to hang out since they poop so much! Our awnings were wiped out. So many great upgrades over the years - it would be amazing if the laundromat was upgraded to accept credit cards rather than quarters and an app to track how much time remains on each load. We'll be back:)

This is an extraordinary place. There are hundreds of spots available to park your RV and vehicle and plug in for electricity and water as well as facilities for cleaning and maintaining your RV. Your choice of a small cabin, deluxe cabin, or deluxe cabin by the pool. They even have spots available where you can just pull in and pitch a tent. I really enjoyed the option to cook with the regular grill, gas grill, or the electric stoves that are available. Sinks with hot water for washing dishes. There is a laundry room is definitely a plus. The gift shop has just about everything and if you need something off-site then that's not a problem. Many stores within a 2-mile radius. Lots of activities available for adults and kids. Very pet friendly. The cabins are cozy and come with a plug-in, ceiling fan with a light, and comfortable bunk beds. I don't call it camping. I call it "glamping!" The restroom and shower facilities are top-notch and I do mean top-notch. There is plenty of space. The staff do an amazing job keeping this place clean and beautiful. I'll definitely be back I heard that it's good to book way ahead if you can. Even up to a year in advance.
