Only thing, when I rented a cabana, i wiped down - I ended up cleaning the tables and inside and outside of refrigerator

We've stayed here make times, always great experiences.Late check-in was easy, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, everything was very cleaned and will- maintained. Already planning our next visit!

I biggest issue was I felt your workers in their golf carts drove around too fast. There are a lot of blind corners and a lot of kids and felt that some times your workers seem to be driving too fast.

Birds crapping on vehicles and rv daily in morning and at nite; loud stereos which security randomly responding to; safety hazard for kids on bikes, scooters, etc as they race around park and cars cannot always see them; people walking around at all hours of nite talking loudly to wake you up but are no where to be found when looked for; manager great however front office personnel are not to brig

Deluxe poolside cabin was spacious and modern. Floors were very dirty and the beds/pillows were uncomfortable. Enjoyed the kids club activities and jumping pillows. Staff was friendly

We are locals & did a staycation. Our kids absolutely loved it here. The place has a lot to offer. We wish the bike rentals were opened a little later since it’s spring break, but other than that it was a nice stay.

There we 6 of us my sons family they have a 9 & 7 year old along with my husband and I. We tent camped and had the BEST time The facility was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. They offer so much to do and the kids really enjoyed the kids games and crafts offered.The only thing negative was the wood chips that kept getting stuck in our shoes or cutting our feet if we wore flip flop

We reserved a family tent site, I disliked that upon reservation it stated that it was a sand site and it ended up being a site with wood chips, or actually chopped branches that caused damage to tarps and tents. Also it attracts a lot of pincher bugs and ants. Otherwise, everything else was great and my family and I enjoyed our stay.

The spa bleached my swimsuit. The angles of roadways and positioning of bushes made it difficult to see oncoming traffic when driving through the park. The park attracts terrible guests. They're loud; they overflow their spaces with excessive humans, cars, and toys; they walk through other people's sites; and they leave litter everywhere. I was happy to leave the chaos.

I stayed in one of your deluxe cabins with my wife and two granddaughters. The cabin was a fun tiny house experience. The girls swam in the pool four hours each day. The compound was clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful.

The staff was extremely friendly and made me feel very welcomed. We were only staying 1 night but because my kids enjoyed it so much , as it was our first time , we called to ask for a late check out and they made it possible. We were able to enjoy the pool a bit before leaving. The gift shop was so stocked which I loved so we didn’t have to leave. The food from the cafe was excellent as well.

We enjoyed our stay here! The staff and manager were very attentive to any problems or concerns. Our first site had a power issue and the manager came and offered to move us right away. We enjoyed the hot tub, but the pool a little too cold for my liking. However kids had a blast. We like the proximity to Coronado Island & Balboa Park! We like this KOA due to it’s proximity to Coronado Islan

Beautiful park. Convenient to SD attractions and beaches. For us, a great place to stay while visiting grandkids in Chula Vista. Love it here, will be back.

Everything was great. My kids missed the train ride, please consider bringing it back. Also, consider extending the bike rental hours to close later. They closed too early and we didn’t have time to use the service as much as we’d of liked. My kids picked this camping location for the banana bikes but were pressed on time as it closes early. Other than that we love KOA and would return.

staff was polite and helpful, and everything was clean and well-maintained. only downside was a large retreat taking place during our stay.20 plus minors were left unattended, taking over the shared circle, loud and disruptive during quiet hours. I understand that events like this happen, there should be clearer rules about supervising minors, especially when guardians camped in a different area.

The campground and staff are awesome. The crows that start squawking at 4:00 am make it difficult to get enough sleep to enjoy all Sandiego has to offer.

We've been coming here for over 6 years and we love it! The grounds are always well kept. There are so many activities for our kids, the pool is amazing and the restrooms are always clean! It's truly an oasis in the middle of the city.

This was our first time staying at the San Diego Metro KOA. We've tried for a while to get reservations but have never been able. I now know why!! This campground is beautiful. It is well kept and clean. Every person that worked there that we spoke with was very helpful. the pool is absolutely beautiful. We loved the San Castle cafe got coffee there daily! Will be back :)

This was our second time here. We had a great time. Our only complaint would be the cafe hours closing at 1 during what was our spring break was disappointing. Also the 1 lady working at the cafe was not very friendly. The only grouchy staff we encountered during our stay. Other than that our trip was great!

Put on the end of a row and had requested to be next to a friend but there was a hedge between us-it site was sparse,plain, no shade, nothing but a table. There were headlights both days shining into my trailer. Even numerous empty sites we could have been put in. Another trailer close by had black H2O stunk whole weekend. Loud music was allowed at the pool and major disrespect from other camps.

The only issue we had was that kids (under 18) were always in the Adults Only hot tub. Every time we wanted to use it, we had to point to the Adults Only sign and ask them to get out. I would suggest colored wristbands with one color for adults and another color to kids.

Our stay at the San Diego KOA exceeded every expectation we had. Facilities were super clean, property well maintained with large, mature trees, manicured bushes and flowers. Staff were all friendly and super helpful - would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This is an extraordinary place. There are hundreds of spots available to park your RV and vehicle and plug in for electricity and water as well as facilities for cleaning and maintaining your RV. Your choice of a small cabin, deluxe cabin, or deluxe cabin by the pool. They even have spots available where you can just pull in and pitch a tent. I really enjoyed the option to cook with the regular grill, gas grill, or the electric stoves that are available. Sinks with hot water for washing dishes. There is a laundry room is definitely a plus. The gift shop has just about everything and if you need something off-site then that's not a problem. Many stores within a 2-mile radius. Lots of activities available for adults and kids. Very pet friendly. The cabins are cozy and come with a plug-in, ceiling fan with a light, and comfortable bunk beds. I don't call it camping. I call it "glamping!" The restroom and shower facilities are top-notch and I do mean top-notch. There is plenty of space. The staff do an amazing job keeping this place clean and beautiful. I'll definitely be back I heard that it's good to book way ahead if you can. Even up to a year in advance.
