More cleaning needs to be done in the laundry room. Bathrooms were clean and neat. Sites are good size, some connections are a bit to be desired. Staff are very friendly.

Our site was very close to neighbors and our slides almost hit them. Location off 95 was good and if you are going to king’s dominion right next door.

Great staff. The helped us out in an emergency when we found out the heat wasn't working the first night out on a long trip. They were able to move us into a cabin. Cabins BEAUTIFUL. Facilities very good as well. Well worth the visit if going to Kings Dominion.

Wonderful, we love staying different times of the year, this visit was more peaceful, each season has a time frame of contentment. By the way new carpets needed on the staircase. The front desk staff is excellent, the cleaning staff is wonderful. Looking forward to our next visit���thank u for your hospitality.

I normally always rate the highest rating. However, the lower rating is because the campground was not originally built for HUGE campers, i.e. 42 ft and above. We had several instances at the space beside us of a 46 and 50 ft camper attempting to use a space that could only accommodate up to 40ft which almost took our camper out. People and property are going to get hurt or suffer damage.

I only stayed for the night on route to FL but I will stay Gain for longer next time. The camp store looked very cozy and inviting upon registration. Everybody was very nice Nd helpful too.

We had a problem checking in as the site was too short. The staff were very helpful in moving us and adjusting our rate.

Overall, the stay was very nice. People continue to walk through campsites that is not theirs and not picking up after their pets leaving waste around to be stepped in. Camp store employees should reiterate these rules to everyone at check-in. Camp store staff very kind and helpful.

Site 186 elite pad- is too small for a 36 ft rv! Too tight to get out and there is a drop off of pad! We bent a jack coming out!!!!

Everything was great from making reservations to checking in. Customer service was excellent. Cabin was clean inside. Free shuttle to Kings Dominion was a plus.

This was our 2nd time staying at this location and it was just as great this time as before. The staff is always friendly and the facilities are always extra clean and in great shape. The shuttle to Kings Dominion was perfect! we will definitely be back!

Our favorite KOA campground. Outstanding campground with shuttle to/from Kings Dominion Park. When we arrived, the picnic table was missing. Once we notified the front desk, Tony and Asia delivered one to our site. Also, Tony took the time to blow the leaves away from our site. All staff are friendly, professional, and always ready to help

Once more we had a wonderful stay at the Kings Dominion KOA. The personnel are always so welcoming, polite and so accommodating. Beautiful sites and easy access from the I-95.

Pros - Campsite was very nice. Staff very friendly and helpful. Cons - closest bathrooms were closed for the winter and the main was locked up during the morning hours. Staff was using leaf blowers off the campsites early in the morning to blow all the leaves to the middle of the road which caused dirt and dust to cover our car and trailer. Over all though a very nice KOA campground.

We have stayed with you before. Love the store, propane availability and the sights are fine. We arrived at 6 pm in fog and rain and needed an escort. Our site was hard to get in to and had ditches on both sides of the turn into snoopy rd. Certainly escorts should be available until 8pm. We struggled. Otherwise your camp is convenient.

After hours check in worked well. However, I ended up pulling into the site the wrong way. Which made harder to hook up and then pull out in the morning. Facilities and sites were very clean.

We were very impressed with this KOA. Well manicured, very clean restrooms, fantastic camp store, and the site-198- was very large for us. We could fit our 42 foot 5th wheel easily and the yard surrounding the site was large and very nice. We will definitely mark this KOA as a favorite to return to for a much longer stay.

We stayed in a cabin. The camp was clean. We missed the camp store, but from what I saw, they have EVERYTHING! The cabin was beautiful and so nice, more than I expected. The theme in the campground was family and we saw everyone walking, playing, or enjoying a bonfire.. 10/10 will DEFINITELY stay again I didn't take pictures, I only made a video of our cabin and can't upload, sorry... But you should rent a cabin! 😁

We just spent the weekend here and overall had a nice experience. This review is based on our stay in the 30 amp back in sites at the front of the campground. PROS: Friendly staff, clean bathrooms, trash pick up at site Nice woodsy feel in parts of the campground Pool and playground looked nice Fenced in dog area and "dog bath" at shower house Close proximity to I95 and Kings Dominion (with free shuttle) CONS: Some gravel RV sites very uneven, we were fortunate to have a decent site although hard to back in due to all the trees, narrow drive, other sites around us were not as good. Super bright lights are turned on at night toward front of campground which takes away from the "camping" feel. Lack of hot water in shower! Another unusual thing is that there was a huge event going on at the campground over the weekend with LOUD music blaring until 11 PM - I doubt this is a regular thing but would have been nice to know about ahead of time. In a nutshell - if you want a convenient place to stop overnight off 95 or want a family friendly place to stay to enjoy Kings Dominion, this is the place for you. I would stay here again if I was in the area for something specific.

If you get a chance rent KOA cabin was very pleased. Went to Rodeo. This is a camp 🏕 ground.
