Nice campground with good people working there. They are a little optimistic about big rigs getting into some of their camp sites, but they did quickly move us to another site.

Beautiful campgrounds with great views of the Royal Gorge. Clean facilities and friendly staff as we have experienced at all of our KOA camping sites.

Great place to stay with the family. Pool, mini golf course, multilevel slide etc. always clean. best of all the friendly staff, especially Mike, and the young lady from Florence staying after hours to keep the slide open for us.

Very disappointed. I reserved a 30 amp slot months in advance to be with my sister and family. I arrived and was given a slot 4 spaces away even tho they were far from full. I complained and they moved me closer. Unlevel space. Mini golf course was not maintained. Slide only open sometimes. Pool unheated. Charged 92 a night. Resort price. Economy campground. Front desk staff barely civil. Yuck!

What a beautiful view and so very helpful and friendly! We needed to move to a different spot because of a tree branch and that was no problem! Super place to stay! Everything was nice and clean. The pool was very nice and refreshing! Definitely would come back to this spot!

It was great! It was just a bit windy and we would have stayed in the bottom area of the campsite if we would have known how windy it would have been at the top. But overall it was a great stay and the employees were awesome! We especially love the events guy. Michael, he was so great and helpful and kind.

This is a wonderful campground overall. I would ask for better assistance when you pull in with your camper. We did have a lady in a golf cart direct us to our site but she took us round and round and made it so much harder. There were many that we watched come in that got no assistance. Qualified assistance to your site is very important (especially at this resort because the streets are narrow).

The spots were nice and clean, some had shade and the daily activities for the kids were great! A shout out to Michael for always keeping the kids entertained. We took advantage of everything there was to do both at the KOA and in town and we had a great trip. The only negative I would have is the pool being soooooo cold, but it didn't seem to stop the kids..m.they just got out sooner lol.

Michael is the one that made this stay worth coming back for. He was amazing. The kids running the store were also very helpful, as they went to the mail box and got my delivery, while the older workers, kept saying it wasn't there.

The grounds were well kept and greatly appreciated all of the options of fun things to do with our 5 y/o. The highlight of the weekend was the nighttime slides and he had an absolute blast. Thank you !

Site was rather small for our size trailer. Paid for delux and not worth the extra money. Very tight. Over priced for what we got. Otherwise enjoyed the stay.

We liked the close proximity to the Royal Gorge, Bishop's Castle, Canon City/Arkansas River AND the mountain views. It was tight getting our 45' Coach into our site due to the tight turns and rocks lining the drives, but once we got in, everything was great and we had no trouble getting out! We wished we'd booked one more night!

The camp ground was easily accessible. Double check your reservation and make sure your assigned camp site is what you need. We had to move 2 different times before we got it right. On top of it all they charged us for the difference in site cost.

It was awesome and Pam was very good at her job, beautiful views of the bridge and the sites were spaces and well maintained, bathrooms were clean and the pool was very refreshing. The dog run at our site was spectacular

The bathrooms needed to be cleaned more often! They were clogged, no paper and dirty! However, they had extra events and they were awesome! We loved the atmosphere, the employees and views!

Wow were we surprised with the wonderful roomy sites. The staff was the BEST so helpful and provided a hayride, movie, pancake breakfast. The slides were amazing and my 4.5yr loved them. The downsides were the playground area is covered in stickers and not ideal for kids, the equipment isn’t the best either. The pool was cold but still fun, the mini golf needs to be blown off with a leaf blower.

Very accessible location and easy access to all the attractions around Canon City. Staff are VERY friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! Would definitely stay here again in the area and would give high recommendations for anyone even with kids (lots of activities)!

We were up front where the sites have a gravel base. It was clean and level. The staff we encountered were friendly and caring. The swimming pool was excellent and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

The only issue was that the pool was not cleaned. Was full of bugs and plant parts. There was no net around to clean it up.

50 amp svc has no on/off switch, always on. Sites are not even close to level. Had to have a tree trimmed at site. Pool way to cold. Didn't know about resort fee.

it was great fun. The deluxe patio sites were very nice! the flowers and attention to detail using the large rocks were great. The flowers made it feel like such a treat. Everyone was outside in the evenings while we were there. Suggestion - throw some hay on the floor of the trailer for the hayride - it would add to the 'fun'. Blue Bunny ice cream is not a very good tasting ice cream.

We spent 3 days here and had a beautiful campsite with a great view of the hills around the Royal Gorge. The campground is well kept and the staff we met were all very courteous and friendly. We took advantage of the nearby local attractions, visiting the Royal Gorge Bridge and doing some advanced ziplining at the Royal Gorge Ziplining Tours and having dinner at the White Water Bar and Grill.

You cant go wrong with a KOA and this one was no exception. Lots of trees, beautiful views and plenty of room at each site. We had no issues with a 43' class A.
