Upset as there were aggressive dogs next to us that barked all hours and tried attacking people and other dogs. Many campers complained but nothing was done. Ruined our stay and we lost lots of money on this trip. Won’t be back unless it’s made right.

Our 5 day stay was wonderful and will certainly stay here again. There was plenty for the kids to do & although the weather hindered some of the outside fun, we still had a great time From the well stocked gift shop, to the crystal clear pool & soothing jacuzzi’s to the well maintained jumping pillow’s, our stay was great!

This KOA allows generators and doesn’t have quiet time.

There were a few reasons why it wasn’t the best experience. The most important was that my husband was shocked by electrical box at our tent site twice! so dangerous!!! An employee made us take down our canopy because it was a bit windy/sprinkling and that left our family in the rain as we did not have anything to cover us so we left 1 night early and still had to pay for it which is very unfair

I was surprised about my spot for my rig not to much space and next to me there was a bigger and longer spot why they didnot put me there???? About the black birds they should do something about it all our rigs was full of s…., and garbage should be covered in a c’ose building

We had an amazing five day stay in a cabin with our dog. This provided us with a great place to stay, a needed break for us, and we were able to have a restful stay and come home refreshed.

We have been 5 times over 12 months - and we loved it that much on our recent stay that we got a cabin for my in laws to come during our trip in March.

This is a very dependable KOA. Location is great for visiting San Diego. It is in high demand, so schedule early. Facilities are newer and heavily used and enjoyed.. a note about getting there. Follow the directions on web site. They r the best approach. Mega rigs will find streets in campground difficult, but doable if patient. There are large and small site and sites for tent campers.

This is our first time camping as a family. I was afraid my kids would dislike the experience but they didn't want to leave, they had so much fun. Everyone is so kind and helpful, the grounds are well kept and clean and there's endless activities for my kids. Bobbie, Aiden and Tony at the kids activity center are AMAZING �ϸ. They deserve all the praise for their kindness and engagement.

Our pad needed some sweeping and some light tree branch clean up. Due to the birds the picnic table needed a lot of cleaning, but the staff and property is wonderful.

I would like to give a huge thank you to everyone that helped me, the entire front office staff and the GM. We decided to come down last minute and were only able to book a cabin with no bathroom for one day and the next day a different cabin. They allowed us to stay in one of their new cabins for the 2 nights. It made our trip even better and we definitely will be back again! Definitely recommend

Great location and amenities. Awesome that you could communicate through text message. Prices were high for sharing facilities considering hotels are cheaper and include breakfast and bathrooms. There were so many teens without supervision making messes everywhere. The 10:00 quite time wasn’t enforced. More staff was needed during evening hours and to make sure there was adequate supervision.

Tent camping was perfect and included a power outlet. My site (1514) was very close to the ablution block, but away from children areas. Breakfast at the cafe was delicious. The staff was helpful and friendly. Thanks for a great stay. I'll be back!

Love everything about it Only complaint is I have small kids that ride their bikes and the employees on the golf carts drive very fast and almost hit my one of my kids

Only stayed three nights. Many nice amenities. Clean grounds. Only issue was small sites for larger campers. Liked the little food service cafe, good pizza!

Always a pleasure, we have been coming for over 20 years. This time was with our kids and granddaughter. We had a great time, she loved the rockets and decorating her bike for the bike parade! It seems like the campground and activities continually get better!! Thank you!

Nice park, super kid friendly, but my spot was way too small. We didn’t even have room for a fire ring. The only place to set up camp was on grass; however, anything on grass had to be removed at night for the sprinklers, so every night, we had to move all our stuff, then put everything back in the morning. Incredibly annoying

We lived here for 2.5 months and loved it. We felt like we were living at a resort! The campground is very well maintained.

Great as usual. The people next to us were smoking nonstop and that was a big red flag, didn't enjoy being outside as much as usual. Should be some sort of rules against that. Otherwise it was great. Our 11 year old loved the basketball game :)

First time at this KOA. I really like the service here . All the employees are very friendly . They really make an effort so kids can have a great time during activities. In addition, it looks very clean and safe .

This place is awesome my grandkids had a blast with the bike parade. My granddaughter had a great doing the arts crafts and the tie dying. I want to give 10 stars to Bobbie on her training her staff they did a really great job.

We loved our experience- it has been years since we used to RV there when I was a kid and brining my daughter brought back so many memories and it has just become this beautiful, fun place that we'll come back to to make even more new memories!

The resort is very clean and nice, we stayed in an eco glamping tent, I though we are going to be cold but there is a heater that made us comfortable. Pool is nice too.

This is our 2nd time coming here and our son is already asking when we are returning. So much fun for kids- jumping pillows, pool, and various scheduled activities like snow cones, bingo, and a treasure dig! Definitely one of our favorite places to camp now.

We stay here every year and always have a blast. Visiting in the "off " season this time was our least favorite as most fun activities weren't happening. We really hoped for some music or movies in the park but not much was happening this week. I do wish the poolside cabins had a couch or inside sitting area.

I've seen this place for years and watched it grow into a great place for campers, RV'ers, and travelers of all kind. They have plenty of activity for guests. Full size cabins, or tent size cabins. Places you can hook up your trailer and RV, and storage facility too. The staff is great and the fun you have is second to none. So glad my family and I can enjoy this place.

We went to San Diego Metro KOA for the first time in October 2023. We had an amazing time with Bobbi leading the Halloween activities. The bathrooms in the common areas were always clean. We saw Alicia cleaning repeatedly and she always had a smile on her face. Thank you!!!
