We had such a great week long family vacation at Lebanon salmon river falls Koa. The staff were lovely, the grounds and amenities were immaculate, we loved every moment. We stayed in a deluxe cottage and it was so nice. The screened in deck was an added bonus and we'll used every evening. So nice to sit outside without all the bugs!

Patio site had dried TP from a prior spillage, human hair & rice. Table surface sticky. Dog park unsafe. gate difficult to close, bottom of fence had large gap. When making reservation we asked that friends renting cabin be close to us, but were put on the other side of the street and told upon checkin a $60 fee would have been required. Activities great. Mini golf course design was great.

This comment is not true. We have a double gate in the dog park as required. the base also has 2" x 6" so dogs cant get loose. The guests did not pay the lock in fee and he was upset.

Had a good stay overall, lots to do, but a bit disappointed with delux cabiin. The cabin’s back to back fire pit location with next door, would literally have had us sitting with them if it was occupied. The cabin claimed to come with smart TVs,but had zero access to wifi and phone service was spotty. AC in unit worked sometimes and not other times. Hoped for more with this price point.

We will look to move the fire pits when the cabins are not occupied. the cabins do have smart tv's but not wifi, that the issue. I have sent a proposal for internet/wifi to be installed on the capital project 2024. AC unit was defrosted and works now.

Our stay was good. There was a lot of confusion and issues checking in for the other 3 family’s we were with. This seems to be due to people locking in a reserved site for an extra fee. They had already paid and booked the sites well in advance and given there site number a week before check in. But once there to check in we’re told they were separated and the site was given to campers for mor

The issue was is that the guests did not lock in the site fee. This creates a problem that reservations has to be better at as we receive negative comments because of this. We try to accommodate when the guest arrives but we cant always get everyone of them together.

Great campground, picked up our trash right outside cabin from 8 to 11 am great feature, clean facilities too. Cabin was well stocked with essentials. Hopefully we cab go back next year.

Definitely a place for kids. The $9.99 per day charge is ridiculous. Supposed to be for services/amenities which we didn’t use and no site escort like stated. Also were told wrong way to enter our site only to realize the patio was on the opposite side so had to repark. Site not level. Golf carts all over and traffic all hours of the night. More for seasonal campers.

9.99 is the resort fee. We have escorts that assist with all guests going to sites. on a busy check in day we have sometimes 6 campers to escort, sometime the service is slower but we have escorts. site will get hard pack over the roots this week. security is trying their best with the kids/carts

Loved our stay at Lebanon, salmon falls koa! We stayed in the cabins. Very cute and well kept. Ac worked great which was such a relief for the humid days we had on our stay. Clean bathrooms and shower facilities. Loved being able to rent golf carts!! We will definitely be back!

There was a big mud and water problem with the original site we had booked but they went above and beyond to get it resolved immediately and even reimbursed some of our money because the site we had booked was a deluxe tent site but they didn't have any more open so we were able to pick our site that was a bit cheaper but even better than the one we had originally booked. Great people, great place

Looking forward to a few days away. Booked a 'premium' pull through site. Heavy thunderstorm came through shortly after setting up. Site flooded. Cable did not work. Sewer was blocked. Manager said 'sorry'. Offered a partial refund.

I spoke to Mr Bak and offered him 50% off the site. Torrential rains was an issue with the cable but was fixed the same day. I did apologize for his site being flooded and he was happy at the time of the refund.

The campground was huge and had a lot of amenities for all family members. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The escort service was great! The pull thru site we were assigned for the overnight stay was very tight for our 38 ft rig and tow car on a dolly. On the way out the other campers and their parking of golf carts and cars made it a difficult drive out.

Well it started with being put on a sit that need a lumber yard to level. The majority of the staff where lazy around the pool people drinking from clear glass bottle staff allows it,pool was dirty and many floating thing trash ,bandaids,bandaid, debrie just to name a few. Quit hour not enforced at all. But the best had to be the raw sewage that was in a container on wheel that was splash out.

Site 201 is a complete level site. Drinking is allowed at the pool in containers NOT glass bottles. The pools are crystal clear and staff keeps the pools clean. We have 2 night security that ensures quiet time is enforced. The Honey Wagon does not leak.

Our stay was a great time. We've been coming to this campground for over 10 years. Love the additions. Was sad to learn that we couldn't rebook upon leaving as we do every year.

We were at site 24, right on a corner intersection, and our vacation time consisted of listening to dump trucks, tractors, golf carts, and kids ! The exit /entrance to the river was having to go by that corner and the traffic and noise was almost constant. The playground was also located across the street. There were plenty of open campsites available. We booked this in February. Not last minute.

site 24 is in a busy area but also quiet at the same time. so far we have 3 negative comments on this site. I will have a 6' high fence installed and think this will help. If guest would have reported this, we could have possibly moved the guests.

Overall stay was fantastic. Plenty of things to keep the kids busy. Staff was courteous and helpful. Bathrooms were kept clean however forgot to fill toilet paper dispensers a fee times. Had one issue with a young man in the ladies room. That being said loved that some of the proceeds from some activities go to a great program of care camps. Over all a fun week!!!

Très tres bruillant ( chiens qui jappent pour rien, musique de certains campeurs très forte ) avons fait des plaintes mais rien n’a été réglé. Très décevant pour le prix du séjour. Ne conseille pas cette endroit.

The guest reported barking dogs, loud music, loud campers. We did speak to each guests in the surrounding areas and had security check at night and there was no issues from that point onward.

The staff were all very nice and we received great service. I have one major complaint: I reserved an RV site I was assigned site 140. This is not an RV site. The entire site is oriented backwards for an RV. The electric connection is on the entry side, we had to run the power underneath our camper. The picnic table and fire pit were on the back side! Shame on you for selling this as an RV site!

excessive cost for services received. This year and last we had power issues. One bathroom was not in service the whole time. In 3 different bathrooms there wasn't toilet paper. Staff said they were waiting on a shipment and would need to go to Staples to get some, unacceptable. We rented a deluxe cabin for our Son's family, cable wasn't working, told it hasn't for a long time. It was run down.

We had to replace a breaker at the site as the guests were using an electric oven with AC units on. 1 bathroom closed because for the flooding, it was opened the same day. We ran out of the jumbo toilet paper and left small roles 2 in each stall and were re filling them.Cable was repaired

Best office staff in the few years I have been camping here. Also, a lot of the support staff (driving the golf carts, maintenance etc were always waving as they went by us.

We've been staying here for >10 years. Clearly we like it enough to keep coming back. But for feedback: Aside from bathrooms being out of order MOST of the week, the few days they were open, they were being cleaned between 7:30-8:00 -- during the time just about ALL guests will need them -- ?? Golf cart rules strictly enforced for guests, yet staff are RECKLESS & clearly underaged.

Only 1 bathroom was out of service for 2 days, due to sewer issues. we have cleaning schedules that must be followed, security is doing their best to control the kids on the golf carts.

Everything was awesome, clean. Loved everything here except the rude old lady at the front desk, but the other employees apologized for the way she acted, how embarrassing! Would deff come back!

The bathrooms were closed down for 2 days. I don't like that everything closed so early. People want to swim after 8. We're on vacation. I think you need more bath houses.

the east bathroom was closed for 2 days as the area was under 1 foot of water. Pools close at 8pm.

Our sites septic was full and we could not empty our camper. Campground is run by a bunch of kids. Kids driving golf carts and horsing around. Speed limit is 5 mph in the campground and I don’t think I saw one golf cart, car, staff member drive 5 mph. The pool had so much sand in it.

We do have a honey wagon and we pump when guests request a pump. security is constantly working and tracking the kids in golf carts, they are doing their best. We also enforce the 5mph with all staff members and guests. We clean the pools daily.

Everything was good, except for my sewer being full causing me to have to dump little at a time then having to dump at the dump station on my way out.

We had to move our campsite because of sewerage problems from the ground. The sites are set up backwards with electrical and other hook ups on the wrong sides. There were too many people , driving golf carts, screaming with music, loud and driving too fast. There should be better signage for the river exit. I will say the clerk Leanne was a great help. She made our stay so much better!

Due to flooding issues we had a few sewer problems. 2024 we are moving 12 hook-ups that are positioned on the wrong side of the campsites. we have 2 security working nightly and trying to maintain the quiet hours and confiscating golf carts from minors. Very disappointed camper and refrigerator in camper smelled awful. Ant infestation laundry facilities are trash do not work spent 40$ on 4 loads of laundry ridiculous. Bathrooms not very clean. Activities not good bought ceramics for the activity and they had not enough paint for everyone. I had to go to dollar tree to get paint as my kids were disappointed they couldn’t participate.

The freezer had to be defrosted and there was a bit of a smell. Modern Pest Control was called and they treated the ant problem the same day. The guests was reimbursed the $40 the same day. Bathrooms are cleaned 5 times daily. We have excellent activities, not ceramic on the day he wanted.

This place is beyond perfect. Visited this campsite for a solo get away, stayed in one of the deluxe cabins. Everything from the employees to the rooms, the trails, the pools, etc, was great. This campsite is huge and there is so much to do! The general Manager Steve was Fantastic. Being a solo female traveler, Steve made sure I was well taken care of to ensure my safety. They met all of my needs, I will 100% be recommending this campsite to friends and family. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much!

We rented a trailer from them at one of their site. Trailer was very clean and well maintained. Bathroom was very small but that's expected from this small trailer. The kitchen was good with almost everything you need for the stay. The full bed was spacious for two. They also have two bunker beds good enough for 2 kids. The platform outside was very good, the awning was very useful when it rained during our stay.
