They originally assigned one of the worse sites on the property After a long delay we were upgraded to a excellent site This should have been done immediately due to weather conditions and the fact the place was empty Charging a resort fee when the only facility we used was a very expensive laundry is outrageous Nice staff but check in was very poor Great place for teenagers.

Very clean and nice park. Our site backed up to the river with a great view. Pools were very clean and nice.

wrong, completely unlevel site, cable didn't work, water slide broken, pancake breakfast was 1 pancake and no juice, coffee, sausage, etc and there was no place to eat there. no escort to site. yelled at for watching Celtics game 6 and being too loud just after 11. water pedestal was broken. roads in disrepair and my son fell off his bike as a result. not worth anywhere near $150 a night

Due to severe rain sites were not level, have been repaired, cable was repaired. Guest were loud past 12 midnight and told the Assistant GM explicitly to F OFF. Guest is not welcome back. Water pedestal was repaired (backed over) Roads were grated after the flood.

Place for locals but too far off the beaten path. Dog park was a mess. I tried to fish the “salmon River” only to see toilet paper and other nondescript stuff stuck to the banks and the branches. Btw this is also used for “lazy River tubing” Should NOT be a KOA in my opinion just not up to quality.

This is a campground for everyone! Dog park is cleaned on a daily basis, the salmon falls river flooded by 4 feet, there was no toilet on the banks, it looked like dry wall from up the river and was removed that day. Yes the river is used for tubing, its one of the highlights of the campground.

As usual the grounds are well kept. The staff was more welcoming and friendly compared to our last visit (Sept. 2022). The check-in process seemed faster and easier, utilizing the express check-in that was emailed prior to our arrival. We were disappointed the water slide attraction was closed because of the new stairs had failed inspection. There were plenty of activities to keep the kids busy.

we were excited to stay and try all the activities offered. we were disappointed that there was no mention when booking that the waterslide was not functional due to inspection being delayed. so huge disappointment for the kids. campers were friendly. staff was very helpful and pleasant. had a great time playing human bingo and finding out fun facts about employees. rope course employees,the best!

It seemed like all the amenities we wanted to use weren’t available like the heated pool and slides. Many issues with booking sites and power during our stay. This will be our 6 site groups last year. For the money we have found much better experiences.

Worst stay we have had in over 10 years of camping at this location. Manager and staff does not care about campers and their experience. If you locked in a site last year, at the office, with a KOA staff, BEWARE! They probably did not book the reservation right and you will lose your site. They did this to us and tried to put us on a site too small for our camper and sewer on wrong side of site.

Ms Burns claimed that she had locked in her site but this was not the case, staff tried to accommodate her and moved her to another site. guests was not happy. Optimizer moved her site 14 times.

Memorial Day weekend, opening weekend. The water slide was closed the entire time! Ropes course was closed on Monday. Kids were disappointed! Sites are good, bathrooms are clean, fun activities. Would go back just bummed that things were closed for opening weekend!

Waterslide was closed as the state fire marshall was not able to give us the operating permit for another 2-weeks. Ropes are closed on Mondays, this is also posted on the website.

We were not able to use cable or the WIFI. Not all of the amenities were open. For $200+ per night for a camper site, I’m not sure what we were paying for. If you can’t be ready for Memorial Day weekend, you should charge off season rates.

Wifi is only available in the main office and arcade. Big pool and waterslide was closed all other amenities were open.

Check in process was cumbersome. Water slide was closed which was upsetting to kids that had been looking forward to this specifically. The cable connection that we pay for in the premium sites was not working. These are 2 important items for which we paid for yet there was no communnicatio or acceptable alternative.Only 1/2 of our sites had fire rings (camping with group).More umbrellas at pool

check in takes only 5 minutes, we seat guests to complete the paperwork and then go to the office, its much faster now. slide didnt open as we didnt have the permit. Cable had issues because of the flooding, the technicians were 3 weeks away from coming to make the repairs. fire rings were purchased

Water slide was closed and we were not made aware when booking, and site we were given, had a 4ft long, 1.5ft deep hole that was next to the back of our camper. This was a “deluxe pull through”

The slide opens on memorial day. due to water damage we had to trench in the site, maintenace was quick and the hole was filled the same day.

The comment is very vauge, Ms Gervais stayed at the campground during heavy flooding. Guest stayed in 166, parked in the middle of the site and complained she had no place to sit. she would not move the camper as she stated she was not moving.

From the beginning the front staff went above and beyond to get 2 sites together so we can be next to our friends. Throughout our stay staff was great and always checking to make sure things were good. Our kids had a great time and can’t wait to be back!

This was a very tough stay. The campground was not ready to open and should not have opened. The roads had wires sticking out where walkers could trip. The park was a construction zone. The pools weren't open, the store was only open until 5 PM. There was no propane. Our site was a mess with no picnic table. Very disappointed. We won't be back.

We had a severe storm on our 1st and 2nd week of opening. Certain areas were flooded and we had heavy equipment to remove the water and add rock and sand. Pool at waterslide was open. store hours are posted and given to guests, picnic table was replaced,we have blue rhino.

Park was nice but the sight in process was ridiculous. Had to sign legal agreements for the dog ad well as having pictures taken. Took the camping joy out. Keep lawyers out of your campground!

The campground has 4 sheets of paper guests have to initial and sign, its a 5 minute process at most.

We had a great stay at Lebanon KOA. It was opening weekend so it was a very quiet relaxing weekend. We had a great site on the river. Lots of activities for kids included in your stay-high ropes, mini golf, pools playgrounds and water slide and river tubing! We loved it and booked another stay in August!

Very disappointed in the appearance of the campground, wires sticking up out of the ground, huge pot holes, the sites hadn’t been cleaned from the winter. We had no picnic table. The store closed at 5 all weekend. The pools and hot tub were not open. I know they were trying to get open and had a flooding issue but disappointed I paid for things I couldn’t use.

we were cleaning up after 5' of water had overrun certain parts of the campground. We had our landscaping team cleaning as fast as they could, 5 days to clean up sites. operating hours were posted and guest were informed. waterslide pool was open.

I’ve been there for quite a few years as a seasonal and camping at that campground for over 30 years. This was the worst year I have ever had there. management was horrible,treated seasonals rudely and disrespectfully. We always felt like we were walking on pins and needles, afraid to go into the office. The new general manager was extremely rude, threatening, With no interpersonal skills.

This comment was made by Holly Amaral, a previous seasonal. She was caught removing crushed stone from a new cabin and placing it in her site. Ms Amarals son was caught driving a golf cart, he is underage and was also sneaking unregistered guests into the campground. She was not renewed.

Restrooms where dirty and missing toilet paper. Our site was next to the dog park and it was nasty.

Restrooms were cleaned on a daily basis as best the team could do. We ran out of the jumbo rolls and used regular roles.

Corporate owned campground shouldn't charge resort fee during week when they can't provide services, then rating would've been higher. Couldn't get site escort, firewood delivered or use high ropes due to staff shortage. Staff on hand (5 stars to them!) were very accommodating due to site not having full hookup because map is mislabeled. Bathrooms clean but chilly. Weekend seemed fully staffed.

We were short staffed at that time of year in 2022. We have a full staff until closing in 2023 this season.

Starting swith the check-in.You need a person with some sembelence of people skills. She was very abrupt and did not offer any info wiyhout being asked directly, Having that many golf carts to rent to people without any consequences is disturbing. Teens race around all weekend doing well obver the park 5 mph limit. I found it quite dangerous to walk my dogs. The hot tub was pleasant but the pool

all staff from previous season were not rehired for the 2023 season. we have a great team and it truly shows. Security did their best to stop the teens in the golf carts and confiscated many during the nights.

I reserved and paid for a full hookup site but they put me in a water/electric only but told me it was full hookup. I spent 15 minutes searching the site in the dark trying to find the non-existent sewer. Also the included campground amenities were not fully available, in spite of them assuring me over the phone they would be before I made my reservation.

There was an error in the FHU site. this mistake was made by reservations. This season this has not been an issue as we have a fully trained reservation/front office staff.

We had a great time! The activities and events available for all ages is a plus. The only things that were disappointing was the windy/cold nights and the cost of the fire wood! Really, $8.00 for a bundle of wood is ridiculous. Especially when a bundle only contains 5 small pieces of wood; one bundle does not make a worthy campfire for either cooking over or sitting by.

This place is beyond perfect. Visited this campsite for a solo get away, stayed in one of the deluxe cabins. Everything from the employees to the rooms, the trails, the pools, etc, was great. This campsite is huge and there is so much to do! The general Manager Steve was Fantastic. Being a solo female traveler, Steve made sure I was well taken care of to ensure my safety. They met all of my needs, I will 100% be recommending this campsite to friends and family. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much!

We rented a trailer from them at one of their site. Trailer was very clean and well maintained. Bathroom was very small but that's expected from this small trailer. The kitchen was good with almost everything you need for the stay. The full bed was spacious for two. They also have two bunker beds good enough for 2 kids. The platform outside was very good, the awning was very useful when it rained during our stay.
