As usual the grounds are well kept. The staff was more welcoming and friendly compared to our last visit (Sept. 2022). The check-in process seemed faster and easier, utilizing the express check-in that was emailed prior to our arrival. We were disappointed the water slide attraction was closed because of the new stairs had failed inspection. There were plenty of activities to keep the kids busy.

Loved my stay and coming back again.. wish I would have been notified about the water slide not working but it wasn’t a make it or break it. Staff were amazing and helpful!

Awesome park ! Very friendly definitely will rent a golf cart next time .there is so much to do ! Pet friendly !

we were excited to stay and try all the activities offered. we were disappointed that there was no mention when booking that the waterslide was not functional due to inspection being delayed. so huge disappointment for the kids. campers were friendly. staff was very helpful and pleasant. had a great time playing human bingo and finding out fun facts about employees. rope course employees,the best!

It seemed like all the amenities we wanted to use weren’t available like the heated pool and slides. Many issues with booking sites and power during our stay. This will be our 6 site groups last year. For the money we have found much better experiences.

Worst stay we have had in over 10 years of camping at this location. Manager and staff does not care about campers and their experience. If you locked in a site last year, at the office, with a KOA staff, BEWARE! They probably did not book the reservation right and you will lose your site. They did this to us and tried to put us on a site too small for our camper and sewer on wrong side of site.

Ms Burns claimed that she had locked in her site but this was not the case, staff tried to accommodate her and moved her to another site. guests was not happy. Optimizer moved her site 14 times.

Memorial Day weekend, opening weekend. The water slide was closed the entire time! Ropes course was closed on Monday. Kids were disappointed! Sites are good, bathrooms are clean, fun activities. Would go back just bummed that things were closed for opening weekend!

Waterslide was closed as the state fire marshall was not able to give us the operating permit for another 2-weeks. Ropes are closed on Mondays, this is also posted on the website.

We were not able to use cable or the WIFI. Not all of the amenities were open. For $200+ per night for a camper site, I’m not sure what we were paying for. If you can’t be ready for Memorial Day weekend, you should charge off season rates.

Wifi is only available in the main office and arcade. Big pool and waterslide was closed all other amenities were open.

Check in process was cumbersome. Water slide was closed which was upsetting to kids that had been looking forward to this specifically. The cable connection that we pay for in the premium sites was not working. These are 2 important items for which we paid for yet there was no communnicatio or acceptable alternative.Only 1/2 of our sites had fire rings (camping with group).More umbrellas at pool

check in takes only 5 minutes, we seat guests to complete the paperwork and then go to the office, its much faster now. slide didnt open as we didnt have the permit. Cable had issues because of the flooding, the technicians were 3 weeks away from coming to make the repairs. fire rings were purchased

Water slide was closed and we were not made aware when booking, and site we were given, had a 4ft long, 1.5ft deep hole that was next to the back of our camper. This was a “deluxe pull through”

The slide opens on memorial day. due to water damage we had to trench in the site, maintenace was quick and the hole was filled the same day.

The comment is very vauge, Ms Gervais stayed at the campground during heavy flooding. Guest stayed in 166, parked in the middle of the site and complained she had no place to sit. she would not move the camper as she stated she was not moving.

From the beginning the front staff went above and beyond to get 2 sites together so we can be next to our friends. Throughout our stay staff was great and always checking to make sure things were good. Our kids had a great time and can’t wait to be back!

we had no tv the entire weekend because they were waiting for a part of some sort? I wish we were told this when we checked in, nothing was said and they had no idea when it would be fixed. for the money we paid i thought they should have given us some sort of discount for the inconvenience of no tv. also the coffee pot is useless very small and slow, they need to get bigger size.

This was a very tough stay. The campground was not ready to open and should not have opened. The roads had wires sticking out where walkers could trip. The park was a construction zone. The pools weren't open, the store was only open until 5 PM. There was no propane. Our site was a mess with no picnic table. Very disappointed. We won't be back.

We had a severe storm on our 1st and 2nd week of opening. Certain areas were flooded and we had heavy equipment to remove the water and add rock and sand. Pool at waterslide was open. store hours are posted and given to guests, picnic table was replaced,we have blue rhino.

All of the staff was friendly and helpful. We loved all the activities offered, our favorite being the kids carnival. The girls running the carnival were great with kids and my daughter had such a good time. I gave this campground a 4 because on the website and in the KOA directory it said the pool opened May 6th but when we got there it was closed until Memorial Day which was misleading.

Park was nice but the sight in process was ridiculous. Had to sign legal agreements for the dog ad well as having pictures taken. Took the camping joy out. Keep lawyers out of your campground!

The campground has 4 sheets of paper guests have to initial and sign, its a 5 minute process at most.

Overall a great stay - we had reserved a Safari Tent but due to the area being flooded earlier we got upgraded to a Deluxe Cabin. The cabin was great and very clean. The water was shut off when we arrived but was easy enough to turn on. Staff were all very helpful and friendly and we appreciated all the activities they had. Only issue was lack of clear instructions on what to do as a late arrival.

We enjoyed our stay! My family & I are looking forward to staying at KOA campgrounds again. The only downfall was there was no hot water on day 2. We stayed for 2 nights three days. Maintenance came to check and fix the issue but it went unresolved and as we were leaving the next morning didn’t want to bother to call the office. Other then that campground is beautiful with so many activities!

We stayed before Memorial Day, which is nice because it's not very full, and it's quiet early pre-season. There should be a "pre-season" rate though, we paid full price for all the amenities but most were not ready or had limited availability. i.e. no pool, no waterslide, no hot tub, no community bonfire, camp store only open until 5. That's ok, but we did pay for all that at full price.

We had a great stay at Lebanon KOA. It was opening weekend so it was a very quiet relaxing weekend. We had a great site on the river. Lots of activities for kids included in your stay-high ropes, mini golf, pools playgrounds and water slide and river tubing! We loved it and booked another stay in August!

So disappointed with the Rustic cabin-no shade, no privacy, bee-infested blowing sand covered site- even though all around us were empty newer private cabins with tree cover NO SAND filled with BEES. And I was never told pools wouldnt be open and charged with resort fees? For what? We have been coming here for 30+ years, I called many times to be sure all was good and got a dif answer ea time

Very disappointed in the appearance of the campground, wires sticking up out of the ground, huge pot holes, the sites hadn’t been cleaned from the winter. We had no picnic table. The store closed at 5 all weekend. The pools and hot tub were not open. I know they were trying to get open and had a flooding issue but disappointed I paid for things I couldn’t use.

we were cleaning up after 5' of water had overrun certain parts of the campground. We had our landscaping team cleaning as fast as they could, 5 days to clean up sites. operating hours were posted and guest were informed. waterslide pool was open.

Great stay. The cabin had everything we needed and was very clean. The sites were clean and spacious. Lots of activities for the kids. The kids loved the ropes course which was included in the rate. Would definitely stay in a cabin again.

This place is beyond perfect. Visited this campsite for a solo get away, stayed in one of the deluxe cabins. Everything from the employees to the rooms, the trails, the pools, etc, was great. This campsite is huge and there is so much to do! The general Manager Steve was Fantastic. Being a solo female traveler, Steve made sure I was well taken care of to ensure my safety. They met all of my needs, I will 100% be recommending this campsite to friends and family. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much!

We rented a trailer from them at one of their site. Trailer was very clean and well maintained. Bathroom was very small but that's expected from this small trailer. The kitchen was good with almost everything you need for the stay. The full bed was spacious for two. They also have two bunker beds good enough for 2 kids. The platform outside was very good, the awning was very useful when it rained during our stay.
