Convenient, the shuttle to kings dominion was very nice. As was 15% discount for having a season pass. I would of liked softer blankets but the pillows were very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The cabin was amazing! We loved that you could buy Kings Dominion tickets there for a less expensive price and catch the shuttle over to the park! And the staff was very kind! It was a great trip!

The campground was beautiful and relaxed. The staff were nice. We stayed in a cabin and as we turned out the lights for bed, two cockroaches were crawling on the walls. Because it was so late, no staff could be contacted to help with our situation. We left and stayed at a hotel down the road. We were refunded for 1 night, although we had reservations for 2 nights and didn’t stay either night.

Staff was friendly and helpful especially when we left an item behind in our room. Cabin offered a lot of sleeping space for big groups and was very clean. We picked KOA because of the shuttle offering (which we didn't use), but really enjoyed our stay in the cabin.

We enjoyed a quick and friendly check-in, our 3rd car was kindly accommodated with no fee, our cabin was clean and welcoming, and the shuttle, as always, is a great offering. The pool and playground were also well maintained and we had no complaints throughout the park. Only addition we'd suggest is the cabins to also have body wash. 3rd visit, 1st in cabins, we'll be back!

Not as clean as previous years. We stayed in cabin. Many ants throughout cabin. Outside many mosquitoes possibly by water seems like area not sprayed for mosquitoes. We had young children getting bit. Told office not sure they cared.

The campground and cabin were beautiful. The cabin was very comfortable for our large family. I would say the staff could be more welcoming upon arrival. They were very quiet and not enthused. The lodge and store were fun and accommodating. We loved the pool and games. The shuttle to KD was a huge plus! Overall, my family had an amazing time, and would consider returning in the future!

Check-in was easy. Our cabin was ready an hour early. It could've been cleaned better. There was a gummy and ramen noodle on the floor I'm not sure how it was overlooked, dead bugs as if it wasn't swept and some dirt/hair on the bathroom floor. The pool was gross with clumps of hair, but people were swimming. For $500 for two nights, it could've been cleaner. The kids had fun.

We enjoyed the cabin, the playground, and the pool, and the staff were fantastic. It might be an idea to tell guests that there is central air in the cabins, or set it to air conditioning for them. We only found the window unit upstairs and our cabin was absolutely sweltering the first night. The second night we found the central air control which for some reason had been set to Emergency Heat!

First of all, I love the lady who works at the store; she has the patience of a saint! We had an issue with the cabin's air, and it was addressed very quickly. They were also great, as my 3-year-old grandson thought he was going to help the guy fixing it - he was very kind. We always love staying here; everyone who works there is nice, and the grounds are always well-kept and clean!

We were very disappointed in the pool situation on the 4th of July. Even though the lightening had long stopped for more than an hour, the pool did not reopen. When it's 100 degrees and there is little else to do, this is unfair. I understand it probably takes a lot of work to clear the pool out, but as guests, we pay a lot to stay here.

The only thing I would comment is to tell the guests if they will be getting housekeeping service for towels and trash, but the staff is awesome. The facilities are great. Making lots of good family memories staying with you.

The only thing I did not like there is it had no stove, the refrigerator was super small, and you can’t have the adults up stairs because it was very hard to get up there you would need to bend over when you got upstairs, the upstairs would be for the kids to sleep.

Bedbugs in the cabin. And the loft area is ridiculously tight for sleeping adults. With 3-4 foot ceilings, you have to crawl around on your hands and knees to move around. Worst lodging experience ever.

We had a wonderful stay at the KOA Kings Dominion! The cabin was lovely and the staff were friendly and helpful. The campground was clean and my family felt safe.

Very clean and well organized. My only gig was the cabin floor we stayed in (c5) was very sticky and dirty. We went to town and bought cleaning supplies. My suggestion is to actually clean the floors once a month.

I had an excellent experience at Kingston Main Campground! The campground was clean, well-maintained, and provided a relaxing atmosphere for a great getaway. The staff was friendly and helpful, and everything exceeded my expectations. I truly enjoyed my time there and made some wonderful memories. I highly recommend this campground

Girl Scout Troop 398 had a great time. I have only one suggestion (Put twin beds down stairs in the cabins that have handicap accommodations. Persons that have a handicap feel better not sharing a bed with anyone. Also, others may feel a little uncomfortable having to share the bed with someone who has a handicap. Other than this everything was great. (Secure the bathroom sink in cabin 24 better)

We stayed here for a Senior Class trip and everything was wonderful! The staff members were fantastic and friendly, while travel to King's Dominion was fast and easy. We will definitely return here.

The cabin was very big and spacious and fun. There was a cockroach and so I killed it in the middle of the night and then the next day sprayed the entire cabin with natural bug spray. I also had to clean the floors because they were sticky and gooey and so I swept and mopped with a towel there's a picture of the towel there and how filthy it was. The cabins here are spectacular. You can literally walk to the park. Cabins are very clean, spacious considering it's a cabin. Watch your head if you're heading to loft area beds. Outdoor table and fire ring. Parking is good. Very clean cabins. I would definitely stay here again.

We had an awesome corner pull thru site. Plenty of grass for the Dogs. Beautiful patio and firepit. Staff was very nice. One minor complaint, while they had trash cans in abundance there were no stations with poop bags. So many of us travel with our Dogs and we had bags, just nice when the campground has them also. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend this campground!
