Lack in assistance after hours. We were unable to leave a message due to the mailbox being full, then we left a message again when the office open and took over 45 min to respond. Meanwhile we were not able to use the restroom for more than 4 hrs.

We paid extra for a deluxe pool side cabin that sleeps up to 6 people. Didn't have a dinning room table and chairs to sit at. Only had 2 bar stools to sit at the bar, the stools were hard to sit on so we had to use pillows to sit on. Only a couple of pots & a fry pan to cook with. We have stayed at other cabins and been very happy. Had dinning room table, futon to sit on & sleeping for 6.

Hello. The only thing that I was not satisfied with was the smell in the bathroom. Usually by the end of the day it started smelling so bad. Maybe multiple cleanings during the day would be helpful to avoid the bad smell.

I’ve been seeing this Koa for years I never looked inside or bothered to see what it was until I googled it and when I did last year it was fully booked so a couple of months later I saw the price and I thought it would be a fun adventure for my small family of 4 .. my daughters are 5 and 8 when I tell you they had the best time in the pool in the hot tub on the bouncing pillows

My husband and I have been taking our kids there since they were 6 years old. The oldest is 31 and the youngest is 27. The facilities are pristine and the staff is so eager to help they make you really feel like you're staying at a luxury resort. I highly recommend this KOA.

The overall stay was amazing and the staff was very accommodating. My only complaint was regarding one gentleman that works for the koa and handled checkout for us yesterday, 1/19. Extremely rude and overbearing and even wrongly accused us of having pets in the cabin when we didn’t. His customer service really ended our wonderful stay on a bad note.

I always love staying here. Even though the campground is in the middle of the city, it does not feel so while in the camp. I live close by and when I come to KOA I feel like I travel far into the woods. We love the cabins and the activity options for the kids. Or simply just chilling by the fire place.

When checking in to San Diego KOA the front desk personnel will greet you in the best possible way and treat you like family. We stayed in a one room cabin. My kids and I had an amazing time. The San Diego KOA had a lot of amenities and activities. We sure took full advantage of them. Thank you. We will definitely be returning.

Loved all the vegetation, oversized swimming pools and 2 spas, tons of activities, various ways to stay. All of the staff, from the front desk to the grounds personal and the staff running all the activities were super friendly and engaging. Great place to family camp, beaches and downtown are 15 minutes away. Really appreciated the security and quite hour enforcement. Note there is NO SAUNA!

Staff are very nice and friendly. The bathrooms and the toilets are very clean without any smell, but my small cabin was a bit smelly though it looks very clean. It is good to have a public kitchen with hot water sinks and cooking stove, makes preparing and cooking food very convenient.

Many things in both the Cabin and Ecotent were broken, missing, temporarily repaired, or completely outdated. Cabin wasn’t swept before us arriving. With the continued increase in cost to stay and minimal done to improve experience we will likely end our yearly tradition at the KOA.

We loved it. Our goal was to get our micro golden doodle to get used to road travel along with staying in a log cabin. It worked out great. Very pet friendly location. Guaranteed to return back to KOA.

Warm and helpful staff, clean and working facilities. Our family of 6 was very comfortable in our cabin for a full week! Our large extended group of friends and family rented out the Board Room for a few days as a meeting space for meals and games, highly recommended!

Water was always cold, floor dirty, sofa used and to low for seniors. The staff was the best!! Wi-Fi horrible. The places could use a upgrade for what you paid to stay there.

Our accommodations in a Deluxe Cabin fit our needs well. Any request from the staff was taken care of efficiently and quickly. All staff members were friendly and helpful. We were pleased to see the many offerings of activities and especially the tree lighting and activities surrounding it. It was very enjoyable to take part in it. Nights were pleasantly quiet. We have be returning!

We love this KOA! We have stayed at many across the country and this is our favorite. Fun activities are always planned, they have great helpful and friendly staff, and always clean bathrooms. We love the heated pool and well stocked store. The grounds are gorgeous and so well kept. If you do want to go out and about there are tons of fun San Diego attractions close by.

KOA did not disappoint! We stayed for the second time over the Thanksgiving holiday. Staff was attentive, prompt in delivering ordered supplies and always courteous when asked a question. Restroom and shower facilities were well maintained and stocked. Overall, a great experience we look forward to returning very soon!

KOA San Diego is my Top favorite campground among other KOA other locations and other non KOA campground. As the allow dogs in the cabin and its pet friendly campground. Its clean and staff were super friendly and accommodating and helpful.

We were blown away by how clean and beautiful everything was and all the amazing amenities. Christmas decorations were up. The jumping pillows were so fun. The shar d cabin courtyards with grass and tables where we met other campers with our dogs. And so much more we had a blast and hope to return someday.

The cabin was fun. However I would check the pots and pans and silverware for replacements. We had a knife that was broken. Thicker trash bags. And maybe let customers know there are no storage containers for left overs or zip loc bags. Otherwise we love going there. Will do a cabin again

It was family & friends that occupied 6 cabins. Prior to 2015 we were regulars & enjoyed our annual or biannual trips. This particular trip took us aback because the smell from restrooms & showers should have warranted a health code violation & closure. The stinch was horrific, one of our family members could smell the stinch from their cabin. The smell was present early & worse later in the day.

My poolside cabin was great! Convenient, comfortable, clean. TI suggest adding more details to the online listing - the kitchen contains dishes, pots and pans, dishwasher soap and a coffee maker. One queen bed is in the loft. The KOA manager was very welcoming and went out of his way to help our group. The whole resort is walkable and very well-maintained. Big heated pool + hot tub.

Nicest KOA bathrooms/showers i have seen! Overall very nice spot. Cafe was pricey but staying in SD for 3 nights for $180 was worth it. For the tent campers the tent sites are against the freeway and RV storage so it's a bit busy. Also, try to keep your tent away from the grass. Our tent got pelted by sprinklers at 1am. Lastly if you're a light sleeper bring ear plugs for the crows at 5am.

아이들이 놀기에 최적합한 장소인것 같다.. 토렌스에서 출발해서 가기엔 가깝고도 먼 거리... 밤10시 20분쯤 도착 했는데 직원분이 기다려 주고 친절하게 도와줘서 기분이 좋았고, 다음날부터 기분 좋게 놀기 좋은 곳으로 변한 곳..토요일은 신나는 DJ와 음악 글구 마지막 날은 가기 싫어 힘들어 한곳... 마지막으로 직원분들이 돌아다니면서 화장실, 샤워실 청소, 카트 타고 다니면서 안전 확인해주는게 👍
