I have stayed here for years and have always loved my stay. This year was terrible from start to finish. Get into cabin, toilet exploded and flooded cabin. They have to pull toilet and put it on deck. Gross, toilet water all over everything and everybody walking through it tracking it everywhere. They almost didn't move me and assured me it would be fixed in couple hours. Nope didn't happen.

We absolutely loved the campground and all the activities it offered. We immediately booked for next year once we got home and recruited three other families to come with us who also booked. Can’t wait to return!

My check-in was horrible - couldn't find my cabin keys wasted an hour+ trying to find them. My cabin was not cleaned, fire pit trash,no toilet paper or floors swept. Then they dug up my neighbors sewer from about 10 am till 9 pm with loud machinery and sewer smell so bad blocked the parking for my cabin and we could not sit at our site for an entire day.

The camper we rented was dirty and falling apart. The queen size bed was very uncomfortable. Would have rather pitched my own tent to camp. The bathhouses also seemed dirty from the brief time we spent at the camp site. The camper was so gross we fled in the middle of the night to stay in a hotel in Portsmouth.

My siblings and I come every year for the last 7/8 years. We also came there as kids so started taking our kids. This year was disappointing unfortunately. I totally understand being short staffed. There was a list of activities and the first two we attempted were pirate slime which they didn’t even know was supposed to happen and didn’t have material then softball which no one showed up for.

This was our first and last visit to Lebanon KOA. Our family booked a stay to celebrate our oldest daughters birthday. We left emergently to the hospital because my 9 year old daughter horrifically got stung 14 times from a bee’s nest that was next to the RV that we rented from the KOA! This should never should have occurred! My daughter almost died and is emotionally scarred !!!

We have gone to this campground for 7 years. This stay was awful. I would like a partial refund but the manager did not want to do that. Programs advertised were not running, pools were closed, there was no running water. It was horrible.

Meh. No remote/tv for 2 days. No picnic table and everyother site had 1. 10 stored next to dog park. They weren't willing to grab one. Poor customer service. Asked for wood to be brought to site. refused. Asked to extend stay 1 day to stay in area with dogs and they said it would be a new rental and it has to be 2 days. Lake had no fish. Cabin was nice with amenities if I used them and had kids.

At check-in we had to wait in line for close to an hour. The "Welcome center" was hot with no ac or fan making the wait even more miserable. We were accidentally not given our key and had to go back to get it. The cabin was not as described. We thought we had a full stove w/ oven and a full size bunk which we had neither. Sofa bed was broken.The "grill" was a joke. Much more that I can't fit here.

Your staff has no experience and lacks communication skills all over.When I ask questions i was given sarcasm as a response.The staff would pick and choose when to allow children down the slide with a parent causing children to have tantrums over being left out even tho half way down the damage hurt your back.When we brought issues up they had no sympathy, teen staff at this site is very careless

We had a wonderful time and were able to stay in the brand new rustic cabins. This accommodations were gorgeous but missing the rails on the top bunks and a table above the fridge. Also, the distance from these cabins to a bathroom are very far so we would recommend having something available closer to this location.

The front desk was a little difficult to deal with. There answer for everything was we are short staffed. I understand that, and I also work in a place that is short staffed but that does not mean unfriendly. I appreciated the head girl of the cleaning staff. I unfortunately did not catch he name but she was super friendly and answered all of our questions. Thank you blond lady!

Facilities were clean and well maintained. Ropes course was closed for lightening the day we arrived then both full days of our stay when weather was better. Staff at the front desk seemed annoyed with their jobs. Pool attendant pushed a friend in the water while on duty in KOA uniform.

Fun campground! Most staff were polite. I think they could definitely improve activities such as crafts or games for the kids. Those were fairly disappointing. The water slide was fun, and our cabin was pretty clean.

Our camper was never cleaned from previous guest. Never got refunded. I went right to the office and let them know the camper wasn’t cleaned. Instead of being offered a new one they gave free ice and free wood 2 of each. I’d prefer a clean place otherwise i would have pitched a tent. The BR smelled so bad, I couldn’t even sleep the first night. Not to mention the BRs provided were never clea

Cabins were absolutely filthy, urine caked on bathroom floor, food wrappers/crumbs everywhere, refrigerator had food stains from previous guests, gross. Pools in poor condition, staff miserable, everything out of order or closed… our group of 17 will not be returning and we will not recommend to any friends or family as this was our second chance stay…couldn’t be more disappointed.

Overall our stay was good. Unfortunately the cleanliness of the facilities fell short this yr. The communication between the main office & the activities office where subpar and unorganized. The young staff seemed more interested in their phones than working & lacked supervision or motivation to do better. One staff even stated they "could fold and organized the shirts but didn't feel like it"

Over all it was a great time. I found our trailer to be quite beat up tho. Bed broken, most outlets didn't work. Dirty, missing bowels and trash bags. Pillows where horribly stained from someone's sweat. Beds where dirty and more than expected bugs inside. You got some work to do there. Second! Worse, Sunday morning 10am pool packed. Someone pumped the bathrooms out. Planning would go along way.

The cabin does not sleep six. We opened the sofa bed and laid down and completely fell in one side. We tried laying on the other end where our feet would hang down but they were springs in our stomach and back. It was the most horrible rest ever. Check in took 45 to 50 minutes and everybody standing there with me said that that is the normal for there. Front desk calls are never answered or return

We had a great stay! Definitely recommend renting a golf cart! That was my kids favorite part. We rented an RV and it was beautiful and clean. Staff did a great job even though they were understaffed. We will definitely book a stay there again.

Cabin was nice, very relaxing, but very dusty, sometimes golf carts, cars go to fast creating a dust cloud. We had told office on first night that the toilet was dripping. No one came by to check it out.

I rated 5 because overall stay was great, as always. This was our 11th stay! We love the upgrades since KOA assumed the campground. My only issue was that I asked 3 times (voicemail, email & at checkin) for a golf cart (husband had a foot injury). Told to come back to pick up 2 hours later & there were none available. My husband was site-bound for the first day.

I booked a pull through patio site, paid the lock in fee and my site was changed to a non pull through non patio site. I have stayed here before and the activities were great but this time was not,the ropes course was not open very often, not much going on during the week for the kids to do. The ones they had were not as they said they were going to be. Will not be staying again

I had an RV rental. We got there it was dirty. They don't even clean the floors between ppl. There were cigarette butts all over, fireplace was full of debris. Our oven didn't work at all, freezer hasn't been defrosted and was nasty, cable didn't work. Charged an amenity fee but the waterslide was closed more then it was open, the ropes course/ horse merry go round open rarely. Not enough linens.

Not enough staff to follow through with camp rules. Kids in the arcade where absolutely not supervised and foul. The pool with no slide had several kids throwing a football. A window was broken and no one ever asked them to stop. Continued to next day as they took over the whole pool. I expected more I guess considering it was a KOA campground.

Nice faculty but a lot of items either out of service or broken. Very dusty and dry the time we visited. Would recommend staying away from main roads in and out as your site is covered in dust. The staff at the check in office could be a bit more friendly. Every time I asked a question I was met with short incomplete answers. We r ny d a small cabin and was pleasantly surprised on the size comfort

Our RV that we had rented had an AWFUL odor, especially in the bathroom (site 20) Almost as if something died in there. I’m sure the cleaners noticed this ahead of our stay and said/did nothing about it which is just outrageous to me. There was too much dust/dirt at this campground. Underage kids & adults were going far above the posted speed limit in the golf carts

The RV we rented was filthy and not in the best of shape. Our tv did not work, the stove did not work and we were invaded by spiders to a point where me and my granddaughter went home at night to sleep. I'm not talking just a few spiders, I am talking many and various kinds. I complained to the office 2 times. First time nothing was done, 2nd time they sent someone down with a can of hot shot

It started out with dried dog puke on the deck, the RV itself had to not have been cleaned for weeks, the holding tank was full, the grounds were full of plastic caps, wrappers, food scraps, etc. Check in was painfully slow...25 minutes for a pre-pay? The place needs a major facelift, no other of putting it. For the money they charge....very disappointing. Will never be going back there again.

Stayed 2 night, arcade could use major upgrade( really no prizes for tickets, machine did not work properly, teen workers were just flirting with each other and goofing around). Need bigger pool and hot tub, new slide. Maybe more offerings of things to do during the week days there.

We found it to be very enjoyable. However, no beach area. The other more disturbing issue was upon check in, I asked to rent a golf cart. Receptionis said "you should wait until tomorrow to get one, we have plenty". We went back next morning as soon as they opened and was told no more carts available. I don't know why the woman just didn't let us rent it at check in or even offer to reserve it

We loved our site and the amenities and the activities offered. I was very concerned, however, that there were no rules enforced in regards to the pool. Staff sat by and did nothing as kids swam in front of the slide, climbed up and jumped off the waterfall wall, did flips and somersaults off the side of the pool and from the waterfall wall. I was really concerned about safety.

We had a great time! There was so much to do, everything was very clean and the staff we encountered was great. Ryan cleaned our glamping tent and he was fast, efficient and friendly. We also enjoyed running into Ranger Mike! We saw Santa, had ice cream, tried the lazy river, swam in the pool, splashed on the splash pad and the water slide, ate smores and got some gem stones! What more is there.

We love this campsite been here twice. Only thing that we wished they changed in the wood cabins is a newer better AC system. As well as more comfortable beds. Also would love if there was less street dirt and more grass

We have a large group (at least 8 sites) that have been coming to this campground for 9 years and the past few years we have continuously had problems with our reservations. Unfortunately, since management at this location was unable to resolve the issues with our reservations, this may have been the last year our group comes here.

This place is beyond perfect. Visited this campsite for a solo get away, stayed in one of the deluxe cabins. Everything from the employees to the rooms, the trails, the pools, etc, was great. This campsite is huge and there is so much to do! The general Manager Steve was Fantastic. Being a solo female traveler, Steve made sure I was well taken care of to ensure my safety. They met all of my needs, I will 100% be recommending this campsite to friends and family. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much!

We rented a trailer from them at one of their site. Trailer was very clean and well maintained. Bathroom was very small but that's expected from this small trailer. The kitchen was good with almost everything you need for the stay. The full bed was spacious for two. They also have two bunker beds good enough for 2 kids. The platform outside was very good, the awning was very useful when it rained during our stay.
