Cable tv did not work,representative on site was unable to fix issue on your end ,told me he would refund portion of my cost ,but I haven’t recieved any notice that he did please advise

We had a great stay. The staff is awesome. Our site was nice and very quiet. However the bath houses are in need of some work. There were several stalls with broke locks and broken shower heads or handles.

It was a lovely campground with lots of amenities. 95 was close and a bit loud but nothing that would keep you awake at night ;)

outstanding campground. Clean concrete pads with full hookups. Staff is very professional and always ready to help.

We only stayed overnight. Had a pull thru, full hook up patio site. Very level on concrete. A little tricky pulling 41 foot fifth wheel in due to street signs and water trenches but once in all was good. All utilities worked well including WiFi. Would recommend.

There was a large family party / reunion across the drive from us. Loud music day and into the evening ending at 10:30 p.m. This was all amplified music, not just a small speaker; crowd had to be even noiser because of the loud music. Next day it started again in early afternoon. My wife called to complain of shouting on the 2nd night at 2:00 a.m. Kings Dom = family, not noise all night

This is our favorite camping stop. As KD season pass holder, we stay here 2-3 times a year. The staff is wonderful, grounds and facilities are well maintained. We’ll be back for Labor Day weekend!

Friendly staff. Right beside the theme park and they have a free shuttle to it. Clean sites. Very nice. Lots of things to do even if you aren't going to the park.

Very nice campground! We loved the concrete patio site with the gas grill. Worth the extra fee, especially if you are handicapped like I am! Staff was very friendly!

This campground never disappoints. Spots are clean and roomy. Office/store staff is always friendly and accommodating. We stay here whenever we are in the area, not just when we are visiting Kings Dominion.

I was really disappointed to be disrupted by partying until after 1:00 am, including loud music with foul language that I couldn't shield my kids from, and seeing other campers were driving way too fast throughout the day and night. At least the bathhouse was clean. We went camping to have some peace, but that didn't work out. I wish they enforced traffic rules and set/enforced noise limits.

I stayed here for a week just before the Memorial Day weekend and it was very quiet and not too crowded. The campground itself is beautiful and with a lot of trees. The sites are a little too close together and not very level, that’s my only gripe. Otherwise, it is a really nice place to stay if you are a King’s Dominion fan or just staying for a night.

This campground uses an interesting "back-to-back" arrangement to maximize picnic and lounging space between campers. However, we found the laundry room and pool dirty. The trash can near our site had not been emptied in awhile. We stayed just prior to Memorial Weekend and were surprised at the lack of preparation.

It`s a one-night stop that we recommend to friends when we are on our way from Florida to Quebec. This year we were with family and they were able to visit your campsite ! Very nice place

Site 198. Sewer drain was higher than the pad. The pad site also has a 2 inch step down to the bluestone on the picnic table side

Campground was very clean, nice sites, employees were very helpful and friendly. Only hesitation is that some sites are tight if you have a longer rig. Excellent stay if you are headed to Kings Dominion park.

Everybody was really nice and it was a pleasant place. Our site was great. I gave it a four because I found the dog park to be extremely isolated for a woman to take her dog.

Excellent place. I travel and work remotely so wood wifi as well as nice bathrooms and laundry facilities are a must. This place was excellent and the people were friendly and helpful. Sites were mostly paved and level. Only possible drawback is the highway noise but most campers have a set of earplugs handy! Highly recommend this KOA.

Very nice sites, we had a full hook up with cement pad.. Restrooms were very clean and the Camp office/ Store was well stocked. We just had a one night stay as we were traveling home but are planning on returning with the grandkids to enjoy the campground and Old Dominion. Easy on off from I95 with the park entrance right there also.

Nice campground. Bathrooms/showers super clean. Convenient to I-95 and right next door to Kings Dominion if you're going there. Sites are not very long if you're looking to keep hooked up for an overnight stay (as we were). You have to unhook. Even then, parking was a bit of a challenge to stay out of the road. I have a 35 ft camper for reference.

Loved it. Was there for a trip to kings dominion. The cabinet was super cute. It was me, My wife and 4 kids. The older girls got the loft rooms, me and my son hit the futon and my wife and the grand baby took the main bedroom. A/C was super cold. Temp got into the high 90s and we were comfortable..the fire pit was great. We roasted marshmallows and made smokes. Great experience and will do it again

The cabin was very big and spacious and fun. There was a cockroach and so I killed it in the middle of the night and then the next day sprayed the entire cabin with natural bug spray. I also had to clean the floors because they were sticky and gooey and so I swept and mopped with a towel there's a picture of the towel there and how filthy it was. The air conditioner was falling apart and the stairs were dilapidated and needed new carpeting. The air conditioner worked and the bed for the main bedroom was squeaky. The TVs were not smart TVs and just had cable but thankfully I brought my Roku which I was able to connect to the HDMI on the side and watch what I wanted. There was no proper kitchen sitting area but there was a desk with two chairs so that was nice. The kids started at The Loft was fun. My daughter had bugs crawling on her at night. There were wasps outside. The staff was nice and gave us some more towels, but didn't bother to clean the floor even though you could see easily that it was filthy when we arrived. The shower head was very low so for someone 6 ft tall it hit my chest. It was nice that they had two bathrooms but it was very cramped quarters if you wanted to do anything inside of the bathrooms. Not enough room for toiletries up on a little sink. It was very much like staying in a motorhome. There was no stove top or oven. It was also no freezer in the refrigerator. The fridge didn't work nice and there was enough room to make little things like a sandwich or some toasted waffles etc. Little coffee maker worked. There were no cups or spoons or plates or any other utensils or anything that you might need provided. The little Rec Center up by the front was nice and had several games in a pool and a television and chessboard etcetera to play with. The shuttle was continuous and easy to use. No I did mention the downsides I still get of a four because overall it was fun, generally clean, and spacious for a family of four. There were five beds total and it was about 5 minutes away from Kings dominion. It wasn't very convenient for other grocery stores other than a convenience store that was nearby which was way overpriced. It was over 20 minutes round trip to get to a Walmart or Target or publix.

Great accommodations. All bathrooms of the Men's and Unisex gender, were extremely clean. Cleaner than I ever anticipated. Water is hot. They have really high water pressure here, have a regulator handy. I really wish they'd have after hours vending machines of useful things to purchase. Their shop closes at 9pm and Doswell has nothing to offer. Very friendly staff and very accommodating for after hours check-in. We will definitely be back, thank you all for the great experience!!!!
