Exceeded our expectations. !!! Lovely campground !! Well maintained. Courteous, friendly comments !! 1 Minor MINOR comment. One of our outside lights was out (C-26). Did not impact our experience whatsoever but thought I would point it out as a courtesy.

Overall it was great, but a few areas to improve would be cleaning cobwebs from the corners of the ceiling, ant control inside the cabins, and mopping the floors.

The cabin was very nice and spacious. A little problem with ants but one phone call and they took care of that.

Very nice and clean, shuttle service was great. We had the two bathroom cabin, the bathrooms were tiny, will try a one bathroom and see if it's bigger. Only complaint, baby ants on both counters.

Great little cabin for 2 families to share for a long weekend. Cabin was clean, comfortable, and staff was friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Our cabin was convenient and comfortable, the grounds pristine, and the amenities enjoyable. I loved spending time at the sparkling clean pool after a hot day riding rides.

We really enjoyed the cabin!!! They are awesome. It was very clean as well. Will definitely be staying there again….soon. Thank everyone at KOA for their hospitality and for making our stay wonderful.

Cute cabin! very roomy and each room has its own TV! My kids love love loved it. In addition to being convenient, it was clean. Close to 7-11, burger kings, and a gas station. The facility has a nice playground and swimming pool. I already booked our next stay! Highly recommended.

I stayed in cabin C-17 and was grossed out by an ant infestation throughout the cabin for my entire stay including ants in my bed, totally gross, they sprayed my cabin but the ants kept coming, very unacceptable and uncomfortable, we could not eat in the cabin for fear ants would end up in our food.

Cabin and facilities were nice. We had issues with noise/music in the middle of the night. We addressed it with them and they turned music down. We also didn’t realize we had no pots, plates, forks and had to make several purchases. Other than that, closely situated to Kings Dominion park.

Our cabin was nice but based off pictures we had thought that we’d have more room in the 2 upstairs beds and were surprised that they were so close to the ceiling and would’ve appreciated seeing pictures before booking the cabin.

Ot was a very nice stay. The staff wad very friendly . The shuttle to the park was a major bonus. Cabins were clean and adorable.

The cabins were nice and clean but the amenities we booked based on were unavailable for most of our stay. The website said hours were 9am-7pm but when we were there the office closed at 5pm leaving us unable to use the pool, basketballs, horseshoes, and ping pong. I would recommend staying elsewhere unless you’re just looking for a place to sleep while doing other activities.

We stayed 3 nights in a KOA cabin. Overall, the stay was great. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The amenities were nice…would have liked for the pool to be open a little later in the evening. The cabin was clean and sufficient, although I’d rather see a bigger refrigerator and small stovetop or cooking surface than a second bathroom. We would definitely consider a future stay at a KO

This was our first time staying at a camp ground. We were pleasantly surprised. Grounds were clean, and quiet, plenty of old school games (tether ball, horse shoes, etc). It was fun to experience staying in a cabin, it had many of the amenities you would find in a 4 star hotel. Cant be tall though. Charles’s helped us operate our BBQ pit. He was very friendly & helpful. We’ll be back.

Enjoyed the campground. Stayed here in the past and was sadden that some of the things offered previously were no longer offered. Bring back movie night!!!!!!! Loved the shuttle bus service - all drivers were very friendly.

Had to call to get towels after following instructions to leave towels in the tub. Trash was never removed and tons of dead bugs in the light fixtures causing one of the ones upstairs not to work. Don't think I would ever stay at a KOA cabin again.

The campground is very clean, the staff is awesome and answer any questions that you may have. I really love this campground. We usually have a mini family reunion once or twice a year. It's a wonderful place to gather.

The late check in was amazing! The cabin was beautiful and spacious! It was so clean and the A/C was working amazingly! All the staff were kind and helpful! The pool is beautiful and so nice! The store was full of items we needed at a reasonable cost. I wish there were more cabins so we could invite more people because it was so amazing!

We stayed in a cabin. The camp was clean. We missed the camp store, but from what I saw, they have EVERYTHING! The cabin was beautiful and so nice, more than I expected. The theme in the campground was family and we saw everyone walking, playing, or enjoying a bonfire.. 10/10 will DEFINITELY stay again I didn't take pictures, I only made a video of our cabin and can't upload, sorry... But you should rent a cabin! 😁

We just spent the weekend here and overall had a nice experience. This review is based on our stay in the 30 amp back in sites at the front of the campground. PROS: Friendly staff, clean bathrooms, trash pick up at site Nice woodsy feel in parts of the campground Pool and playground looked nice Fenced in dog area and "dog bath" at shower house Close proximity to I95 and Kings Dominion (with free shuttle) CONS: Some gravel RV sites very uneven, we were fortunate to have a decent site although hard to back in due to all the trees, narrow drive, other sites around us were not as good. Super bright lights are turned on at night toward front of campground which takes away from the "camping" feel. Lack of hot water in shower! Another unusual thing is that there was a huge event going on at the campground over the weekend with LOUD music blaring until 11 PM - I doubt this is a regular thing but would have been nice to know about ahead of time. In a nutshell - if you want a convenient place to stop overnight off 95 or want a family friendly place to stay to enjoy Kings Dominion, this is the place for you. I would stay here again if I was in the area for something specific.

If you get a chance rent KOA cabin was very pleased. Went to Rodeo. This is a camp 🏕 ground.
