Check out of the cabin was agreed upon at 11am. House keeping entered without knocking to my wife getting dressed at 10:30am. Privacy is key. Very upsetting.

We went off season for a local event and didn't spend a ton of time at the campground (or at KD since it was closed), but my son appreciated the playground, the staff was kind and friendly, and the bathrooms were neat and clean. There were two downsides I will mention. First is the firewood was pretty damp - gave off a lot of steam and smoke. Not that my kids cared once I broke out the s'mores. Second is that it rained one day we were there and while our site was fine, many of the sites in the trees turned into giant puddles. Not so bad that they were impassable, but you might need to walk through an inch of water to get to your car - just as a word of warning to anyone parked especially in the woods. Note: we went back a second time and it was just like the first, still a great place. Didn't try the firewood this time, but the staff was still kind - they even tried to save me some money! Bathrooms are still clean. Still a great value for what we got. Thanks again!

Very clean, went in the office season so it was quiet. Not like most KOAs, a lot more corporate than we are used to. Not overly outgoing or friendly in the office/store. The prices for items in the store are more like theme park prices, which was a little bit of a shock. The cleaning and grounds staff were friendly and working hard.
