Our initial tent gravel site didn't have a gravel pad so they were nice and let us switch. The gravel pads have a border of wood around them our tent didn't fit in the square so we had to find another spot to try and put up our tent. The land is full of rocks and is hard. The bugs in the area are unbearable. Even with tons of bug spray they were constantly trying to fly in ears, nose and mouth.

I booked this specific cabin because of the concrete patio that was pictured and listed with the amenities as my mom uses a walker. We did not get it. Or really any of the amenities we were expecting. The slide was closed the whole time which was another selling point for us as I had my son with. We also didn't have hot water the whole trip. We do appreciate the 10% discount though.

It was awesome and Pam was very good at her job, beautiful views of the bridge and the sites were spaces and well maintained, bathrooms were clean and the pool was very refreshing. The dog run at our site was spectacular

The bathrooms needed to be cleaned more often! They were clogged, no paper and dirty! However, they had extra events and they were awesome! We loved the atmosphere, the employees and views!

Wow were we surprised with the wonderful roomy sites. The staff was the BEST so helpful and provided a hayride, movie, pancake breakfast. The slides were amazing and my 4.5yr loved them. The downsides were the playground area is covered in stickers and not ideal for kids, the equipment isn’t the best either. The pool was cold but still fun, the mini golf needs to be blown off with a leaf blower.

Very accessible location and easy access to all the attractions around Canon City. Staff are VERY friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! Would definitely stay here again in the area and would give high recommendations for anyone even with kids (lots of activities)!

We were up front where the sites have a gravel base. It was clean and level. The staff we encountered were friendly and caring. The swimming pool was excellent and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

The only issue was that the pool was not cleaned. Was full of bugs and plant parts. There was no net around to clean it up.

50 amp svc has no on/off switch, always on. Sites are not even close to level. Had to have a tree trimmed at site. Pool way to cold. Didn't know about resort fee.

it was great fun. The deluxe patio sites were very nice! the flowers and attention to detail using the large rocks were great. The flowers made it feel like such a treat. Everyone was outside in the evenings while we were there. Suggestion - throw some hay on the floor of the trailer for the hayride - it would add to the 'fun'. Blue Bunny ice cream is not a very good tasting ice cream.

Check in was awesome! Friendly Cabin was clean but very very hot - 95F. Cooler was not on took 1.5 hours to cool down enough to be inside. On Demand hot water did NOT work! Let it run for over 25 minutes to heat and nothing! Submitted texts to report and received no responses. We did not have public bathroom attire to use those showers so that sucked not having shower after long hot day!

We spent 3 days here and had a beautiful campsite with a great view of the hills around the Royal Gorge. The campground is well kept and the staff we met were all very courteous and friendly. We took advantage of the nearby local attractions, visiting the Royal Gorge Bridge and doing some advanced ziplining at the Royal Gorge Ziplining Tours and having dinner at the White Water Bar and Grill.

Such a lovely koa! The landscaping and covered seating areas at each camp site was so nice to have! It had very well maintained grounds and facilities as well.

We couldnt play on the slide bcuz of the rain coming in. It wasnt raining yet or lightning. The grandbaby was very disappointed. The place was very clean & staff was very friendly. Biggest issue was stickers. We had a cabin & a camp spot. The kids walked through the grass to the camp spot. When they took their shoes off in the camper. Stickers fell off their shoes into the floor. They were awful

Our neighbors were inches away from us. Campers had three dogs that barked all day while they were gone. The proximity of the site next to us felt like a violation of our home. Our site was way too short for our trailer and tow vehicle. We worried that our truck would be hit by an incomming rig. If our neighbors hadn't been gone when we left, we could not have pulled out of our site. No room.

Staff was very friendly and seemed very organized. We went during the week and. It crowded. It if it was full May be tight sites. I only saw one bathroom for the entire campground. Luckily we were near one. We didn’t realize the kids activities were only on the weekends. Maybe out that in your info. We LOVED the pool it was clean and new looking. I would really like it if the decks were larger on the bigger cabins. I did notice severely warped wood on the small deck/porch. Composite wood would probably be the better choice.

We enjoyed our stay at your KOA. The staff was wonderful. Mike went over and above to accommodate. Jill in the office was more than helpful. I would highly recommend this KOA! The grounds were exceptional as well with a really cool hiking trail to see the gorge and activities for kids on site.

We had a great stay at this KOA. This was our longest stop on our roadtrip, but we were very busy so we did not get to use all the amenities. The staff was friendly, the amenities were great for kids and the RV spot was so nice with the various seating options and grill. Would return. Only two points were that the pool was freezing cold and no one at the general store the morning we left.

Very nice facility. The sites, pool, bathrooms and showers were clean and inviting. Our only issues were the large slide was not open each day and the miniature golf needed to be swept and was not lit at night limiting the time our family could play. The campground is close to Royal Gorge and some other attraction within a mile or two. We will stay again

It started off when the employee told us the spot was very tight and he'd guide us in. As we were preparing to turn into the spot, he said, "You couldn't be any more perfect." Then he stopped us and said, "You ripped the back off your camper." After unhooking, he told us we had to move because they would not allow us to pig tail down from a 50-30 amp. Not enough room to continue, point made.

Wonderful stay, beautiful spots with shade and lovely landscaping. Only recommendation is to change the dirt in camp K9 to something less icky.

You cant go wrong with a KOA and this one was no exception. Lots of trees, beautiful views and plenty of room at each site. We had no issues with a 43' class A.
