blanket, sheet and pillows in the cabinet under the TV has been used. Carpet upstairs has dirt and the floors has dirt especially under the couch on C-7.

We’ve stayed here in the past and loved it. This time, our cabin had lots of bugs in it. There were spiders in the extra set of bedding in the living room. We also killed 4 other spiders, 2 lady bugs, and 1 wasp.

We loved the campgrounds! Everything was presented very neatly, and the kids loved the loft area! The added bonus was the pool and playground. Staff was absolutely phenomenal! The only thing I'd suggest is just a quick dusting in the cabins. The large overgrown cobwebs were terrifying! However, we are already planning our next stay!

The cabin is very small and we were just two parents and a child, but there is no room inside for a dining table or just to sit comfortably to drink morning coffee, the beds on the upper floor are not comfortable to reach and only available for children and the mattresses need urgent replacement, The convenience store is excellent even though it is very expensive but it has everything.

I always enjoy my stay with KOA. I loved that this time My grands truly enjoyed the Pool/playground area. Always awesome for the shuttle who provide attentively to the Guest aboard.

we always enjoy our stay at this KOA. we have rented cabin many times for Kings Dominion. however the price is already QUITE substantial and if you arrive early before 4 pm they charge $25 extra. the cabin could use some TLC and updating. Our refrigerator door would mot stay closed and leaked on floor

We checked in after hours after a day at Kings Dominion and it was such an easy process. The cabin fit our party of 4 comfortably, beds were comfortable, and the cabin was clean. We will absolutely be back, we were sad the trip was only 1 night!

Very friendly at the desk. The cabin for the most part seemed to be clean. There was a fork in the shower. It poured rain while we were there and both of the cabins we rented leaked at the front door so there was a puddle in the morning. Neighbors were up till 4am outside of our bedroom talking even though there is a quiet hour. The campground as a whole looked very clean.

The place we stayed in was very nice. We only stayed one night and it was raining. Unfortunately, we didn't get to use any of the outdoor amenities that are provided. My only complaint is we had to purchase some items in the little store. The prices were outrageous. Everyone in the store and at the check-in counter were pleasant.

Oh my goodness. The cabin was beautiful. I love how everyone was out exploring and families were all outside around a bonfire or playing. Wish our stay was longer.. we will DEFINITELY be coming back.

We had a very nice time at the cabin at the KOA next to Kings Dominion. It was clean, quiet, and close to the park. We have already planned our next stay there this summer.

We stayed in a cabin - really nice and clean. Only downside is the amount of cups and coffee supplied and the cabin gets REALY cold at night. It does not make sense how the cabin caters for 10people yet there weren't even enough coffee or cups for 2 for.

Friendly staff. Cabin was clean. Hot water very welcome for showers. Great that linen and towels provided. An awesome weekend. Will be back again next year!

Instead of a pergola outside, you should have some sort of roof. If it rains, we have no way of cooking. You don’t have any way to cook inside, so your only option is a grill or campfire. No one wants to grill in the rain. If your pergola was a solid roof, you could cook under it.

We stayed in the cabins. I rented 3 cabins for me and my crew as we were catering a VIP Virginia Forestry Cocktail party at the nearby Meadow Event Park. So it was lovely to have a fire pit with the crew in the evenings and cook on the grill for them. It provided a much nicer social and rest time for us than is I put them up in a hotel.thanks you!!

We had a great stay! We would have loved to stay longer , but hope to return in the future. Deluxe cabin was awesome! Perfect for a family with teenagers. Shuttle to the park was very convenient and park accommodations were plentiful. Weather was cold on our visit but again, hope to return to enjoy all amenities

The cabin was great and clean. Our issue was with our neighbors. They were very loud at 2 am, you could hear them hollering and most likely under the influence. We’ll most likely stay at hotel near the complex.

Showers were to short for tall people. Fan in bathroom closest to the bedroom didn't work. Bathroom doors didn't lock

Check in/out was easy. Staff was very friendly. We had an issue with a leaky frig and they fixed it within the hour. Definitely will come back!

Everything is great except the floor. The floor did not get sweep and mop, it has a lot of stain but when we wipe it the stains disappeared.

We went off season for a local event and didn't spend a ton of time at the campground (or at KD since it was closed), but my son appreciated the playground, the staff was kind and friendly, and the bathrooms were neat and clean. There were two downsides I will mention. First is the firewood was pretty damp - gave off a lot of steam and smoke. Not that my kids cared once I broke out the s'mores. Second is that it rained one day we were there and while our site was fine, many of the sites in the trees turned into giant puddles. Not so bad that they were impassable, but you might need to walk through an inch of water to get to your car - just as a word of warning to anyone parked especially in the woods. Note: we went back a second time and it was just like the first, still a great place. Didn't try the firewood this time, but the staff was still kind - they even tried to save me some money! Bathrooms are still clean. Still a great value for what we got. Thanks again!

Very clean, went in the office season so it was quiet. Not like most KOAs, a lot more corporate than we are used to. Not overly outgoing or friendly in the office/store. The prices for items in the store are more like theme park prices, which was a little bit of a shock. The cleaning and grounds staff were friendly and working hard.
