We had a very enjoyable and relaxing time. We stayed at this KOA a few years back. There were many activities and conveniences. Our boys had an awesome time. There was a slight smell in the cabin. Not sure if it was a septic tank situation? We would definitely return again.

Activities never start on time. Cabin wasn’t clean and had dead roaches. The cafe is insanely expensive.

Had a great time with family and friends. The parkway decorated to the hilt with Halloween and fall decorations. Will be returning next year.

We enjoyed all the amenities, the park was beautiful.We stayed in the one of the largest canine the internet did not work inside the cabin, I got dirty towels, and a faulty carbon monoxide monitor that kept beeping throughout the day. On each occasion the staff went up and above to solve the issues, they were all friendly caring and attentive, you would have thought we were at 5 star accommodation

It was the first time for my 6yr old granddaughter she had soo much fun. She cried it was time to go home. I had to reassure her we would be back for Fall Fest next year.

We stay every Fall. We have stayed in a tent, in cabins with no bathroom, eco-tents, deluxe cabins, and rented a trailer. Our children love the family freindly environment the KOA provides. It always feels safe and inviting. Lot's to do. My children enjoy the jumping pillows, pool, and all the activities run by the KOA. The bathrooms are always stocked and clean. Great stay.

This was our first time staying at the deluxe cabin, and we really liked how all the amenities were provided. My kids especially enjoyed the loft. The things we didn’t like were that two of the three cabin bathrooms didn’t have locks and the water temperature was inconsistent when showering. Hopefully those issues can be fixed.

Last year we stayed in a tent this year in a cabin we will be back next year and maybe stay in a tiny house? It was really nice this year the weather was perfect staff was friendly thank you!

What a beautiful campsite. It was decorated for Fall/Halloween which added so much. The pool was beautiful - crystal clear and inviting. My grandson had a great time playing on the playground and jump pillow. The cafe was closed as we were there on a Monday so I can't rate that. The little store was well stocked although we didn't buy anything. The front desk staff was very friendly!!

This year left us feeling disappointed. Lots of the rules aren’t followed or enforced. Golf carts drive so fast in campground. Bathrooms and showers weren’t as clean. The inside of the cabin is always dusty and full of spider webs and the floor is so dirty. Parking in front of sites kept getting taken up by visitors.

Great venue. I’m in a wheelchair and hope to transfer to cabin with a ramp/handicap. The grandkids had a fantastic time… golf cart made a big difference for me…

Stayed in DC207 Room was good but only 1 burner worked on the stove needed 2 and microwave did not work well looked like there had been a fire in it was black inside is a fire hazard needs a new one.

I would not choose to come here but our annual group camping trip has always been here’s. Our “delux” cabin is not worth $330+/night. Grease pooled/running down the wall behind the stove, dark dried run marks down the wall behind the sink, caulking from bathroom wall to around sink with big chunks out of it, bathtub chips out of the bottom etc…. Price keeps going up, quality keeps going do

We love KOA! Only reason for 4 stars was the lack of help at the cafe Sunday am. 1 cashier and 1 cook. There were 18 people in line. It took 20 minutes for a coffee and 45 for breakfast. I would hope to have quicker service on check out day.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the camp. I liked that the cabin was fully equipped and it was comfortable. We also enjoyed the patio for grilling eating and liked the fire ring. The only thing that I didn't like was that the loft has such a short ceiling and we couldn't stand up there but everything else was great.

This year was hands down better than all the past years!! Thank you to all the staff!! Very appreciative that we are able to be "grandfathered" into our sites. Was able to enjoy our Friday evening without having to worry about getting up at 3am to maybe get our site! Appreciate all the staff so much, everybody is so kind (Bobbi and Bianca are top notch)! Staff is hospitable and kind. I love the director’s enthusiasm during the events. The music during pumpkin carving was great and the live band was awesome. We had so much fun all weekend. Thank you!

I got a deluxe pool side cabin for my parents to stay in for 4 nights. It was so cute, clean, and efficient. My mom loved being so close to the pool and everything was within walking distance. Plenty of towels, basic cooking tools, and it even had a full-sized fridge and a small dish washer. They can't wait to visit again!

I was not informed that the weather warranty was going to fall off my online reservation when I called the office to add an additional day. I was told by Raquel that she would a note on my reservation to add as a courtesy and it was not done. I lost coverage of 2 days of rain. On my visit to the café, the young lady with short blonde hair was very unwelcoming.

The mosquitos kill it. We are now home itching to death. This is every time we have gone here for the last 3 years! You have to do a better on that issue! The resort is beautiful, and the customer service is great. I love that we can text for firewood or to communicate with the office on a need and you quickly respond but the mosquito killed for all of us

The front desk staff were very helpful and answered all of my questions. Our cabin was very clean and tidy when we arrived. My only criticisim is not with the KOA but with occupants, with so many children around, people walking. I think some people need to be reminded that it is a slow zone, not only in cars but also on bikes. My family and I will be there soon again, thank you for the hospitality

We loved our stay at the San Diego Metro KOA. We were supposed to go camping in Julian for the weekend with our RV but my husband had a family emergency. We canceled that trip but I still wanted to do something fun with my kiddos(5). So i booked a cabin at the KOA and we had a blast. Their pool is huge. The grounds are very clean. We will definitely be back. The cabin was beautiful!

WE HAVE VISITED THE CHULA VISTA KOA SEVERAL TIMES JULY THRU SEPT — & NOT ONCE HAVE WE EVER EXPERIENCED MOSQUITOES EVER! THEY WERE TERRIBLE LASF WEEKEND! WE THOUGHT WE WERE SAFE BECAUSE WE WERE STAYING IN A CAMPING CABIN BUT THERE IS A 1/4 IN GAP AT THE BOTTOM OF THE DOOR! THEY WERE ENTERING OUR CABIN & WE DIDNT REALIZE IT UNTIL 2ND NIGHT. AFTER 50 BITES EACH, COULDNT STAND IT ANYMORE & LEFT EARL

Nicest KOA bathrooms/showers i have seen! Overall very nice spot. Cafe was pricey but staying in SD for 3 nights for $180 was worth it. For the tent campers the tent sites are against the freeway and RV storage so it's a bit busy. Also, try to keep your tent away from the grass. Our tent got pelted by sprinklers at 1am. Lastly if you're a light sleeper bring ear plugs for the crows at 5am.

아이들이 놀기에 최적합한 장소인것 같다.. 토렌스에서 출발해서 가기엔 가깝고도 먼 거리... 밤10시 20분쯤 도착 했는데 직원분이 기다려 주고 친절하게 도와줘서 기분이 좋았고, 다음날부터 기분 좋게 놀기 좋은 곳으로 변한 곳..토요일은 신나는 DJ와 음악 글구 마지막 날은 가기 싫어 힘들어 한곳... 마지막으로 직원분들이 돌아다니면서 화장실, 샤워실 청소, 카트 타고 다니면서 안전 확인해주는게 👍
