Very disappointing stay. All of the kids daily activities that were advertised for the weekend never took place. Not only did they not take place, but when we would question the staff “in charge” of the activity, they were completely clueless. Both of my children were let down all weekend. Don’t advertise daily activities if you can’t follow through. Main lodge staff were extremely rude

I have had the opportunity over the past 32 years to travel our Wonderful Country. I primarily stay at KOA Campgrounds. I would rate the Salmon Falls KOA in the top 5 campgrounds I have stayed in. The campground is very Family Oriented. Brian, the Manager, has surrounded himself with an AWESOME Staff. Everyone is very nice and hospitable. Great job Brian!!! Good Lord willing I will be back again!

Our site was a decent size and right near a bathroom. It seemed that every dog owner took that to be the path/area to walk their dogs to do their business, and not clean up after them. Morning quiet hours were treated as a suggestion at the playground. Golf carts driven fast and often by young kids. And so many bees everywhere made it near impossible to cook and eat outside. Started the weekend Getting to our site to find toilet paper, bandaids, and trash from the people before us. Took 2 hours and multiple trips to the office to get someone to come clean it up so we could park. Our septic tank at our site was full all weekend, so we couldn’t dump our camper. Activities that were on the schedule didn’t happen. And the water slide was barley ever open.

I personally prefer smaller more intimate KOA other than that it was very enjoyable with a lot of things offered for the whole family

The campground was large with a lot of amenities. Plenty for the kids to do. The bathrooms were quite clean at the start of the trip but as the weekend progressed they did not appear to be cleaned and were in quite bad shape. It was also apparent quiet hours aren’t enforced. We went to bed with the kids at 10 and it was still quite loud (and we aren’t usually bothered by that).

I don't believe you'd like to post my review online as there are a lot of issues that arose. Including having to leave two days early without the refund we were promised by Noah and Pat. You can contact me and I'll happily fill you in on all of the reasons we will not be returning along with the nine plus other family members who also book 6 seperate sites and 3 cabins along with us

We absolutely loved the campground, campers, and staff. I am so glad I did not make a decision based on reviews because what we experienced was wonderful. So wish we could do seasonal but the wait list is long which says a lot.

When you book 2 sites on the same card you kind of expect to stay next to each. Not walk 10 mins away! Place is HORRIFIC for a KOA!! Clearly they just wanted the name. Not to mention the lovely scene in front of our site, and 4 others, we all got to see a dump station while eating breakfast. If you want trashy go for it. Extremely DISAPPOINTING

Your campground moved my brother's site to the other side of the campground from where we originally booked together. Oddly enough our neighbors were also moved far from their family which was located next to my brother's site. So while we understand the lock fee (which I disagree with) it seems that your system decided to move people for no reason and in the process displaced two families.

Not happy with the area we were placed. Very hard to get our camper into. Would prefer a more wooded area - on the other side of the campground - around the 400 sites.

Pros: Kids love the water slide, ropes course, bounce pad, and mini golf. The woman that guides the ropes course was very encouraging to the kids. Large pool was never crowded. Ranger Mike was friendly. Cons: Requested sites close together- we could not have been further apart with empty sites near both locations. Repairs on cabin starting at 8:30am. Price of wood. Pools need more umbrellas.

We love the changes KOA has made to this campground. Previous owners did not keep the place as nice. Everything we did was enjoyable. The only negative was when we arrived, someone parked in our nice large campsite and the office did not have a list of registered cars, to have them move it. We ended up having to take a much smaller site nearby.

My reservations were all messed up but were corrected by a wonderful associate that you have named Jamie. I had 3 sites and even locked in they were moved. Rates were increased which I did not appreciate and low staff makes it hard on the employees you do have.

This was our first time here & everything was nice and clean when we arrived as well as during our stay. My only complaint is that we were near the road and it was very loud at night, so in turn, half of my family didn’t sleep. There’s not much to do about that except pick a sight away from that area next time. Other than that it was fun!

We had a great time. Our site was spacious- could have been a little cleaner there was garbage and clothing on the ground from the previous campers. We enjoyed all the amenities that there was to do. The bathrooms and showers could have been cleaner. I couldn’t take a shower because the drain was so clogged with hair and the floor was very dirty.

We love all of the activities to do, but did notice that we would seem to get different info from each employee, mostly pertaining to when things were available/sign ups. No one person ever had the same information. There were a few wonderful employees, but some were not very personable. The sites were nice and the amenities were great.

The campground is big with lots of activities for the kids. Great pools and water slides, ropes course and mini golf. The ropes course personnel are amazing, kind and knowledgeable. My only recommendation would be to post water slide hours to announce breaks, closures, etc.

This was our first time, I loved it! I loved that we were able to bring the dog and relax not worrying about her at home. My son loved the pools and the slide. We were bummed that all the amenities weren't open while we were there but we loved it.

Worst managed KOA we have stayed at in the nation. KOA itself needs to be involved here as this site is not fitting the mold at all. Rude clerks, no site escorts, directions from clerks to site causes traffic flow issues/potential accidents, no rule enforcement, sites unkept and unclean upon arrival, many neighboring sites so frustrated they left early. Id appreciate KOA corp follow up for more

No organization, sites are not clean between check in an out. Young kids driving golf carts erratically through the camp ground. Little to no rules are enforced. Site next to us was under construction, that should be done off season. Or at least a discount should be offered. I would be spend money on this campground again. In fact we left a day early.

First thing is we paid extra for a River front campsite #423 you couldn’t even see the River about 50ft of tall weeds totally bummed, #2 we were at full hook ups and the holding tank in the ground was full and spilling all over , these 2 things will not bring us back or give a recommendation!!!

The sites we were on were large which was nice. The kids had lots to do while there. We will be keeping this campground in our camping rotation for sure.

Great activities for grandsons 9 & 12. Several phone messages and email regarding questions went unreturned. Enjoyed the water slide. Too many golf carts out and about. Would like to have seen recycling containers.

The campsites are great. Good size, privacy and nice wooded lots. The grounds have plenty to offer. However, the staff members are essentially mannequins. The staff that checked us in basically had no social skills and handed me a map and rushed me away with basically no talking. Same goes for most staff around the grounds. The other negative was that the area around the fishing pond was dirty.

I was part of a group visiting your facility and I did not get the site that I reserved. I made the reservation months ago. I was fortunate to get a site close to my family but it was only because I could make my camper "fit" into the site. Business must be very good to treat customers the way you do. I should have been notified of the site change well before I arrived.....

The site we booked was full hookup which ended not having sewer due to an issue at the beginning of summer with the site. Site states ice & wood delivery when I asked I was told they did not have enough staff. Knowing that a check in would have been nice considering the distance from the site to store. Rude cafe service did not work any to serve 10 min before closing. Check in not friendly.

made reservations by phone, for 37' motorhome with slides 2 adults and 2 dogs, when we checked in we informed the check in person that we only had 1 dog as the other has passed away. also that we were charged $20 per day per dog, not the $10 we were quoted. the clerk discovered that we were actually charged for a cabin not an rv site w/w&e. she adjusted everything very pleasant & professional.

The check in was not great. Had the wrong type of site reserved. Got forced into a higher priced site. Had to go find a manager to get that sorted. Our friends booked a full hookup and got stuck in W/E only but forced to pay full rate. Had to find a manager for that. We were embarrassed because we are KOA members and recommended this place to our friends. Not planning to stay here again.

We love the campground and pretty much everything about it. Everything throughout the campground is usually very clean, so that's always a plus. Staff are very friendly and always willing to help. If we had one gripe, and it's an issue most every campground we stay at, is the speed of the golf carts. They are going way too fast making a lot of dust, and there are a lot of kids driving the carts.

The staff are clueless, even experienced staff are disorganized. Poorly managed facility, my first KOA experience. I won't go to another unless I hear of improvements. It is a shame, there is so much potential but it's being wasted by employees who are mismanaged and managers who are lacking inspiring leadership from above.

We had a bee problem, so bad my young nephew had to go home for safety concerns. Site management were aware and did nothing I had to go and purchase repellants. at times we had to stay in our camper they were so bad. There were plenty of open sites we could have moved to. their response to us was its nature deal with it unless something is done post w be going to any KOA's going forward

We love this campground. Our grass wasn't cut which was annoying but other than that everything was good. The kids love having 2 pools to choose from.

We haven’t stayed here in years. The last time we camped there it was flat rock bridge. KOA has done a lot of improvements. We had a wonderful time ! We will definitely be back !

We enjoyed stay it was amazing kids had a ball only down side we didn't know you had to sign up for ropes course early.we tried and was told no time slots.only other thing was when arrived at our camping spot we had noticed dog poop allover our site and look like human poop in back of lot were someone threw toilet paper after they wiped. Other then that place is amazing defiantly going again.

This place is beyond perfect. Visited this campsite for a solo get away, stayed in one of the deluxe cabins. Everything from the employees to the rooms, the trails, the pools, etc, was great. This campsite is huge and there is so much to do! The general Manager Steve was Fantastic. Being a solo female traveler, Steve made sure I was well taken care of to ensure my safety. They met all of my needs, I will 100% be recommending this campsite to friends and family. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much!

We rented a trailer from them at one of their site. Trailer was very clean and well maintained. Bathroom was very small but that's expected from this small trailer. The kitchen was good with almost everything you need for the stay. The full bed was spacious for two. They also have two bunker beds good enough for 2 kids. The platform outside was very good, the awning was very useful when it rained during our stay.
