It was a great weekend. After all these years our big group is finally in a location all together. It was fabulous. I love the new system. Already booked for next year. I do wish there were more activities for the teenager. The rock wall is gone. It would be nice since our kids are getting older to have things for them too. Not just geared to the younger kids. Thanks for another great Octoberfest

Wonderful visit. Bobby goes above & beyond to make sure everyone is having fun. She squeezed my daughter in for face painting and it was the highlight of her trip. One suggestion…please try to find a way to convince insurance to bring back the barrel train. It was our favorite activity and it’s so missed.

Campground was too busy to be restful. Campers had music blaring past quiet hours every night of our stay. No life guard on duty at the over crowded pool meant kids cannonballing in the shallow end next to toddlers. Kids constantly were walking through our campground (in-between trailer and picnic table). It would be good to go over campground etiquette with everyone checking in.

Fun camp, lots of family friendly events for fall fest weekend. Beautiful camp ground with lots of trees and plants. But also very crowded, and not enough bathrooms or showers in my opinion. Overall clean and good experience

First time camping at this location. This hands down is a 5 star resort. Super clean, friendly and helpful staff. All the amenities you could possibly expect is here at this resort. Thank you for a wonderful experience. ��

Such a nice park and close enough to be able to come multiple times a year. We just happened to be camping during the time when the park was decorated for fall / halloween. Lots of campers were decorated to the hilt! So much fun! Pool area is so clean and the showers are very clean and nice!

I got a deluxe pool side cabin for my parents to stay in for 4 nights. It was so cute, clean, and efficient. My mom loved being so close to the pool and everything was within walking distance. Plenty of towels, basic cooking tools, and it even had a full-sized fridge and a small dish washer. They can't wait to visit again!

We were assigned site #1203. We arrived 9/17. It was starting to rain, and we didn't pay much attention to the site. Trees overhead and a picnic table that was plastered with bird droppings, or bombs to be more exact. Long story short, our 5th wheel is now plastered. I am praying for a heavy downpour. Please mark my file: NO #1203 or #1204. We really do love it there. It's a great day at your KOA.

We have been coming to San Diego KOA for about maybe 35 years now and somethings different this time. The ground crew wasn’t as friendly. There was like a major infestation of mosquitoes. I’ve never gotten bit up so much. There has to be a way to mitigate that problem. We only seen maybe a couple of other campers out. The front desk was very friendly though. We had a wonderful stay! The grounds are beautiful, the employees are so friendly and welcoming. The best KOA we’ve stayed at, and we’ve stayed at many of them.

I grew up coming here and brought my husband and son for our first family camping trip. I’ve never experienced a mosquito problem here, my family was eaten alive. I would say warn people like a text maybe bring some long sleeves and pants because we have a mosquito problem. Maybe check in to fixing it???

I was not informed that the weather warranty was going to fall off my online reservation when I called the office to add an additional day. I was told by Raquel that she would a note on my reservation to add as a courtesy and it was not done. I lost coverage of 2 days of rain. On my visit to the café, the young lady with short blonde hair was very unwelcoming.

The worst stay we ever had. A gazillion of mosquitoes!!! Bug spray can’t handle. We got so much bites. I brought up the concern to them and no response.

The mosquitos kill it. We are now home itching to death. This is every time we have gone here for the last 3 years! You have to do a better on that issue! The resort is beautiful, and the customer service is great. I love that we can text for firewood or to communicate with the office on a need and you quickly respond but the mosquito killed for all of us

Spaces were available for people in our group to come a day early, and they were refused because they said their spots were taken, but they were not. There were a lot of mosquitoes as well!

The front desk staff were very helpful and answered all of my questions. Our cabin was very clean and tidy when we arrived. My only criticisim is not with the KOA but with occupants, with so many children around, people walking. I think some people need to be reminded that it is a slow zone, not only in cars but also on bikes. My family and I will be there soon again, thank you for the hospitality

The highlight for us was the kids club activities with our grandkids. The decorations. The lowlight was our RV spot 1205. The ground was covered in bird poo and so was our rig.

The grounds were well groomed. I felt the spaces were too close together, packed in tight. Easy to get to, staff was helpful.

We love the KOA! unfortunately, this time the spot we stayed in was completely covered in bird poop Table and everything. Our tents and canopy got completely bombed with bird poop. The 1 tree in our spot must have been the home to about 200 birds and they let it be known it was there spot. We still love going to the KOA but will never stay in that spot again.

We loved our stay at the San Diego Metro KOA. We were supposed to go camping in Julian for the weekend with our RV but my husband had a family emergency. We canceled that trip but I still wanted to do something fun with my kiddos(5). So i booked a cabin at the KOA and we had a blast. Their pool is huge. The grounds are very clean. We will definitely be back. The cabin was beautiful!

WE HAVE VISITED THE CHULA VISTA KOA SEVERAL TIMES JULY THRU SEPT — & NOT ONCE HAVE WE EVER EXPERIENCED MOSQUITOES EVER! THEY WERE TERRIBLE LASF WEEKEND! WE THOUGHT WE WERE SAFE BECAUSE WE WERE STAYING IN A CAMPING CABIN BUT THERE IS A 1/4 IN GAP AT THE BOTTOM OF THE DOOR! THEY WERE ENTERING OUR CABIN & WE DIDNT REALIZE IT UNTIL 2ND NIGHT. AFTER 50 BITES EACH, COULDNT STAND IT ANYMORE & LEFT EARL

Everything was good! Tent site was so clean and easy-to-use for any facilities such as water, rest room, shower, electricity. Also, swimming pool is unforgettable experience for me and my son. That was well-managed and clean with big size. The only two things I felt bad were 1) neighbor next to my site who evacuated their site at midnight, turning on the truck and making huge noise, 2) mosquito...

Two problems. 1) The sewer drain was too far forward for my sewer hose to reach. It's supposed to be at the rear of the site. Also, 2) Please tell the guys in the yellow shirts who drive around in the electric carts to smile and say hello to your guests. The one I said "good morning" to just grunted.

Great stay, very clean park, very nice annd friendly staff and awesome amenities. 15 minutes to the beach and 25 to the zoo. Great location for day trips to so many sights and locations.

This was a nice park however I did feel that the sites were cramped. We did stay on our weekend which is busier but the kids on bicycles were out of control riding through camp sites and almost running you over when you were walking on a paved roads. The bathrooms had an awful smell like there were drain issues and sewer flies were noticeable indicating this problem.

On the 3 days we were there the campground was totally out of control in my opinion. Young children in the streets not paying attention to vehicles passing by, adults as well. Noise at night, loud music and talking, even heard the boom of fireworks late at night. This was our third visit to this facility, Don't know if we will be returning. Very disappointing.

Love the park and the amenities! Very clean and family friendly. However, upon pulling out of my site there was a tree with a branch sticking out that scratched about 1/2 the length of my coach. When I got home I was able to buff it out, but still very disappointed that this happened.

Had a great stay at The San Diego KOA. Lots of amenities, perfect weather and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

아이들이 놀기에 최적합한 장소인것 같다.. 토렌스에서 출발해서 가기엔 가깝고도 먼 거리... 밤10시 20분쯤 도착 했는데 직원분이 기다려 주고 친절하게 도와줘서 기분이 좋았고, 다음날부터 기분 좋게 놀기 좋은 곳으로 변한 곳..토요일은 신나는 DJ와 음악 글구 마지막 날은 가기 싫어 힘들어 한곳... 마지막으로 직원분들이 돌아다니면서 화장실, 샤워실 청소, 카트 타고 다니면서 안전 확인해주는게 👍

CROWS! Lots of crows otherwise, excellent location and lots of activities. The only complaint was the site was not cleaned prior to our check in and there were chicken bones left all over that our dogs found before we did.
