While this is a very nice and clean campground, the manager is very rude and dismissive. We stayed in a cabin that had broken lights, broken blinds and outside lightening was awful. I took a pretty hard fall and when I brought it to her attention about the lighting outside being horrible, she blamed me. She was never in the office during what you would think were business hours.

Good ol KOA... Needs some upkeep and feels a bit run down. But we like it. Disappointed that when I paid for 2 sites for myself and my nephew and his family, the wouldn't offer me the 10% KOA DISCOUNT and wouldn't credit to my K IS A member#. Not sure why that wouldn't be ok...!? KOA HOLIDAYS should be top shelf... Let's hold the clean and maintenance requirements like they used to be.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Restrooms were very clean. Sites were level and well maintained. Great location. We were disappointed that the pool water appear to have algae in it. Otherwise, we loved the KOA.

Wonderful! We had a family in a camper, one in a tent and another in a cabin. All right next to each other - it was fabulous. Clean cabin, tub to bath the babies in, mini kitchen w dishes and coffee pot , fridge, microwave. Will do this again. Staff was wonderful

I called and tried to cancel our stay due to changes in our travel plans and was denied due to supposed 48 hour notice restrictions, even though we had just stayed at a KOA for an entire week at ridiculous prices! So we stayed anyway. The bathroom stall doors wouldn’t even latch and none of the soap dispensers were working. Someone had torn one apart and opened up soap container so people could

The campground is beautifully landscaped. But the numbering system and lots are a maze, and not generous. The ladies showers only had one door that closed and locked, so my wife had to wait for a turn. The connection a were great, the staff was friendly, but I don't think we would go there again. There was no good place to walk the dogs without getting burrs. No grass around, just weeds and burrs.

We had a great site and it was not too crowded. The WiFi seriously needs to be stronger with the size of the campground. For what we pay, that should be a given. Loved the walking trail and the Mountain views behind the park, and saying hi to the horses each day in the park.

This KOA was very nice and had a lot of fun things to do. We also loved it was only a few minutes from the Royal Gorge Bridge & Park. We would definitely stay here again.

Very disappointed. When I called the office to make arrangements for a shuttle ride to the train station I was told they no longer offered the shuttle service. That was the major reason I went to the KOA was for the shuttle service. I drive a Class C motor home and do not tow a vehicle. The guide should not mention the shuttle at all. False advertising.

This is a beautiful campground. Landscaping and all the wonderful flowering plants make this campground a joy to be in. Hosts are friendly and helpful.

Loved that there was a 1/2 bath. The rest of the cabin was very sparse compared to other cabins we have stayed in. Extremely easy access to the Royal Gorge bridge.

Very nice, quiet and well kept KOA. We had a great time! We were in row G and the sites are tiered some to give a bit more privacy. The staff was so helpful and friendly! So many things to do. My only complaint, the pool was dirty and very cold. It had rained over the days prior but the leaves and junk on the bottom and stuff on the surface was offputting. Otherwise awesome RV park!!

We had a great time at the Cañon City KOA. Restrooms could have been a little cleaner but it really wasn’t that bad. We will definitely be back. And the girl at the front desk was awesome, she made me feel very welcome

Friendly staff, deluxe patio spots are nice. However, we found 2 glaring problems. The walking bridge between the 2 areas is in desperate need of repair (safety issue) and the shower curtain in the bathroom needs to be replaced…they were disgusting.

Our stay was ok. Your staff is amazing and friendly and very nice. I rented the most expensive cabin because we needed the air conditioner for health reasons. The one in the main room was broken and when it did run it made an awful noise. The water in the shower never got cold, things were broken like blinds, chairs, and the bbq was so old and dirty it wasn’t usable. We left out early.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The only recommendation I have is to renumber some of the sites. We had a slight issue because we thought we were in the right spot, but we weren't, haha. It all worked out, though :)

Beautiful views! The sites are not uniform - meaning they vary in size greatly. That detail on your campground map would be great. You website allowed for many sites for our 2 huge 5th wheels but when we arrived we would not fit in the fit. We had to move. Girl working was young and could not answer any question. More training is needed for sure. But she was nice & very polite.

Everyone was very nice. Showers were clean, shower doors could use some work (women’s). The site was tight, rocks, pole for canopy which we didn’t have, had to park across the road from site. Close to Royal Gorge!!

Our family had so much fun at this KOA. We had the deluxe cabin that was almost identical to the Jelly Stone cabin we stayed in last year but at half the price. The staff was nice and the activities were fun. The s'mores at night and pancakes on Sunday morning were great and I enjoyed that there was complimentary coffee in the morning at the gift shop. We will definitely stay here again!

I really like the deluxe cabin with the toilet and sink. Staff were helpful and polite and accommodating. The cabin had no where to hang your coat, hat or etc.. Also I dropped my glasses under the bunk beds and boy was it dirty and dusty under there, my allergies to dusty and dirt really flared up.

Beautiful location, close to alot of attractions. Pay attention to the signs and turn in the 1st entrance. We passed it and had to turn in the parking lot to get back to the entrance.

You cant go wrong with a KOA and this one was no exception. Lots of trees, beautiful views and plenty of room at each site. We had no issues with a 43' class A.
