Maybe not so much for tent campers with dogs. There is no access to water besides bathroom sinks. And had to pull splinters out of our dogs feet constantly. Besides that it was cool and everyone was very nice. Especially Bob

I was very happy with our stay here. The tent site we used was clean, level and had water and electric. It was in a nice location as well.

All the big trees were by RV sites and the tent sites only had little nubs! It got very hot in the day with no shade. Pool was filled with bugs and leaves, and not cleaned well. The wood we bought didn’t burn. Overall poor experience

Vanessa and her staff were extremely accommodating, they promptly took care of any of our requests and made our stay as pleasant as possible! All the facilities were extremely clean and very well maintained. The additional activities such as the wine tasting and pancake breakfast were a very nice surprise. We’ve already booked our next stay!!

It was a great spot and the host was on the ball with getting us a site that was accessible with a motorcycle.

Tent sites seem to be on hilly rocky land or sloping grass area with prickly thorns in the grass! Not much shade but good showers/toilets and mini golf plus a large slide which we all enjoyed! Rafting and climbing agent just off site and a few gift stores too. About a 10 minute drive into Canón City where’s there’s plenty of restaurants etc.

Overall it was excellent. Clean, friendly staff, nice location etc. We had a very loud "neighbor" two campsites away. When I texted the KOA number for assistance I got an automatic return indicating that they were only available during the day. People were yelling at the guy to be quiet, he was drunk, honking his truck horn - overall pretty obnoxious and there was no one there from KOA to help.

I paid cash for the two nights I stayed, and was ripped off my card for another night I never stayed. I do not recommend any of you to let them have your info. in any of there systems. It will rip you off.

Other campers were being loud after 10pm. Also stink that the showers weren't working because of a pluming problem. The giant slide, pancakes that were provided and the pool was all fantastic.

Nice campground if you are in an RV. Driveway to the tent sites are for recreational vehicles. Huge rocks and a steep hill. We were on motorcycles and this driveway is not safe for motorcycles. Mentioned this to the staff and no one bothered to reach out to us. You sell alcohol but have underage kids working that are not allowed to sell it. Was a bit put off by the service.

Campground was nice and clean. Camp areas very tight, but not unbearable. Only two bathrooms, one in center of RV area and other at fa end. Tent campers had to walk a long way for a bathroom. Tent areas were plentiful, but the Tent pads were not big enough for tents over 10x10. Loud arguments each night from late check-ins. Lots of fun activities on location and events for campers to atte

We loved the place and the giant slide. You had lots of other activities for the kids and everyone as well. We are looking forward to coming again and it’s very convenient with the rafting place next door. Thank you

For a large campground it was fairly well Maintained. Bathroom was well kept. Mini golf area seemed overlooked/forgotten about. Pool was nice but filter did not seem to be working.

You cant go wrong with a KOA and this one was no exception. Lots of trees, beautiful views and plenty of room at each site. We had no issues with a 43' class A.
