I really want to give a big shout out to AL Man he my the stay for my family amazing he really went over the top for us continued to check in throughout the weekend, helped me with my Proposal i had been stressing about all weekend, This is why we continue to come back here every year this camp site is amazing and i am now officially Engaged! Thank you Al for everything man truly appreciate you!

We always enjoy our stay here however I would recommend changing the box spring in cabin DC207. We didn't get a good night sleep due to the very loud bed and for the price I would prefer to get some sleep. Additionally the sink in the kitchen was leaky.

I was disappointed to not receive an activity sheet for the long weekend at check in. I was also extremely disappointed in this years activities. Giving out a tie dye kit to do on our own was not nearly as fun and the colors took a long time to take to the shirts in ckmparsion to years past when big buckets of dye were provided. Also suggest having more than one team member working the kids club

many amenities for children. DUring holidays on weekends, a live band is driven around on a platform float - very cool - tree lighting ceremony was very cool.Very festive. Employees are very friendly.

We stayed in the deluxe cabins by the pool. They were great, except they could have been a bit cleaner. The floor were quite dirty (not surprising), but it would be nice if they were either cleaner or there was an easier way to wash them.

too noisy all day even night time too. I reported it, but no one tried to control it. except deluxe cabin, all other area is not good to protect privacy. I wanted to relax there with my family, but failed. Very disappointed this time!

This was my first road trip by myself in decades I’m a Vietnam Era Vet this is my healing trip to see my children and family in Az and Ca felt safe and enjoyed every minute

Staff were friendly, great community, animals friendly, cabin was clean, hot water shower is great. The only thing i would say is double clean the v Blanket, the one we had has a smoke smell to it. Maybe double rinse ? But other then that everything is great.

I rented a Glamping Tent during my stay. The tent was wonderful. A little cold but great. It was clean and had everything we needed during the stay. I have stayed in other campgrounds resorts like KOA. The majority offers complimentary coffee; it is a nice way to give back to your guests paying to stay there. You should consider that. My glamping tent had enough coffee for 1 night.

We always have fun when we stay at the KOA in Chula Vista. My family and I disconnect from the outside world. KOA is a play that brings us together to fun, make each other laugh, smores over the fire and making memories.

Phone person was very helpful checking in good positive experience. I do notice your staff not very happy to be at work,employees driving to fast,I love it here at the koa it’s always clean, bathroom’s always clean

The Staff was Excellent! From the Check in desk to the Security, and all the other Staff who keep the KOA running. The cabin was exceptionally clean and stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 days stay at KOA San Diego. We used the Dog Park every day. It was very clean. Thanks to all the staff for our great experience. If in the San Diego area we would use you again.

Everything was great! We had a blast. Deluxe Cabin 203 needs work though. And it’s really small with less room and needs updating. The other cabins we have stayed in have more room and have upgrades, like nice air and heating systems.

Excellent family friendly staff and campground. My children loved everything. From the pool, bounce pillows, train ride. They had so much fun. We will be back again.

it's not a 5 because there was some confusion about check out time. I received an e-mail that seemed to say check out is at 12 and the day of I was told check out was at 11. Yikes! but other than that we had a great time. maybe consider making that more clear since you have different check out times for different spots

Our family had a really fun time &everything was great except one thing. We stayed in a deluxe cabin, & it smelled strong like bleach when we walked in (which I'm ok w/ but the floors were filthy). The refrigerator was so overwhelming w/ the smell of bleach that we had to air it out. After walking around barefoot in the cabin, the bottom of our feet were black. The floors were SO dirty! Mop them!

I always fill up our gas tanks here. They have great prices and friendly staff. Never actually stayed at their beautiful establishment but I plan to in the future.

I've seen this place for years and watched it grow into a great place for campers, RV'ers, and travelers of all kind. They have plenty of activity for guests. Full size cabins, or tent size cabins. Places you can hook up your trailer and RV, and storage facility too. The staff is great and the fun you have is second to none. So glad my family and I can enjoy this place.
