We had such a fun time ! My 10 year old daughter and her friend didn’t want to leave . Clean showers, great time in the pool, fun kids activities, nice dog park, great sites ! We will definitely come back often

Used to come here but it’s getting more and more crowded and the campsites have bird poop constantly dropping. Can’t sit in our site without getting bird poop or tiny catapillars falling on us. The last thing I want to do after a camping trip is to wash bird poop off trailer and truck. The bird poop is horrible, and so gross. The place is like a party place, pool is too crowded..

This Koa is always clean, lots of activities for kids, live band and DJ a plus! Food and drinks are good, Definitely missed the Zoo from year before, only negative is alot of mosquitos.

We've been coming here for more than 20 years. We've seen it grow bigger, better customer service. Every year there's improvements. This year they were more strict on the arm bands, which was great. Implementing the noise curfew, �. Saving pool seats/bed.... Still need to find out how to improve. People was informed but still happened. But it was good try.

We had a great time, we booked again for Labor Day 2026. One thing we did notice was a lot of mosquitoes, we understand you can’t control this but if KOA can do some vector control that would be great. Live music and DJ were amazing and had a great time at the pool! One suggestion would be to add Amazon box delivery options.

We’ve come here 3 times, including Labor Day the past 2 years, and it’s by far the best campground we’ve been to. The staff is always kind and goes above and beyond, especially with kids’ activities. Even if turnout is low for the activity, they still make it fun with creative options. The only area to improve is pool cleanliness, but overall we love it and are already booked for next year

Stayed last year and it was really pretty awesome~! This year was also very good but not as much as last year. The animal pet show and free activities for kids was what drew me back this year. There were activiites but not as many as last year and many you had to pay. Also a lot more bugs this year than last year. Got so many mosquito and spider bites. Cabins need to be sprayed and cleaned for bug

I understand that it was Labor Day weekend but there was not enough chairs and shade at the pool for everyone. We brought our own chairs and umbrellas which we have done several times at this KOA resort. We got told that we couldn't bring our own chairs or umbrellas. There was no where to sit. Lots of people were not happy that they couldn't bring their own chairs.

We stayed at a tent site. Site was mulch and near a grate to the reservoir and that seemed a little strange to some guests but the kids were interested in it. Pool was fun and lively. The kids loved the jumping pillows. I would like to see more kids club activities instead of so many family sports games. The bike decorating was fun. Wish there were still ice cream socials. Teens were friendly.

Great time super clean facilities. Staff was excellent in particular Jessica at the pool really helped us out with people who were holding tables for well over an hour and then harassing us after we were given a table by management. She stood on business and made sure we had a table.

The crows are out of control. Something has to be done so they don’t poop all over everything. Also the mosquitos are really bad. Other yhran that everything was awesome .

The campsites need to be cleaned out after people check out. San Diego KOA has a BIG problem with mosquitos and ticks/fleas. Please spray the campsites to help alleviate this issue. Overall, we had a good time and looking forward to our next KOA visit.

I can recommend it because it is a very nice place but unfortunately they assigned me a site surrounded by people who live there full time and my neighbor does not care that other people pay money for their stay and does not fix his black thank leak (I have video) it was reported and they went to tell him but the only thing I heard was that he told them that it was fresh water but the horrible sme

Have been visiting San Diego Metro annually for years. The best camping value in CA. The staff is always polite, friendly, knowledgeable and well groomed. The park is very clean and constantly well maintained, constantly being up graded with new features. The environment is a magnet for neighborly interesting people to meet. But book early, this venue is no secret! It stays busy…

We love the deluxe patio spaces. The park is so nice and clean. Staff is very friendly and always helpful. Feels like you’re in the mountains, always very peaceful and relaxing. Tried the cafe and was impressed by how good the food was.

Overall my kids had a blast, the kids club was great and we had a good time with our friends. I know it’s a holiday weekend so the crowds were expected. However the part that bummed us out was the mosquitoes were BAD and the sewer smell was persistent all weekend. Hopefully those two areas can be worked on for a better experience going forward.

Amenities were fantastic, restrooms/showers were clean, staff were all friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to San Diego. The only downside was the tree hanging over the front half of our van which apparently was home to a few hundred birds who apparently had some bad gas station sushi and worked things out all over our van. All in all, still had a blast.

The site was easy to park my 36 ft Class A, The area has lots of leaves and bird droppings, but overall it was pleasant. The store has lots of items at a fair price. The little cafe is amazing, great food.

My family and I had a great time, as always. The only issue was the pool wristband checks—they felt a bit excessive, with staff asking every few minutes. I understand the need to keep non-guests out, but with five pool gates, maybe designate two as “entrance only” for wristband checks to make it smoother.

Place is great for family and friends. Lots of activities for the kids and they get to meet other kids. Tent sites are spacious. I recommend staying if you visiting and have a big group. Way cheaper than hotel stay.�

WE LOVE SAN DIEGO METRO KOA, BUT THE ONLY PROBLEM THAT WE SEE IS THAT THERE ARE TOO MANY MOSQUITOS. THE MOSQUITOS WERE A PROBLEM ON JULY 4 WHEN WE CAMPED THERE TOO. I WISH YOU CAN DO SOMETHING BECAUSE I AM PLANNING TO STAY THERE AGAIN SOON.

Beautiful, clean, shady grounds and facilities. Being stuck between 3 separate spaces of families camping together, a jillion kids, adults watching outside tv, nobody respecting KOA rules of sound or noise…not so much fun…not to mention people walking in my space at 1:30 AM

Trees are great but the tree sap is excessive. Need to cut down some of eucalyptus.large branch’s feel on RV sites. Noise and partying need to stop at 10 PM. Many noise issues well after Midnight. Kids running thru occupied RV sites. Other than the noted great RV resort.

When we woke after our first night, Our rig and jeep were completely covered in crow droppings. It looked like frosting. The crows began their raucous at about 5:30AM each morning. Friday and Saturday night there was loud music well after quiet time.

We always enjoy staying at this campground. Unfortunately, the site we were placed in had a large tree over it with so many birds that we couldn't sit outside. The table was covered in bird feces. We didn't realize how bad it was until we got home, the roof of the RV hood and front cap had so much bird feces them. We had to wash the entire motorhome When we got home.

Our stay was good until we went to dump our black and gray water. The sewer was plugged and had to go to the front and dump. It was just an inconvenience.

아이들이 놀기에 최적합한 장소인것 같다.. 토렌스에서 출발해서 가기엔 가깝고도 먼 거리... 밤10시 20분쯤 도착 했는데 직원분이 기다려 주고 친절하게 도와줘서 기분이 좋았고, 다음날부터 기분 좋게 놀기 좋은 곳으로 변한 곳..토요일은 신나는 DJ와 음악 글구 마지막 날은 가기 싫어 힘들어 한곳... 마지막으로 직원분들이 돌아다니면서 화장실, 샤워실 청소, 카트 타고 다니면서 안전 확인해주는게 👍

CROWS! Lots of crows otherwise, excellent location and lots of activities. The only complaint was the site was not cleaned prior to our check in and there were chicken bones left all over that our dogs found before we did.
