It’s a very big park which makes it hard to manage, we think it needs more people knowing the ropes and directing some of the workers and utilizing the workers more efficiently. The store has hours posted but opened late and closed early, I think the lazy River is a little misleading, the River barely flows and you need to tell people to bring their own tubes or can purchase at the store.

Only think negative was the groups of people near us allowing their children to beep their car horns at 11:45 pm. Or setting their car alarms off. With a family campground and tent camping it is very disrespectful

Trash everywhere, loud music day and night. The camp store closed early every day without warning, unsupervised children, domestic disputes, witnessed teenagers fist fighting, unleashed barking dogs. Most disgustingly, a KOA staff member was caught taking unsolicited photos of children on the playground and attempting to lure them away from the play structure. Please contact us about a refund.

Stayed in a safari tent and it was awesome ! Only complaint is the sites are so close together there's really no privacy. my sister had the safari tent next to us& there was another safari tent next to her and they were using her site as parking because they said they didn't have anywhere to park or a fire ring. Atleast we were right next door so she just stayed hanging out on our site.

Site wasnt even on the map and was a pond so we couldnt set up a tent only a hammock, my friend was on the other side of the campground and also paid less than I did (??)

Paid to have our sites locked in so the 3 sites that I booked where together. When we arrived I was told I only had 2 of the 3 sites and the ones we booked where given to someone else and we where moved. After checking in we went down to the site to find out it was under almost 2 ft of water. Sites where moved and relocated to a 30 amp because “no 50 amp with 3 site available”. Card was charge

Booked a RV site with water/sewer hook ups. Got there and set up in the rain just to find out there was no sewer and we couldn’t shower or use our restroom. The dogs, barking woke us up at 4am. The pool, had two men rubbing each other and got out the pool with erections! I was mortified for my young confused child. Showers were disgusting and no toilet paper. Staff was not very friendly. I felt like my questions were a distraction to 'their' time. Also, I had called ahead to ask questions of the campground (not the call center) and received a voice message indicating they were busy with other customers and to leave a message for a call back. I called multiple times, leaving my contact info and never received call backs.

AMAZING vacation as always. So much for the kids to do. Very friendly staff. A shoutout to the young man that was running the ropes course. Very friendly and accommodating. He made sure everyone was safe and had fun. We will definitely be back.

Asked for someone to fixed TV no one ever came. Asked for new linens no one ever came to bring new linens. Pool had TONS of dead bugs.

We had a great time. There was lots of things to do. I would have rated my stay five stars but I felt the restrooms could have been cleaner. We stayed in a cabin by the fish pond it was very clean and a great way to stay. I would have likely booked the same for next year when I checked the prices for August 2023 the price per night had gone up 50.00. Thank you jeanne frates

RV was not clean when arrived. No one offered to help after we arrived. They lost the key and gave us a spare 3 hours later. Septic was not pumped and the whole RV spelled constantly. We were supplied with a bottle of green spray to kill the smell. 2 screens in the RV had huge holes my husband and daughter were bitten over 30 times. Overall our stay exceeded our expectations, however there were some major problems. (1) when we 1st arrived we were given a key and placed in a cabin that hadn't been cleaned and had no new sheets (we checked in at 4pm). (2) the arcade had multiple broken machines, terrible prizes, and mostly no one operating it, (3) the firewood delivery was not available despite being charged a resort fee for it

The only complaint I have is that the ropes challenge should be open for more hours during the week. Almost impossible to get a slot.

The only positive remark is that our kids (5 and 7) did have fun here, despite not being able to do the ropes course because we were not made aware that reservations were needed. We were disappointed at check-on to find that the neighboring sites we reserved in May, were now not available and the family we camped with were on the complete opposite side of the park. Terrible experience.

The campground is wonderful! The only bad part is how rude the welcome center staff were. Every single interaction myself, my husband, or my children had with the welcome center was terrible! The staff either totally ignored the fact that we were there or were so rude that no one wanted to go in for anything! I would give a perfect score but the staff was so rude we might never go back.

The pools and activities were great, but there was no quiet hours enforced and sleeping was rough. People were yelling and partying even after midnight. A place to have fun in the day, but not to rest.

Not a great visit. Septic spill on site next to us before we arrived. Then when we went to empty our tanks our septic tank in the ground was full so our septic overflowed! Embarrassing and careless of the management to not be aware of this. Or to manage this environmental issue! The grounds need a lot of care.The staff was incredibly disgruntled. Almost all staff members were disgruntled!

Wasn’t impressed with the state of the RV we rented, wasn’t very clean and had some broken things inside. There was barely a mattress in the bunks, it was like sleeping on a board. Was blocked into a site before we checked in and it was moved and we weren’t in the section we wanted.

We had a great long weekend and wished we were able to stay longer to enjoy more of the activities. The camping cabin was pretty plain, and we wished we had had a table and chairs in the cabin for rainy days. Overall, the beds were comfortable, the campground was clean, and the staff was helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back next year.

The RV we rented wasn’t very clean when we got there and they had left the ceiling vent open in the bathroom and it was pouring when we got There day one so there was a ton of dirty water all over the toilet seat and tub and the sheets handing been clean. We were displeased with the site we received.. not only was it not cleaned ( bottle caps, utensils..etc) it was #73. with a bunch of rocks and roots.. at an incline and because at the bottom of the incline we got washed out when it rained.. sad part the perfectly fine site across from us was empty the whole time we were there.also not pleased with the kids allowed in the hot tub.couldn’t enjoy i

This campground was great. Unfortunately the people who worked there ruined the experience. They knew they put us in a site that wasn't what they charged us for (full hookup even says it is on the map) only offered pump outs after we went and complained. The woman at the front desk said "take this" and basically threw my change at me when buying stuff at the store. NO CUSTOMER SKILLS here at all

TOTALLY UNDERSTAND THE STORAGE OF EMPLOYEES AND THE IMPACT IT HAS ON THE CAMPGROUND. LOVE ALL THE AMENTIES, HOWEVER, NOT THE CLEANEST, SITE WAS DIRTY WHEN ARRIVED, REC HALL AND THEATER FILTY, RESTROOMS OK, HAD TO WAIT OR CALL/GO TO OFFICE FOR EVERY ACTIVITY. SAD AND TOTALLY UNDERSTAND, BUT FOR THE MONEY, HARD TO SWALLOW.

The campground was very well run and very clean love the attractions, but as a reunion of 15 sites, we were unfortunately too spread apart due to corporate moving our original sites that were booked and the golf carts were very pricey

Disappointed with the RV I was given. Terrible odor. Maintenance tried to but couldn't get rid of. Cut my vacation short as all that was available was a Safari tent that was not suitable for me at my age. Jamie and Pam were great. Some money's were refunded. I appreciated it. My family and I love coming to the camp. The attendants at the ropes were awesome with the participants. Extremely helpful

Very disappointing stay. All of the kids daily activities that were advertised for the weekend never took place. Not only did they not take place, but when we would question the staff “in charge” of the activity, they were completely clueless. Both of my children were let down all weekend. Don’t advertise daily activities if you can’t follow through. Main lodge staff were extremely rude

Multiple staff (minors) commented that they were behind in getting paid. Water slide attendants on cell phones. Site not cleaned between uses (trash in fire pit and in woods). Frequently smelled of dog feces, daughter multiple times rode in dog feces that wasn’t picked up. Loud. Cars did not obey speed limit.

I have had the opportunity over the past 32 years to travel our Wonderful Country. I primarily stay at KOA Campgrounds. I would rate the Salmon Falls KOA in the top 5 campgrounds I have stayed in. The campground is very Family Oriented. Brian, the Manager, has surrounded himself with an AWESOME Staff. Everyone is very nice and hospitable. Great job Brian!!! Good Lord willing I will be back again!

Our site was a decent size and right near a bathroom. It seemed that every dog owner took that to be the path/area to walk their dogs to do their business, and not clean up after them. Morning quiet hours were treated as a suggestion at the playground. Golf carts driven fast and often by young kids. And so many bees everywhere made it near impossible to cook and eat outside. Started the weekend Getting to our site to find toilet paper, bandaids, and trash from the people before us. Took 2 hours and multiple trips to the office to get someone to come clean it up so we could park. Our septic tank at our site was full all weekend, so we couldn’t dump our camper. Activities that were on the schedule didn’t happen. And the water slide was barley ever open.

The campground was large with a lot of amenities. Plenty for the kids to do. The bathrooms were quite clean at the start of the trip but as the weekend progressed they did not appear to be cleaned and were in quite bad shape. It was also apparent quiet hours aren’t enforced. We went to bed with the kids at 10 and it was still quite loud (and we aren’t usually bothered by that).

I was very disappointed when we went to our tent site and saw how small it was. Our site was 88 and full of roots. Our neighbors were on top of us. They were smoking weed all weekend long. They had music playing all night long. I went and complained about it. No one came up there all weekend to say anything to them. I have three children and we couldn't even stay on our site.

We absolutely loved the campground, campers, and staff. I am so glad I did not make a decision based on reviews because what we experienced was wonderful. So wish we could do seasonal but the wait list is long which says a lot.

This place is beyond perfect. Visited this campsite for a solo get away, stayed in one of the deluxe cabins. Everything from the employees to the rooms, the trails, the pools, etc, was great. This campsite is huge and there is so much to do! The general Manager Steve was Fantastic. Being a solo female traveler, Steve made sure I was well taken care of to ensure my safety. They met all of my needs, I will 100% be recommending this campsite to friends and family. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much!

We rented a trailer from them at one of their site. Trailer was very clean and well maintained. Bathroom was very small but that's expected from this small trailer. The kitchen was good with almost everything you need for the stay. The full bed was spacious for two. They also have two bunker beds good enough for 2 kids. The platform outside was very good, the awning was very useful when it rained during our stay.
