My stay was really special because of the people at the front office.... they allowed me to go in early to put up birthday decorations for my fiance to make the stay even more special...thank you to the guys at the front office

Our stay was great. The cabin was great and everyone working was extremely friendly. Having 2 bathrooms is very helpful. The only drawback is that the cabin does not have a kitchen, only a small frig and microwave.

Great staff. The helped us out in an emergency when we found out the heat wasn't working the first night out on a long trip. They were able to move us into a cabin. Cabins BEAUTIFUL. Facilities very good as well. Well worth the visit if going to Kings Dominion.

Wonderful, we love staying different times of the year, this visit was more peaceful, each season has a time frame of contentment. By the way new carpets needed on the staircase. The front desk staff is excellent, the cleaning staff is wonderful. Looking forward to our next visit���thank u for your hospitality.

It was a wonderful stay for my whole family ��� I just think you should have some amenities like paper towel and some utensils for the kitchen Other than that: perfect! The staff was lovely in every way, and my family enjoyed every minute. Thank you all

Everything was great from making reservations to checking in. Customer service was excellent. Cabin was clean inside. Free shuttle to Kings Dominion was a plus.

the cabin was great - it was clean and comfortable. On Saturday night of our stay - we had loud neighbors having an outdoor party with music late into the night/early morning. It was very disappointing and make me consider whether to rent a cabin at this location again.

We stayed at this site to enjoy closing weekend at King's Dominion Haunt, and found the cabin very clean and well maintained, not to mention how close we are to King's Dominion. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend and our stay. We will be back!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The only draw back was that there was a lot of things that didn’t seem to be well cleaned. For example when my toddler dropped his ball and it rolled under the futon I saw what appeared to be a pill on the floor (I couldn’t reach it) and a lot of dust bunnies etc. There was alos dust webs around the shower n such. Aside from that we loved the cabin.

We stayed in a cabin. The camp was clean. We missed the camp store, but from what I saw, they have EVERYTHING! The cabin was beautiful and so nice, more than I expected. The theme in the campground was family and we saw everyone walking, playing, or enjoying a bonfire.. 10/10 will DEFINITELY stay again I didn't take pictures, I only made a video of our cabin and can't upload, sorry... But you should rent a cabin! 😁

We just spent the weekend here and overall had a nice experience. This review is based on our stay in the 30 amp back in sites at the front of the campground. PROS: Friendly staff, clean bathrooms, trash pick up at site Nice woodsy feel in parts of the campground Pool and playground looked nice Fenced in dog area and "dog bath" at shower house Close proximity to I95 and Kings Dominion (with free shuttle) CONS: Some gravel RV sites very uneven, we were fortunate to have a decent site although hard to back in due to all the trees, narrow drive, other sites around us were not as good. Super bright lights are turned on at night toward front of campground which takes away from the "camping" feel. Lack of hot water in shower! Another unusual thing is that there was a huge event going on at the campground over the weekend with LOUD music blaring until 11 PM - I doubt this is a regular thing but would have been nice to know about ahead of time. In a nutshell - if you want a convenient place to stop overnight off 95 or want a family friendly place to stay to enjoy Kings Dominion, this is the place for you. I would stay here again if I was in the area for something specific.

If you get a chance rent KOA cabin was very pleased. Went to Rodeo. This is a camp 🏕 ground.
