Front desk employees have great customer service skills. I wish I remmmber all the names but Ruben was one. Same with maintenance crew we had problems with lights they came right away and fix the problem. Grounds and bathrooms very clean. KOA Looked so beautiful with all the holiday decor memories my family and friends will always treasure. Great job KOA Chula VISTA, California

This our first stay and it was amazing! The staff was kind and professional and the facilities were pristine! The kids programs were wonderful, the pool and hot tub was awesome. You can tell the staff is well managed and take a great deal of pride in their work! Al was a constant presence and source of warmth and information as well as Bobbie and her staff with kids club!!Kurt was great too!!

We only got to stay one night because our son got sick, but we loved what we saw. Grounds were nice and clean, staff was extremely helpful and friendly and it was easy to book and check in. We hope to hear back soon

We always enjoy our stay here however I would recommend changing the box spring in cabin DC207. We didn't get a good night sleep due to the very loud bed and for the price I would prefer to get some sleep. Additionally the sink in the kitchen was leaky.

activities Thanksgiving weekend, several additional things previous year such as painting an elf picture, whirlybirds in the evening, making a tie dye shirt that were not offered. The line to get a balloon on Saturday night was over an hour long, please have 2 people doing balloons, been that way for 2 years in a row, disappointing for the kids. Coloring contest silly, the prize was ridiculous

We love going to KOA San Diego because our grandsons love it there. There is so much to do, we feel safe, it is very clean and the staff is friendly, courteous and very helpful. We had a great time.

I was disappointed to not receive an activity sheet for the long weekend at check in. I was also extremely disappointed in this years activities. Giving out a tie dye kit to do on our own was not nearly as fun and the colors took a long time to take to the shirts in ckmparsion to years past when big buckets of dye were provided. Also suggest having more than one team member working the kids club

Great stay again. We are local and honestly come for the activities. It's not a relaxing, peaceful campground and if not for the awesome full days of activities, we wouldn't frequent this campground. BUT, the activities are GREAT so my kids LOVE coming here! The Christmas Lighting ceremony was awesome!! We booked for next year because of it. Bobbi is great! Thank you!

many amenities for children. DUring holidays on weekends, a live band is driven around on a platform float - very cool - tree lighting ceremony was very cool.Very festive. Employees are very friendly.

Grounds were clean and well groomed as usual. At one point our dog got spooked and escaped from her kennel. The employees coordinated her safe capture, within15 minutes, and held her until I could get there. Minor complaint: the younger staff tended to get distracted with personal calls/situations causing customers to wait.

Normally everything is perfect! On this trip our neighbor allowed their dogs to poop everywhere and can’t tell you how many times we stepped in poop. We also have dogs, but we pick up after each time. Also, one of the sites next to us had a strong sewer smell. Between the poop and sewer smell it was a hot much. Everything else was great as usual.

Our site did not feel like camping at all. We looked directly at the freeway and also listened to the noise of the freeway the entire trip. On top of that, there was tractor type vehicles constantly coming by our site for a few hours every morning. The only positive was the activities for the kids. Not sure that we will be returning to this KOA. Expensive stay for the experience we had.

We stayed in the deluxe cabins by the pool. They were great, except they could have been a bit cleaner. The floor were quite dirty (not surprising), but it would be nice if they were either cleaner or there was an easier way to wash them.

The campground is very nice. My only issue was that not all activities were available on Mon/Tue of a holiday week. The rock climbing and jumping pillows were locked up. There were no offerings of movie night or other group activities.

Bird poop all over the cracked concrete pad upon check in… we left splattered in poop as the birds were nesting in tree above us. The clerk could have placed us in a different site as there were empties. Cockroaches on the ground. Pools full of kids all day long including “quiet” jacuzzi. Tree blocked awning so we couldn’t use it to shield us from the sun.

too noisy all day even night time too. I reported it, but no one tried to control it. except deluxe cabin, all other area is not good to protect privacy. I wanted to relax there with my family, but failed. Very disappointed this time!

This was my first road trip by myself in decades I’m a Vietnam Era Vet this is my healing trip to see my children and family in Az and Ca felt safe and enjoyed every minute

Staff were friendly, great community, animals friendly, cabin was clean, hot water shower is great. The only thing i would say is double clean the v Blanket, the one we had has a smoke smell to it. Maybe double rinse ? But other then that everything is great.

My site was 3001, a wedge and narrow shaped site. My RV does not have an awning, therefore i use a 10 X 10 pop up canopy for shade. I was unable to fit the canopy outside my RV due to not fitting on the concrete and limited extension due to the shrubs. I resorted in putting my canopy in front of the vehicle which turned out to be an inconvenience. Site 3001 not recommended if space needed.

First time staying here. I have stayed at other KOA campgrounds. This one is very clean, activities throughout the day for the kids. Tons of lodging options if you have friends and family that do no have a trailer. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Best amenities and activities we’ve had at any KOA! The resort is delightfully clean, wonderfully maintained and the staff is so friendly. It’s a party atmosphere for families and an amplified music policy would be helpful but the resort itself was an awesome experience for our entire family.

I always fill up our gas tanks here. They have great prices and friendly staff. Never actually stayed at their beautiful establishment but I plan to in the future.

I've seen this place for years and watched it grow into a great place for campers, RV'ers, and travelers of all kind. They have plenty of activity for guests. Full size cabins, or tent size cabins. Places you can hook up your trailer and RV, and storage facility too. The staff is great and the fun you have is second to none. So glad my family and I can enjoy this place.
