Nice campground, great amenities and helpful people. The front desk staff could be friendlier, no greetings or smiles.

I’ve been there for quite a few years as a seasonal and camping at that campground for over 30 years. This was the worst year I have ever had there. management was horrible,treated seasonals rudely and disrespectfully. We always felt like we were walking on pins and needles, afraid to go into the office. The new general manager was extremely rude, threatening, With no interpersonal skills.

This comment was made by Holly Amaral, a previous seasonal. She was caught removing crushed stone from a new cabin and placing it in her site. Ms Amarals son was caught driving a golf cart, he is underage and was also sneaking unregistered guests into the campground. She was not renewed.

Restrooms where dirty and missing toilet paper. Our site was next to the dog park and it was nasty.

Restrooms were cleaned on a daily basis as best the team could do. We ran out of the jumbo rolls and used regular roles.

Corporate owned campground shouldn't charge resort fee during week when they can't provide services, then rating would've been higher. Couldn't get site escort, firewood delivered or use high ropes due to staff shortage. Staff on hand (5 stars to them!) were very accommodating due to site not having full hookup because map is mislabeled. Bathrooms clean but chilly. Weekend seemed fully staffed.

We were short staffed at that time of year in 2022. We have a full staff until closing in 2023 this season.

Starting swith the check-in.You need a person with some sembelence of people skills. She was very abrupt and did not offer any info wiyhout being asked directly, Having that many golf carts to rent to people without any consequences is disturbing. Teens race around all weekend doing well obver the park 5 mph limit. I found it quite dangerous to walk my dogs. The hot tub was pleasant but the pool

all staff from previous season were not rehired for the 2023 season. we have a great team and it truly shows. Security did their best to stop the teens in the golf carts and confiscated many during the nights.

I reserved and paid for a full hookup site but they put me in a water/electric only but told me it was full hookup. I spent 15 minutes searching the site in the dark trying to find the non-existent sewer. Also the included campground amenities were not fully available, in spite of them assuring me over the phone they would be before I made my reservation.

There was an error in the FHU site. this mistake was made by reservations. This season this has not been an issue as we have a fully trained reservation/front office staff.

We had a great time! The activities and events available for all ages is a plus. The only things that were disappointing was the windy/cold nights and the cost of the fire wood! Really, $8.00 for a bundle of wood is ridiculous. Especially when a bundle only contains 5 small pieces of wood; one bundle does not make a worthy campfire for either cooking over or sitting by.

Very friendly staff was appreciated. The first day we were there, we had a difficult time uncoupling the trailer from our truck, and we called the office to see if there was anyone who might be able to help. Two gentlemen were there within three minutes and were awesome! The hot tub and pools were great and my wife loved bingo. We enjoyed our site tremendously.

Was awesome and so much fun except for the people across from us that were complaining at 9pm we were too loud even though quiet hour isn't until 11. Thank god for Ranger Mike he is the best!!!

Great amenities. Only campground with the pool and hot tub open for Columbus day.

I liked the cabin, however we were missing a few amenities like spatulas, a larger pot that the next door cabin had and sponges to wash dishes. Larger bowls would have been nice to have as well. There were also broken screens and blinds too.

Staff are very thoughtful and very welcoming!! Unfortunately, this past weekend (Columbus Day Weekend), site 163 was a loud group of people gathering daily and playing their music loudly. Night was just as bad, even after 11pm quiet hour. I do believe they were spoken to about 9:30. Language was awful too, especially, for families with young children.

Worst campground ever! Been in Maine three plus weeks and all the KOA WE USED were good. Was even thinking of becoming A KOA MEMBER BUT THE ONE CHANGED EVERYTHING. Poor management. Never showed us to our site and doubled our rate without notifying us. We paid 119 00 to set on top of other campes who got drunk and played loud music. Workers did not help a d could not be identified

Site 111 is a good site, not directly on top of other campers. Security was sent to the site that was playing music and was off by quiet hours.

My sight wasn’t ready at 7 pm this is the 2nd time this has happened to me. However they did give me a free night.

1. No escort to our site. Very unlevel and tricky with a big rig. Hard to determine the direction of the pull through site. 2. No enforcement of Noice policy. Was told that they have no control over the people that rent their sites. Quiet time after 11 was a joke with several groups partying well after 11 pm, even after calling the office to report this for 2 nights. This is a very noisy KOA.

I rated 3 because we had booked in April with a group, agreed to pay the extra for our secured site together, then were scattered all over the campground, only to argue with staff to then be put together in site we did not book, in back of the dump station. Very poor planning on your part… you people should be able to plan better than that.

Another issue with optimizer and the people booking. guests need to be explained the lock in fee site. We do our very best to explain to each guests especially keeping families together.

VERY DISSAPOINTED RE THE LOCK IN FEE to get a site that is close to a friend Weve been camping here campground over 10 years & last 4 in specific had specific sites we wanted were told that we had to pay $60 extra WHICH WE THOUGHT WE DID as I was the one that made the reservations and told them to charge us found out KOA person didnt charge correctly ended next to the dump station GROSS site 108

many people were disappointed with the lock fee as many people were moved with it and it caused a lot of challenges.

It was a quiet gètaway, but then Thursday came and it started to fill up. With all the family's that came in for the weekend it was still very quiet and very enjoyable with lots to do throughout the weekend. I would definitely recommend this campground to friends and family so thank you KOA Lebanon ME

Was terrible appon arrival camper smelt like septic the tank was 3rd of way full went down and said something three times nobody came appon checkout they thought we were in a different camper odviusly the one we were in should not of been rented still trying to talk to management

This was an RV camper rental. Staff went and cleared the toilet(emptied black tank) on three different occasions.

I was not given the class of cabin I paid for as they had none clean and we had to move after night 1 when I advised them. Store closed early on top of it! Not acceptable. Not enough hot water to fill bathtub even 1/3 way. Unlikely I’ll return.

Deluxe Cabin 262 is a brand new cabin. There was no lock payment made and was not locked in. The water heater will work but after 20 gallons needs to heat up. store hours are given to guest upon arrival.

Staff were extremely friendly. Lots of amenities for kids. Common areas were great. Camp sites overall are large. Some upkeep is needed though. Coping around hot tub is crumbling, most buildings are either in need of paint or repairs. Amenities were not always working (slide and ropes course). Need WAY more gravel outside common areas, very sandy and dusty, especially at camp sites and bathrooms.

No water upon checking in. Tub was a slow drain and had to stand in ankle-deep water during shower. The towel rack fell off the wall. I left a voicemail and never received a response.

There was an issue with water and it was repaired in 30 minutes. Towel rack was repaired the day after.

We had a wonderful Fall stay on a river campsite. The kids loved the fall activities they had (hayride, golf cart trick or treating, water balloon toss, mummy contest, egg and spoon race, potato sack race, muffin on a string contest, pumpkin painting, and candy bar bingo)! There was so much to do! We also jumped on the big pillow pad and swam in the heated pool and even went down the slide!

Very nice wooded and large campground that accommodated our 45 ft motorhome towing a vehicle that we didn’t have to unhook. There was a group of a tour that had mostly large coaches as well. Friendly staff!

Beautiful setting but the campground has some issues, too much road noise, most of the sites need leveling, the map of the campground needs to be updated, I made a reservation for full hookups which was indicated on the map but when we got to the site no sewer. the park help were unaware of that so they sent me to look for another and the same issue, map was incorrect.

roads are dirt roads, 80 of the sites are going to be leveled for the 2024 season. we added 30 full hook up sites in 2023 and another 40 in 2024.

Really enjoyed our stay. Love the campground. I was curious why the women that checked us in told us there were no sites left “across the street” (except the site we had). When there were a ton of empty tent sites through the weekend.

We have stayed at Lebanon a couple of times. The campground has a lot of amenities and enjoyed ourselves. We did have a very big problem with the fact we reserved a specific site because of its location and size and we were moved to the back end of the campground. $65 extra to keep reserved site is just squeezing more money from campers. We ended up in a uneven small site behind the bathroom.

This place is beyond perfect. Visited this campsite for a solo get away, stayed in one of the deluxe cabins. Everything from the employees to the rooms, the trails, the pools, etc, was great. This campsite is huge and there is so much to do! The general Manager Steve was Fantastic. Being a solo female traveler, Steve made sure I was well taken care of to ensure my safety. They met all of my needs, I will 100% be recommending this campsite to friends and family. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much!

We rented a trailer from them at one of their site. Trailer was very clean and well maintained. Bathroom was very small but that's expected from this small trailer. The kitchen was good with almost everything you need for the stay. The full bed was spacious for two. They also have two bunker beds good enough for 2 kids. The platform outside was very good, the awning was very useful when it rained during our stay.
