The cabin was a complete let down this year. The refrigerator had a terrible odor. We tried cleaning it, the odor got worst. There were lots of ants , we had to go buy some bug spray. There were spider webs inside the cabin and some crumbs left on the floor. It would be a great place to stay if it was cleaned . The staff was friendly, the environment was awesome, just the cabins are not clean

One of the bathrooms did not have a working ventilation fan. The tv in living room didn’t have working batteries. One toilet bowl tank was leaking. Shower water kept turning hot and cold. Only had one coffee bag, not enough coffee supplies. Everything else was great!

We visit this Park often because it’s part of our get away from home to totally relax, Good place to relax this visit included celebrating my birthday, I received a free ice cream. Kudos

It was a most enjoyable and relaxing experience. The staff at the front desk were super sweet and most welcoming. We felt at home away from home. The cabins were most enjoyable - and the kiddos were super amazed. Thank you Richmond North / Kings Dominion KOA, for a memory we will cherish and renew often. See you again, soon!

Process was a breeze. Everything here is super convenient, I didn’t need a thing! Rooms were immaculately clean. I didn’t get the stellar customer service like most claims, everyone was nonchalant, which was perfectly fine! Just nothing above and beyond to compliment there. The shuttle to and from the park was such a great idea. The pool was super nice. I am already dying to return!!

Everything was great! We loved the pool and how clean everything was. We enjoyed the store and the offerings it had to buy snacks and cold treats when swimming. The cabin was great. Our AC went out our last night and the staff were great with trying to accommodate us. We ended up staying put for the night due to leaving the next day, but we were compensated for the lack of AC. A+ for our stay!

We rented one of your deluxe cabins for a family getaway, we were highly impressed with the cleanliness of the cabin and the campground and how nice and helpful the staff was! Would definitely return.

This was a wonderful experience staying at the KOA Holiday cabins. Everyone in my party enjoyed the friendly customer service and variety of activities provided, even though we didn't stay long enough to do it all. I would definitely recommend KOA Holiday to others and plan to visit again. Shout Out!!! to all the workers, including the shuttle bus driver. Thank you all!

The only downside was me and my family arrived earlier then expected. We called in to pay the $25 early checking fee that they offered. But still ended up having to stillwater to check in.But after we checked in my family had a wonderful time and asked to do it again..Thank you

The campgrounds are wonderful. The outdoor area was great. The bed in the bedroom must have been broken it sunk down in the middle and was very uncomfortable to sleep on. Only coffee provided in the kitchen. No utensils for grill or dish soap for dishes. If you plan to cook or use the kitchen you must bring everything you could need. Very expensive for what you are getting.

It was great except for the dump tank for our site being about 12 feet away making it barely reachable without an extension, and I didn't have one. But, I made it work.

Very clean facility. We had a cabin and a premium RV site. I will do this again. Maintenance is responsive. Front desk is immediate. Pool is clean. A++

We were in town for a concert and went to Kings Dominion. It rained all weekend so we didn't get a chance to use a lot of the amenities but the staff was great, everything was clean and the cabins were really nice. One of the best we stayed at.

We went off season for a local event and didn't spend a ton of time at the campground (or at KD since it was closed), but my son appreciated the playground, the staff was kind and friendly, and the bathrooms were neat and clean. There were two downsides I will mention. First is the firewood was pretty damp - gave off a lot of steam and smoke. Not that my kids cared once I broke out the s'mores. Second is that it rained one day we were there and while our site was fine, many of the sites in the trees turned into giant puddles. Not so bad that they were impassable, but you might need to walk through an inch of water to get to your car - just as a word of warning to anyone parked especially in the woods. Note: we went back a second time and it was just like the first, still a great place. Didn't try the firewood this time, but the staff was still kind - they even tried to save me some money! Bathrooms are still clean. Still a great value for what we got. Thanks again!

Very clean, went in the office season so it was quiet. Not like most KOAs, a lot more corporate than we are used to. Not overly outgoing or friendly in the office/store. The prices for items in the store are more like theme park prices, which was a little bit of a shock. The cleaning and grounds staff were friendly and working hard.
