Lebanon KOA Holiday on Salmon Falls River General Information

A linen fee ($6) will be charged for twin-size linen bags, this includes a towel, a washcloth,  2 flat sheets, a blanket, and a pillowcase.

Mon-Tues-Wed-Thu-Sun: waterslide opens at 10:00am daily until 7:00pm
Sat-Sun: waterslide opens at 10:00am until 8:00pm

Check-in: 3 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Check Out: 11 a.m.
Early check-in may be possible depending on availability. There is no fee for early check-in.

The standard deposit for all campground reservations is the first night's stay plus tax at the time of booking.

Please call the campground to cancel your reservation. Text, E-mail, and Voicemail notifications of cancellations are not acceptable. Not speaking to a representative or a no show will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit.

RV and Tent Sites
If the reservation is canceled prior to 48 hours, the deposit will be refunded except a $10.00 cancellation fee.
If the reservation is canceled within 48 hours of the arrival date, reservations are subject to a cancellation fee of the first night stay plus tax deposit.

Site Cancellation on Holiday Dates (Memorial Day, July 4th , Labor Day, etc.)
If the reservation is canceled prior to fourteen (14) days of the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded except a $10.00 cancellation fee.
If the reservation is canceled within fourteen (14) days of the arrival date, reservations are subject to a cancellation fee of the first night stay plus tax deposit.

Deluxe Cabins, Cabins, RV Rentals and Safari Tents:
If the reservation is canceled prior to seven (7) days, the deposit will be refunded except a $10.00 cancellation fee.
If the reservation is canceled within seven (7) days of the arrival date, reservations are subject to a cancellation fee of the first night stay plus tax deposit.

Accommodations on Holiday Dates: (Memorial Day, July 4th , Labor Day, etc.)
If the reservation is canceled prior to thirty (30) days of the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded except a $20.00 cancellation fee.
If the reservation is canceled less than thirty (30) days of the arrival date, reservations are subject to a cancellation fee of the first night stay plus tax deposit.

If your reservation is canceled 30 days prior to your arrival, you will receive a full refund, less a $20 change fee per reservation.
If you cancel your reservation less than 30 days prior to your arrival, all deposits paid will be consumed as your cancellation fee.

There will be a resort of $9.99 per day added to each reservation.

*Live entertainment scheduled regularly throughout the season

Maine law states that no wood may be brought into the state unless it is certified to be bug-free.
Transporting infected wood into the state of Maine could result in a fine.
Please protect the healthy trees in Maine, and leave your firewood at home.
Kiln-dried hardwood, certified bug-free, is available at our store.
Outside firewood is not permitted

Guests may bring their electric golf carts with proof of insurance for a $10 per day fee. 
All guests must fill out a golf cart waiver for rental golf carts. All drivers must have a valid drivers license.
There is no fee for seasonal campers who wish to bring their own golf cart.
ATV's,  mini bikes, electric scooter's and hover boards are not allowed.
Road legal motorcycles are restricted to directly entering and leaving the campground only.

A copy of the rabies certificate is required and must be provided at the time of check-in. All guests will be required to sign a pet agreement at the time of check-in.
A maximum of two pets per pet-friendly accommodation per night is allowed. A $10 per day per pet fee will be applied to all accommodation reservations with pets.
There is no pet fee charged for pets on an RV site.

The speed limit in the campground, including driveways and the parking areas, is 5 miles per hour.

We appreciate your enthusiasm for our themes and encourage all families to decorate their sites appropriately. Please do not nail into or paint our trees. Signs and decorations must be appropriate for our family audience and cannot disturb your neighbors. Radios, bright lights or blinking lights, and other noise must be kept at reasonable levels at all times. All decorations, including all strings and cords, must be removed at check-out.

All transients guests are given a key code, to the main gates when they arrive for check in. We update this code every 7 days.

Sites that have just 20amp electric service do not provide you with enough power to use air conditioners and heaters safely. Your appliances may be damaged if used, and it will also affect the electric service delivered to your neighbors.
If you need to use air conditioners or heaters, please reserve a site with 30 or 50amp electric.

Your holding tank must be empty before using the sewer to hook-up your site.
Do not flush anything other than human waste and RV toilet paper. Our small septic systems cannot handle other items.
Leave your gray water tank open at all times and dump the black water each night before you retire.

A maximum of two vehicles per site are allowed. The first vehicle is included in the reservation and may be parked on the site. The second vehicle must be parked in the guest parking lot and is subject to a $10 per day fee.

No fireworks of any kind are allowed in the campground, except sparklers.

Please place all household trash in the dumpsters at the entrance gates. Large items such as lawn chairs, grills or appliances may not go in the dumpsters.

A $10 fee, which includes the vehicle fee, will be charged per visitor. 
All visitors must leave by 10 p.m. of the day they are visiting.
Visitors must not exceed the maximum number of guests allowed on a site.

Quiet hours are from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
Children must be on their site by 10:30 p.m. Please be courteous to others.
Radios, pets, air horns, bright lights or blinking lights, and other noise must be kept at a reasonable level at all times.

Alcohol may be responsibly consumed by adults at least 21 years old. Excessive use of alcohol will result in ejection without refund.
Public use of marijuana is prohibited and will result in ejection from the campground. 
Tobacco products may be used on your campsite or in one of the designated smoking areas that are located around the campground.
You must be responsible and place cigarette butts in one of the receptacles located at each of the designated smoking areas.
Smoking of any kind, including electronic cigarettes and vaping, is prohibited in all other areas, including all campground buildings, at public gatherings and within the pool areas.
All of our accommodations are non-smoking. A minimum cleaning fee of $250 will be charged if we determine that smoking occurred inside a rental.

You may have one free standing screen room or dining canopy (not to exceed 12' x 12') at our accommodations. We do not allow any camping tents at accommodations.
If you hang a string for drying towels, please remove it at check-out.

Pool open Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Pool hours 9am-8pm
No lifeguards on duty, swim at your own risk.
A parent must accompany children under 14 years of age.
Infants in diapers must wear swimming diapers, available in our store.
No glass containers in the pool areas.
No smoking or vaping in the pool areas.
Running, jumping, diving and horseplay are prohibited.
Floats and noodles are not allowed in the pools.
No pets are allowed within the fenced pool areas.
Pool will shut down due to lightning.

Water Slide open Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Hours are 9am-7pm.
Slide will close due to Lightning.

Ropes course Operation Information:
Wed, Thu, Fri - 11:00am-2:00pm / 3:00pm-8:00pm
Saturday & Sunday - 9:00am-1:00pm / 4:00pm -8:00pm
Height Limit - 45''
Weight Limit - 265 lbs
Course will close due to rain and remain closed until ropes have dried out.
If the Heat Index reaches 90 degrees F, the ropes course will close for a period of time.

Open Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Hot tub open during pool hours.
