Cabin was dirty, 1 dish towel for 3 - day stay, all dish dirty, table dirty, bed is the worst I have every had to sleep on, so I tried the couch, and it was just as bad. Floor hadn't swept for who knows how long there was pieces of Christmas paper on the floor??? The pillows for the bed please put them in the trash...Thank God I did bring my own pillow and blanket. Will not recommend. .

Our adult daughter would have liked to have bought a bottle of wine, but the only person in the store was not of age to sell it. And was not apologetic or friendly to the situation.

Very clean and well maintained RV Park ! Friendly, knowledgeable staff whom were very helpful and courteous ! I commented to a staff member that two of the shower stall doors did not close properly, nor could they be locked - only minor point of criticism. Otherwise, GREAT !!

This was one of the best KOA experiences I've ever had I loved that all of the activities were part of the daily fee. We had so much fun on the slide and partaking in the s'mores smorgasbord! The updates made to the campsites looks really great as well, and made for a cozy outdoor experience.

This is our local KOA and we always enjoy our trips here. The staff and management are great! Every year we see more improvements, just gets better and better. Sites are nice, bathrooms are clean, pizza is great, store has everything you need and more.

The dog area needs some shade & the poop can needs to be emptied daily on busy holiday weekends such as Labor Day weekend. The grounds need to be sprayed for ants but overall, we had a nice stay. Staff was helpful & friendly!

All the big trees were by RV sites and the tent sites only had little nubs! It got very hot in the day with no shade. Pool was filled with bugs and leaves, and not cleaned well. The wood we bought didn’t burn. Overall poor experience

You should hand out a schedule of and events upon check in and also promote your amenities at check in. Such as the pool and slide hours, as well as your pancake breakfast. We received texts each time as a reminder of events as they were almost over. Just a thought. Thanks again for a great stay. The grounds are very well maintained and the trees are great for shade.

A beautiful place with great workers always willing to help. We did stay in one of the Cabins and their wasn't any hot water and no sheets for the pull out sofa. I feel like those were miner items to affect my rating.

Vanessa and her staff were extremely accommodating, they promptly took care of any of our requests and made our stay as pleasant as possible! All the facilities were extremely clean and very well maintained. The additional activities such as the wine tasting and pancake breakfast were a very nice surprise. We’ve already booked our next stay!!

We stayed at the Royal Gorge KOA for 5 days and thoroughly enjoyed it. Clean and level sites, beautiful views, clean bathrooms, and a few activities to do that we didn't get a chance to, but will next time. The office staff were also awesome and very friendly. We will definitely be staying again.

Very friendly staff and clean, neat facilities. Wish we could have been allowed to play one quick round of miniature golf before leaving at checkout, but was told we had to be off the property.

We stayed in a camping Kabin, being from Texas we were surprised it had an ac unit and it got beyond cold in the cabin. Our pups loved the k9 area and the pizza they have is so good and a great deal. Staff were nice and welcoming and very helpful. Loved how close the site is to the royal gorge other outdoor activities, we will definitely be back.

Arminda at the front desk was amazing! Between the camp grounds and her friendly, helpful, cheerful demeanor we booked a campsite to stay in spite of having another reservation in CO springs. We loved this place and can’t wait to return for a full week. Arminda is exactly who needs to be working at every KOA we visit. And she cooks a mean pizza. Clone that girl!!

Nice place. It has a lot of rocks around every site which is pleasing to the eye but is not easy for getting in and out of the sites. There is no one to help you get into your site and no trash pick up at your site. Over all nice place. It would be nice to have a sign at the entrance saying entrance here to check in at the RV Campground office.

This is a Holiday, priced like a Holiday, yet presents as a slightly below average Journey. Rocks are placed around the campsites in a way that makes maneuvering difficult for big rigs. I stay in a lot of KOAs. Will probably avoid this one in the future.

The staff there was very professional, courteous and helpful. The campground is very well located near Royal Gorge Bridge and several other attractions. We will definitely be booking there again.

We called down to the office twice to let them know we had no hot water in the shower, and were told we could come to the community shower to warm up. One reason we chose the full cabins is for the bathroom and shower. Our propane tank was empty and the person working the desk was there alone, and wasn't able to get us a replacement quickly, so we had to use our own. Terribly disappointed.

Beautiful well maintained campground. Well furnished sites including fire pit with Adirondack chairs, table w/4 chairs (much nicer than a picnic table), a Sun screen canopy, and a private dog run. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The dogs give it a paws up.

A very hot day, so we were looking for shade. The Clerk was very nice and found us a shaded site :). However; the prices at this KOA are very steep. I realize it’s a popular area, but $80+ for one night is a lot! The bathrooms were very clean and nice.

Friendly staff, nice sites, very close to the royal gorge, clean laundry room, 10-15 minutes from groceries and town (cañon city). I enjoyed the quaintness so much I booked another night.

We stay at the Royal Gorge KOA once or twice a year. The owners are awesome. The views are beautiful. No matter what size RV you have R.G.KOA can accommodate well. The place is always clean and the whole experience is geared to families. Kids of all ages have a great time here. The store os well stocked and reasonably priced. The Hunts Brother pizzas are a plus also. Looking forward to our next trip.
