This is our second time staying at the Chula Vista KOA. We enjoyed our stay very much like the first time. The only issue we ran into was that our picnic table was full of bird poop. Luckily the camp tent site next to us was empty so we swapped out the tables. Highly recommend ensuring tables are clean.

Kids kept running thru our camp site. Don’t put senior citizens across from bounce pads. Also I would have liked a fire pit at our site.

The ease of making the reservation online, to check in with Ruben was seamless. Ruben was very professional, and accommodating. 5 stars for his service.

The campground was very clean, the staff very attentive and helpful. This campground was the nicest I have ever stayed at. Thank you for a great few days, we enjoyed ourselves and the campgrounds.

Well maintained resort. Staff constantly cleaning and maintaining the facilities. Good spacing between the sites. Will stay again when in the area.

You need to have better signage. Campsite numbers are nice on the pavement but they're really not that visible when searching for your site. A better idea is to just standardize the signage, like putting it on the Electric Box stand. Also, need better signage for EXITING the campground. Those are the only items I think that would improve the San Diego KOA campers' experience.

I absolutely love the place. This is one of my favorite kways. I've been to everybody was very helpful and courteous, and the grounds were super clean. One of the best.If not the best campgrounds, i've ever been to.I will definitely be coming back to this one.When I am in the san diego chula vista area.

Lack in assistance after hours. We were unable to leave a message due to the mailbox being full, then we left a message again when the office open and took over 45 min to respond. Meanwhile we were not able to use the restroom for more than 4 hrs.

I can tell you how friendly the management, and staff are at this place. Amazing, accommodating, last minute needs met. Surprised at heated pool. clean bathrooms plenty of lighting. We had older family members I was kind of worried, it was easy for them to navigate directions to the facility. I cannot say enough great things about this place! we appreciate the staff and management.

We paid extra for a deluxe pool side cabin that sleeps up to 6 people. Didn't have a dinning room table and chairs to sit at. Only had 2 bar stools to sit at the bar, the stools were hard to sit on so we had to use pillows to sit on. Only a couple of pots & a fry pan to cook with. We have stayed at other cabins and been very happy. Had dinning room table, futon to sit on & sleeping for 6.

It was a good stay. The crows wake you up at sunrise lol. People were friendly and everything was well taken care of.

Hello. The only thing that I was not satisfied with was the smell in the bathroom. Usually by the end of the day it started smelling so bad. Maybe multiple cleanings during the day would be helpful to avoid the bad smell.

I’ve been seeing this Koa for years I never looked inside or bothered to see what it was until I googled it and when I did last year it was fully booked so a couple of months later I saw the price and I thought it would be a fun adventure for my small family of 4 .. my daughters are 5 and 8 when I tell you they had the best time in the pool in the hot tub on the bouncing pillows

My husband and I have been taking our kids there since they were 6 years old. The oldest is 31 and the youngest is 27. The facilities are pristine and the staff is so eager to help they make you really feel like you're staying at a luxury resort. I highly recommend this KOA.

The overall stay was amazing and the staff was very accommodating. My only complaint was regarding one gentleman that works for the koa and handled checkout for us yesterday, 1/19. Extremely rude and overbearing and even wrongly accused us of having pets in the cabin when we didn’t. His customer service really ended our wonderful stay on a bad note.

We had a great time. Madison at the kids club really stood out. She was so kind and awesome with my kids and helped make the trip memorable.

We loved it . Haven’t been there since 2012 but the site has never looked better ! The pool was huge . Our kids had a blast the spaces were clean and tons of room even for our big 44’ rig . We loved the fire pit and bbq on site. The deluxe site was top notch. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended! We’ll be there for the month of July

we love coming to this koa staff is always friendly so much to do for the kids maya tony gisele were great to my kids loved doing the uno and tie dye with them.The cafe pizza is amazing wish they had desert options . The amenities were clean well kept planning our next trip

Clean park, easy to San Diego tourist area and airport. Some bird problems near big trees but the staff quickly relocated us.

I had been to Metro KOA years ago. I remember it been a good campground but I was so surprised at how great it was this visit. There were activities all day every day for the kids and things for the adults also. The campground was clean all of the time. There were always friendly helpful staff at every turn. It rained a lot and the campground remained clean and welcoming.

This is an extraordinary place. There are hundreds of spots available to park your RV and vehicle and plug in for electricity and water as well as facilities for cleaning and maintaining your RV. Your choice of a small cabin, deluxe cabin, or deluxe cabin by the pool. They even have spots available where you can just pull in and pitch a tent. I really enjoyed the option to cook with the regular grill, gas grill, or the electric stoves that are available. Sinks with hot water for washing dishes. There is a laundry room is definitely a plus. The gift shop has just about everything and if you need something off-site then that's not a problem. Many stores within a 2-mile radius. Lots of activities available for adults and kids. Very pet friendly. The cabins are cozy and come with a plug-in, ceiling fan with a light, and comfortable bunk beds. I don't call it camping. I call it "glamping!" The restroom and shower facilities are top-notch and I do mean top-notch. There is plenty of space. The staff do an amazing job keeping this place clean and beautiful. I'll definitely be back I heard that it's good to book way ahead if you can. Even up to a year in advance.
