My family had an amazing time. I hadn't stayed at the KOA since I was a child and our boys had such a great time. I love all the activities for the kids. We had such a great time that we booked for next year. My father in law came to visit and he really loved the campground and also booked a spot for next year. Thank you

The stay was phenomenal. We did not know that the celebration was happening. But it was awesome, only downfall For me, was all the bird, do do all over everything? But that can be washed off. very nice visit.!!!

We stay every Fall. We have stayed in a tent, in cabins with no bathroom, eco-tents, deluxe cabins, and rented a trailer. Our children love the family freindly environment the KOA provides. It always feels safe and inviting. Lot's to do. My children enjoy the jumping pillows, pool, and all the activities run by the KOA. The bathrooms are always stocked and clean. Great stay.

Always enjoy our stay from cabin to rv site. So glad we no longer have to be in line at 4-4:30 to get the site we want. Happy for making a reservation easier. My husband thanks you he can sleep in!

We had a really nice time once again at this KOA in San Diego I do have one complaint the picnic tables are very dangerous. On flat ground we tipped over and fell on the ground with all our food and drinks falling on us fortunately we only got a few bruises I talked to others at the park and they said that they had near falls themselves. Please fix this issue!

Awesome staff, the facilities are clean. My only complaint would be the cafe is very expensive I understand convenience and easy of access but it’s like Disneyland prices to buy food or beverages. But it is what it is.

Staff is always very friendly. Campground is a fun destination for families and the Fall Festival is a highlight for the kids every year. Freeway noise and crows are bothersome (although this is not a false of the KOA itself.. just an inconvenience of the location). I would like to see some more restrictions on e-bike usage. A lot of the minors who use them are not careful.

We discovered this campground in 2018. We’ve booked every October since. Bobby is always so great and on top of things. The staff kept everything running smooth from the bingo, to the painting keychains, they were great. My son had a broken foot this trip and all of the staff was so helpful. We actually booked a random trip for next month.

We have come to KOA Chula Vista for 12 years in a row for the the Oktoberfest. This year our grandson's bike was stolen in front of your shop. I understand you were watching the person of interest and did nothing. This was very disappointing to all of our group that come each year. Security was not doing their job at the front gate. I would like to see you compensate him for the loss of his bike.

This was our first time staying at the deluxe cabin, and we really liked how all the amenities were provided. My kids especially enjoyed the loft. The things we didn’t like were that two of the three cabin bathrooms didn’t have locks and the water temperature was inconsistent when showering. Hopefully those issues can be fixed.

The staff and the park were great. I wish that the showers by the pool complex had better water pressure. We already have reservations for next October, 2026!!!

Love that they are a lot of activities. However, I do feel like the site are too small. We are literally 1 foot next to the neighbors site and can hear every conversation. The 12 people campsite barely fits 2 family tents. There’s no trash can around the site so we would have to take our trash to the big dumpster. The restrooms are not clean, it smells horrible.

Unfortunately, we had a bike that was stolen, and the campground refused to compensate us in any way. They need to add additional safety patrols at night as this has been an ongoing issue at this location.

Last year we stayed in a tent this year in a cabin we will be back next year and maybe stay in a tiny house? It was really nice this year the weather was perfect staff was friendly thank you!

Very clean, nice to have tent sites still, with fire pits in every site. Bathroom very clean, and very well organized Halloween season. Staff very helpful and nice.

The kids loved it and had so much fun, we’ll definitely be back.The only negative thing I can comment is on the parking. Saturday night random cars were looking for parking and started taking numbered parking spots anywhere including mine. No parking permit displayed took.

Another great Octoberfest at SD KOA. Bianca and staff at the front office are Stellar with Customer Service. Bobbi and her gang make the activities unsurpassed. Best facility overall. Rebooked for next year and all the other great holidays. Living the Dream as the Doves fly, bringing Zahri for all.

Great visit. Patio site was really enjoyable and being able to have firewood delivered was a real plus. Didn't use the Weber grill, but will next time. Staff were friendly.

What a beautiful campsite. It was decorated for Fall/Halloween which added so much. The pool was beautiful - crystal clear and inviting. My grandson had a great time playing on the playground and jump pillow. The cafe was closed as we were there on a Monday so I can't rate that. The little store was well stocked although we didn't buy anything. The front desk staff was very friendly!!

You need to ban electric dirt bikes. To many kids riding reckless on them. The campground is too small for golf carts and electric dirt bikes. Little kids are going to get injured.

This year left us feeling disappointed. Lots of the rules aren’t followed or enforced. Golf carts drive so fast in campground. Bathrooms and showers weren’t as clean. The inside of the cabin is always dusty and full of spider webs and the floor is so dirty. Parking in front of sites kept getting taken up by visitors.

Thank you very much for all the extra charges you added to our stay. The text message updates and the chance to tell you about next year's visit ahead of time, instead of waiting in line, really made this year’s stay much more relaxed and enjoyable compared to previous years.

Great venue. I’m in a wheelchair and hope to transfer to cabin with a ramp/handicap. The grandkids had a fantastic time… golf cart made a big difference for me…

Bobby is always very friendly and remembers us each year we’ve been back. Not a fan of having to pay 2 night deposit for the fall fest. We did not rebook for next year because of that reason. The camp is also very well kept- minus the birds- but nothing to be done about that.

This was our first time staying at a KOA. We were impressed with the campground and the friendly staff. We appreciated the clean facilities and the abundant children's activities. I am not sure if it is due to the proximity of the drainage canal or the abundance of sewer hookups but periodically there was a strong sewer/urine odor near our campsite. Overall a great experience and we will be back!

Stayed in DC207 Room was good but only 1 burner worked on the stove needed 2 and microwave did not work well looked like there had been a fire in it was black inside is a fire hazard needs a new one.

아이들이 놀기에 최적합한 장소인것 같다.. 토렌스에서 출발해서 가기엔 가깝고도 먼 거리... 밤10시 20분쯤 도착 했는데 직원분이 기다려 주고 친절하게 도와줘서 기분이 좋았고, 다음날부터 기분 좋게 놀기 좋은 곳으로 변한 곳..토요일은 신나는 DJ와 음악 글구 마지막 날은 가기 싫어 힘들어 한곳... 마지막으로 직원분들이 돌아다니면서 화장실, 샤워실 청소, 카트 타고 다니면서 안전 확인해주는게 👍

CROWS! Lots of crows otherwise, excellent location and lots of activities. The only complaint was the site was not cleaned prior to our check in and there were chicken bones left all over that our dogs found before we did.
