We did enjoy our cabin and the campground very much. However, I was extremely disappointed with the customer service upon arrival. Because of this, I would be hesitant to recommend this campground to friends and family.

site was easy access and water, electric and sewer worked fine. Check in was less than welcoming . So very annoyed my points were NOT applied to our stay as I requested. Lady at desk just said they charged you full price already. She made no effort to help. activities looked like they could be fun but none were open, except pool. As a stop over this was fine but I would not plan this as a dest.

Worst stay we've had at a KOA. The camper should have never been rented. Mold in the shower, dust everywhere. The dinette benches were broken. Everytime the heat kicked in it blew up so much dust we had severe sinus issues. We left early. Asked for a refund and was refused. I would like someone to call me Renee Gannon camper 20.

There was no mold in the shower. This is a gray colored calking, not black or pink which would be mold. Maintenace checked the heater and saw no issues.

We have been going here for last 2 years and this year the staff was little rude and even the number of amenities have significantly reduced.

the rude staff were disciplined and new staff were hired for the 2023 season. This year staff is all new and we have amenities open for the end of the season.

We always stay at Koa this last time was Awful! I fell and busted my knee do to their lack of signs and lights. The cabin had BED BUGS! And they have yet to clean it. My 4 yo daughter got a balloon from the arcade filled with ink that got in her mouth. They took Extra money out of our bank account without permission... staff is arguementive and some very rude. This place is Awful.

Im not aware of any of the above with the exception on looking in K2 and there was nothing extra taken from the guests.

We stayed here because of the amenities but due to staffing issues the slide and rope course were not open every day and also due to the amount of rental units most people had no camping etiquette - loud music , driving way over 5 MPH in the campground , letting there young children buzz around on their rented golf carts etc… we were expecting a camping resort not a trailer park !

We had a staff illness during this time and we were short staffed. We still were able to open the slide and the ropes at this time for limited hours. security was also working around the clock to stop the kids of golf carts and also control the 1 person who was driving around with a boom box.

Picnic tables need attention. Bathrooms and showers are not cleaned on daily basis. Same dead bugs and hair were on shower walls for 4 mornings. Lots of activities for kids. Camping lots are spacious. Pool's water was warm. Had fun on water slide and bouncy pillow was a big hit .

Rented rv. Only complaint were the bed mattresses. Couldn't sleep. They were paper thin.

We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay in a KOA Kabin. The Lebanon KOA is a definite family oriented campground with many activities for children and adults. Love that water slide. Great crew, clean and well maintained. They run a great destination campground.

Stayed for two days over the weekend with two kids. We had a lot of fun, there is plenty of great activities at the campground. Kids' favorite was the long waterslide. Most amenities are in good shape. I wish the communication regarding the amenities were a little clearer. i.e. the rope course was closed for the season and water slide hours/breaks were not posted anywhere. Ranger Mike is awesome!

The bathrooms had not been you touched all weekend we were very disappointed with the trash left in the showers for the entirety of our stay. I understand that it was off season but it really was not a valid excuse.

we had a limited staff during that time of the season. and for the 2023 season we have a full schedule until the end of season with workampers.

This is not the first time I have stayed This resort charges you 9.99 resort fee per day of your stay for "Firewood escorts to site, Mini golf and ropes course. well ropes course was closed mini golf greens were a dump no trash pickup, no site escort, slide wasn't on, staff said lack of workers. if your going to charge this cost make sure all is available or don't charge. I will not return

Firewood was being delivered but took time, mini golf is cleaned daily, trash is also picked up daily, we do have escorts, slide was working with scheduled hours.

The check in process was HORRENDOUS. Cheryl was completely unfriendly and not very helpful. This was our first time at this KOA and it will be our last. Normal KOA features (like site delivery of wood, trash pick up by 11, and being lead to our site upon arrival) were not offered, nor done, even crossed off on the information sheet. Sites were close together and not very private. Very disappointed

Lack of staff at the front desk was an issue and Cheryl was removed from the front office after this issue. Check in provess for this season is down to 5 minutes from last season, we have a friendly and trained front office team. we are improving every week.

first time i ever camped, took my grandkids for the first time. kids not supervised.swearing, flipping the finger and throwing sand at the playgrounds and pools. we had to leave each area. kids couldnt do anything, as i didnt want them around that .very disappointed as ive wanted to try this place for a very long time. def will not be back

I cant recall hearing of any incidents like what is being reported. We have a lot of kids in the campground and this is the first time hearing of something like this. Guest never reported this issue.

We loved the campground and all of the things that were available for the kids to do. We were disappointed in the rope course not being open. We were there for a family reunion and had asked that all of our cabins be together but that didn't happen. We had one camper in the party and they put them so far away even though a lot was open next to us. That needs 2 improve for us to come back

we were having issues with staffing for the ropes course at this time and closed the course for the season. People booking sites together need to pay the lock in fee to ensure that they are together.

Arrived on a Sunday men and women restrooms dirty, stayed that way until Tuesday. Took 2 days to clean it. I don't know why they charge a resort fee it definitely is not a resort and doesn't offer resort amenities.

Bathrooms are cleaned 5 times per day. Bathrooms by the pool are a challenge as there are 300 using these bathrooms per day.

KOA Lebanon has a lot to offer for folks who do not have kids (pool, water slide, hot tub, river for floating, tube inflation station, corn hole, mini golf). Our site wasn't well cleaned when we arrived but it was quickly taken care of. Some WES sites were pretty small with little delineation between sites. The side across the road is quieter and I will stay on that side in the future.

This is a very family friendly, clean and well run facility. There is a lot to do without having to leave the property. We rented a cabin which was a great deal and very clean with everything we needed without extra charges like some rentals I called about! We will return for sure!!! Thank you for the wonderful memories and great experience!

I would've given 5 stars, but the campsite was dirty when we arrived and the rental campers in our part of the camp could use some attention/maintenance. Otherwise the facilities were great. The bathhouses were clean and I really enjoyed the river float. I plan to come back next year.

bathrooms were nasty, workers were banging their girlfriends until 4 am loudly, golf carts not charged for pickup, ropes course not running, no ice or wood delivery! used to love this campground don’t know if we will return! we brought 2 additional families with us this trip and for all the hype we gave them you fell really short compared to what it used to be!

There was no staff on property at 4am so I dont think that was staff. ropes had a schedule posted in the store and on the ropes course. we were not able to deliver ice or wood at that time.

Our stay was good. On arrival Ranger Mike showed us our campsite, this employee made our visit exceptional. He was so informative with what was happening in the park to helping us find a store outside the park! So much to do!

This was our 3rd time staying. We have always enjoyed it because there was so much for the kids to do. Me and 5 of my neighbors.(in cabins), who I didn’t know . got ALL our stuff taken from our decks between 12 and 3 am. Whoever it was took everyone’s , wood, beach towels, bathing suits, life vests! Everything! Never in my life has this happened. lack of care from the campground was upset

Crowded, constant golf carts going around and around. Gone all day on Sunday, when we returned, the place was empty, bathrooms were filthy, no toilet paper. When we left mid morning on Monday, bathrooms still had not been cleaned.

All of the management were working together to clean the sites and public areas. This season we have a full team of workampers that will be here until the campground closes.

We love KOA! So much to do and enjoy in the wonderful outdoors. This year we had a small electrical issue in our cabin, the staff were great and quick to address the issue for us. We will be back next year!

This place is beyond perfect. Visited this campsite for a solo get away, stayed in one of the deluxe cabins. Everything from the employees to the rooms, the trails, the pools, etc, was great. This campsite is huge and there is so much to do! The general Manager Steve was Fantastic. Being a solo female traveler, Steve made sure I was well taken care of to ensure my safety. They met all of my needs, I will 100% be recommending this campsite to friends and family. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much!

We rented a trailer from them at one of their site. Trailer was very clean and well maintained. Bathroom was very small but that's expected from this small trailer. The kitchen was good with almost everything you need for the stay. The full bed was spacious for two. They also have two bunker beds good enough for 2 kids. The platform outside was very good, the awning was very useful when it rained during our stay.
