Check in was great. Everyone was friendly. Only problem we had was that there was no hot water in the showers. Wouldn’t have been a problem in the summer. But when we stayed the low was 36. Will definitely come back in the summer

The first campsite there was room for the truck or tent but not both. There was a parking area but was taken up by the Campers next to me so I was told to move. Found a great big site. The site next was flooded. Found out because the other end of the water pipe was not capped. So every time I used the water, water would flow to the other site. Both Bathrooms were located in the rv areas.

There is a grounds or campground worker he is older black gentleman. Who had been there quite a while. But anyhow he is a great person employee he has helped me before but very pleasant and jovial person. I hope you as a company know how much of a valuable employee they have

Loved the campground! Everything clean and tidy. I had one issue and not really a problem, but we wanted to be closer to the bathrooms and was put where they wanted us instead. Most of the campground was not occupied.

We tent camped and it was very pleasant. We very much enjoyed the shuttle service to Kings Dominion. My family is going to make this a yearly Christmas tradition!

The staff is are extremely patient and understanding. They treat you like family and the campground itself is well maintained!!

The section we stayed in (site M) was beautiful with lots of space and tree cover. There are trashcans, water and electric hookups there as well as picnic tables provided. It backs up to a fenced wooded area with lots of privacy. Cons: There is a train that is very loud that runs frequently throughout the night. This often woke us up. The street lamps are way too bright at night.

The staff here are awesome. Always friendly and smiling. The campground facilities seem to stay clean and the store is always in order. This is our 15th time here and we love this place. Only complaint we have is the new cash-less policy, but that isn't the staff's fault. Looking forward to coming back in a couple months.

The location is very convenient. During the week it is not too busy. Saturday had a loud, rough crowd with fireworks going off. But, the other days were very pleasant. The campground was kept spotless and tidy.

The tent sites are, in my opinion, to close to the road as well as the pool, campstore, and other outdoor activities. The sites are loud and have lights off of the campstore building shining onto them all night.

The park was clean also the bathrooms. Has a nice pool and little playground. But we didn't get much sleep as there was a Hugh party at what I thought was a hotel next door but is the dorm room for KD employees I found out.They were on a loud speaker and yelling until 1am!So needless to say it made for a VERY rough/long day the next day for me and my child. I would love to stay again but afraid to

Campground was well taken care of and clean. The only complaint is the proximity of active railroad tracks. They’re close enough to shake the ground at the tent sites when trains come through which was around 1am both nights I was there.

The staff at the campground were helpful and friendly! We felt safe and, the sites were clean and well tended! The bathrooms are very clean and spacious with lots of outlets for getting ready as needed. Because of the size of the campground, I think another small bathhouse is needed, but we were there during what I assume to be the busiest time of the year (July 4th). Overall is was awesome!

The facility is run well and amenities are nice. The campsite we were on (tenting) is on a slope that did not have good drainage/high spot for tent so when it rained the water pooled around the tent.

The campsite next to us was extremely loud after 11pm. My kids thankfully slept through it. Other than that it was a good experience.

It was ok. I only had a primitive tent camp site. Showers were nice. I think it took a while for hot water, but very clean.

Everything was clean and well maintained. Enjoyed the pool, playground, volleyball and basketball courts as well as the little store.

If you get a chance rent KOA cabin was very pleased. Went to Rodeo. This is a camp 🏕 ground.

We stayed in a cabin for two nights and would 100% recommend!! We had seven people between two families and the accommodations were PERFECT. I cannot stress how clean it was…even when I pulled one of the futons out from the wall to make it into a bed, the floor under and behind it was spotless! Amazing! The public bathrooms were also immaculate. We stayed here for two nights with the express purpose of going to King's Dominion and greatly appreciated the shuttle. The kids enjoyed the playground and ball rentals a few times. Overall, 10/10!
