Very happy with our visit. Was our first time there and we will be back. If I did have a complaint it would be that 11 is rather late for a quiet time.

Tough weather week, not your fault. Bathrooms were kept ok. Our site had a mud flood. All the rain ran down the road into our site. Kids had fun on the slide.

I must say that the young man working at the obstacle course was phenomenal to say the least. He worked so many jobs at once and kept everything moving with a very cool head about him.

We have stayed there the last 4 years, every year there is a problem. This year there were people drinking and drunk in the big pool had to leave with my Grandchildren as it was Ridiculous told Rich about it and nothing was done. Most of the activites started late or not at all. We left two days earlier and Rich refunded me for one night as he stated he was losing money. they booked the site

Kids loved the campground amenities, but they definitely need more rangers out and about daily picking up trash that kids are leaving everywhere. Although I know that’s on the parents of said children, it still reflects the campground. Teens running the water slide/merry go round shouldn’t have their faces buried in their phones or be swearing on calls. Office bathrooms need to be checked hour

The mantaince people are the ones that make this camp ground. The camp gound its self is very nice clean and well managed. But whe. Asked the mantaince man John and guard go the distance in coustomer appreciation .they should receive the medals they deserve every thing .

I enjoyed the campground, however I reserved a site with full hookups including sewer. The site did not have sewer hookup. I was offered a free pump out for Sunday (the end of my stay), but after several calls that morning, it was never done. I waited until noon then just pulled onto an open site to dump my tanks. It was inconvenient. I sent an email to your info address, but have not heard back.

Large KoA with lots of amenities, but sadly the spaces are not level, our site electricity had reverse polarity (after I played "the hookups are where? to find it), the check-in process is the slowest and most tedious I've ever encountered.

35 minutes to check in. It’s Aug 2022 and they are still asking covid questions. Lot not level. No WiFi at site. Cable could not even reach splitter so it had never been installed properly to begin with (told manager. She said that maintenance probably already knows about it). Site had no shade. Overall kids loved the pools.. we didnt get to the ropes course due to rain. My biggest negative was the staff running the 'events'. They are less then enthused..we waited 20 minutes for smores to start our first night and the staff bickered over lighting the fire, they were late to set up, didnt acknowledge us once . We walked away and skipped it! The young kids running slide seem miserable also

had to stay on two different sites meaning i had to pack up the rv and move it. had sewer back up on my site twice never cleaned the sewage site smelled. apparently the slide had not been inspected in 7 year told that by the manager couldn’t go down it with my two year old no apology no sorry just that sucks. customer service is horrible Staff zooming around in golf children driving golf carts

That's a mean waterside, awesome! The river Was excellent considering the drought and all. Wanted to play at arcade but there were no prizes for all those tickets. I was also hoping for a snack bar or ice cream shack. The internet we'll there was none but still had a good time.

We requested 4 months ago to be with our family all together. Didn’t happen. You had 3 reservations when I only made one. Our site 161 was completely under water for 36 hours and not once did someone stop in to offer planks or a pallet to help us get in and out of the camper.

this is the first time since we have been coming here that we have had a Bad experience, staff was unfriendly, bathrooms were dirty, tv cable not in service. it’s the first time that we had left two days earlier. hopefully they get better.

Nice grounds, very clean bathrooms though maintenance seems to be an ongoing thing. Kind of a bummer that the cable wasn't working. tough dry season made the dirt roads dusty.

We will not be returning! the dust was out of control from the roads. vehicles and golf carts are driving well over the 5 MPH limit (some were the staff) it was like being sandblasted by the dust. Lack of effective security is another concern. SEVERAL YOUNG teens were allowed to drive w/o adults with multiple kids on the golf carts. when you have kids playing/walking in road is a safety issue!

We were charged premium prices. $350 for 3 nights. This is the worst campground we’ve ever camped in. Terrible power voltage. Kept tripping my surge protector, finally had to stop using it. DIRT roads and campsites, no gravel. Dust drying everywhere when someone would drive by. We will not be back. For the price you charge, this should have been a much better experiences I expect more from a KOA

The worst KOA we have stayed at. Don't waste your time or money. Dirty facilities, rude staff, site we were put on was not what we booked, etc. We left 3 days early. Will not return or recommend to anyone. Very sad as we camp at KOAs all the time and have never had these issues.

The campground is large and has many amenities for families of all ages. The bathrooms were neat and clean and the public showers were roomy and very accommodating. The site we stayed on was very dusty with lots of roots poking up through the ground - big tripping hazard. The roads were horribly dusty and everything we brought left with an inch of dust on it. Fix the roads and sites.

Reserved Riverfront site for 3 nights. Was "KOA Optimized" and downgraded to inferior site even with riverfront sites available. Charged $20 more for inferior site. Got small credit. Diminished activities/amenities despite advertising on website they had them and still charging "Resort fee". Bathrooms not clean. Kids driving golfcarts everywhere creating dust clouds. Worst KOA experience for us.

After waiting forever to check in, we got to our site and someone else was in it. I had to walk back to the store and it was kind of crap shoot. No one knew what was going on and they wanted to put me in a spot that was a downgrade from my original booking until they got someone on the radio. The camp store was insanely over priced and the pools and slide were closed constantly.

On line it said I had full hook up and the price was 109 a night told that to them at check in and they said that KOA is wrong and they will send someone over to empty my tank plus check in lasted over an hour with only 3 people in line and I was the 3 person in line , they gave me a drawing on where to go to get to my site no help didn’t know where to turn I don’t recommend it for any one

I have come to expect a consistent experience with KOA and specifically the Patio. I booked the Patio and when I arrived at 2:30 they said my site was given to another customer. They placed me in a Back-up site which far missed the mark for my expectations since I booked a Patio. Very disappointed that bookings on KOA are NOT guaranteed and it gives me caution to book again.

Plenty to do for kids and adults. Bathrooms were kept up well which in my mind is one of the most important things. Nice theater and rec hall. The grounds overall needed some TLC. Our site was littered with trash on arrival, paid extra for pad site and patio was filthy leftover bones and trash from last visitors and huge half burned trees in it. To koa defense they seemed very short staffed.

Reserved a river view site and the site given was overgrown, the sewage pipe was improperly laid and garbage was left on site until we notified the office. KOA website said cable, but upon checking in no cable. Extremely disappointed from time of check-in. Requested a refund for 2 nights, was denied. Would not recommend this KOA.

I paid for a site with cable and there was no cable . Also went 2 days without electricity to my camper in the 100° temps because they overbooked. Most of the Staff I encountered was incredibly rude and unwilling to help.

The campground is enormous with lots of activities to entertain guests. Golf carts were available (and necessary) to travel around the spacious area. Unfortunately when we arrived, the cable was not working until the last night of our stay. They were awaiting their propane license so we were I unable to refill our empty propane tank.

They stay was great other than the campsite was a mess when we showed up with the tables and chairs in other campsites. The babies really loved swimming in the larger pool however many people were smoking and drinking by the pool.

I found the assigned campsite almost unusable and asked for a different one. At first the attendant said all sites are booked and nothing else was available. Eventually I got a new site but it was in quite an incline that it was difficult to unhitch and level the trailer. Other campers seem to have problems as well. Campsites are not clearly marked and half the water faucets were leaking.

The campground is extremely dusty due to dirt roads and ppl going more than 5 mph. There was no cable or internet although they claim to have it. Deluxe sites were extremely unlevel . The pad was not close. The falls were nice to look at!! If you love nature it’s for you . We hit many rocks and boulders under us. We liked it but wouldn’t do it again. Not so lazy river . It’s work lol!

They dont tell you this when you arrive, you find out when you go to dump and there is sewage in your sewer connection. They have not upgraded the electrical on many of the sites. We had a wonderful time and will return. Additionally, I have a huge thank you and appreciation for the staff there, specifically Jeff, Gage, and the sweet lady at registration. My RVs slide out was stuck in the open position and they helped solve the problem. They took care of us and ensured my family was safe. Jeff and the seasonal BMW mechanic are awesome guys that helped us get home. Thank you

Quiet time rules not enforced, golf carts and cars ignore the 5 mph limit, constant noise at all hours, very low water pressure, camp staff drive carts recklessly everywhere, widespread pot smoking that makes the park stink, dog park garbage cans overflowing with feces, dirt roads and constant dust clouds. We've stayed at six different KOA's this summer. Lebanon is by far the absolute worst.

Huge KOA. Lots of activities for kids. We felt like there was too many golf carts with very little monitoring. i.e. some going way too fast. The vehicles entering and exiting were not abiding of 5 mph. Wi-Fi was non existent at our site. When we needed to use it we had to go to the office area.

This place is beyond perfect. Visited this campsite for a solo get away, stayed in one of the deluxe cabins. Everything from the employees to the rooms, the trails, the pools, etc, was great. This campsite is huge and there is so much to do! The general Manager Steve was Fantastic. Being a solo female traveler, Steve made sure I was well taken care of to ensure my safety. They met all of my needs, I will 100% be recommending this campsite to friends and family. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much!

We rented a trailer from them at one of their site. Trailer was very clean and well maintained. Bathroom was very small but that's expected from this small trailer. The kitchen was good with almost everything you need for the stay. The full bed was spacious for two. They also have two bunker beds good enough for 2 kids. The platform outside was very good, the awning was very useful when it rained during our stay.
