Everything was absolutely amazing. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The other people thay stayed were very nice and respectful. We had a great time!!!!

We recently stayed in the Virginia Beach KOA cabin. There, the cabin had both an outdoor picnic table, 2 Adorondack chairs and a grill. Also, B-BQ utensils, and paper towels. This cabin had none of the above. It was somewhat disappointing to say the least.

Very nice place to stay, the facilities are very well kept up and clean. The gravel sites are relatively level. The shuttle service is very convienient and the drivers are top-notch people; very friendly and informative.

We enjoyed our stay on Halloween weekend. We took the shuttle for 3 trips to & from Kings Dominion, which was very convenient!! Our kids enjoyed walking around trick or treating at the campsites where many people participated in having decorations and handing out candy. Can’t wait to come back during the summer.

I arrived and a caretaker helped me find my spot. I loved teh shuttle to the amusement park! I was able to wash my dog in the dog-wash station, I got propane and I dumped my tanks. So many accomplishments in a two day stay!

The staff was very accommodating because the site I had chosen. I didn't have enough blocks to level out so they helped me change sites to a more level site.

Campground and bathhouses were very clean. Site had a concrete pad which always is a plus when leveling. Site was a little challenging length wise with a big rig and toad. Campground was very nicely landscaped and had lots of activities available.

Several empty spots in the campground and they put a hugh rv right next to us, which made it very tight between our RVs.

Site 172: too short for motor home with car connected. Large grass/wooded area on passenger side of rv but shared connections on utility side resulting in sites being very close together. Very costly for an overnight stay

Our second time here. Decent campground. Fairly priced compared to some other koas where we've stayed. If you don't have a camper/rv there are 30 cabins. The shuttle to king's dominion is nice. With some upgraded sites the place would be 5star!

We are a little disappointed with our stay. The person who checked us in Had us entering our site in the wrong direction. We had to turn around to enter the site! Very annoying!!!!

I first want to say we really like this place, but we were here about two weeks ago and the pedestal we plugged into was loose and almost fell over. Then at our recent visit, the water knob fell off and the cable was very bad. I ran a cable to the next cable on same pedestal and was still bad. I ended up using my antenna. OFFICE STAY IS VERY NICE! THEY ARE WONDERFUL! Thank You!

We have stayed here multiple times and each time we had the results were the same - very clean park attended to by a dedicated staff.

I believe the staff did what they could with the extremely large group that was there. If that group comes back, I would consider getting more security and having them follow the rules or leave. It's really not fair to the campers that are staying across the street. With that being said, I do appreciate the refund. This KOA is one of our favorites, we will return.

Stay was great but on checkout day I woke abruptly to a hot metallic smell from the furnace vents. We had used it to heat the night before without issue. Tried calling front desk and after hours with no answer. The smell disipated but it was like the furnace fired up for the first time of the season and was burning the dust in the ducts, but we used it the night before as well..

The site I was on was in the non paved area. Elec and water were great but the gravel site required quite a few blocks to get level. I thought the sites were way over priced.

Cable did not work nor did the Internet. Last year our sewer did not work. It’s a nice campground and we’d kindly stay again.

We are regular campers at your campground. We come every fall to enjoy the weather and go into the park for scare fest. We have been coming there for many years. We absolutely love it there and will continue to come back. We also recommend to our friends.

Staff were helpful with changing out site upon arrival when a car was parked in ours and also let us park in an empty site for over an hour before leaving. The dog wash was excellent! Set up of utilities is awkward as some sites have power, water, etc on the opposite side and don’t reach. Bath/shower was not very clean - standing water throughout made it slippery, cob webs. Not a Holiday

The cabins here are spectacular. You can literally walk to the park. Cabins are very clean, spacious considering it's a cabin. Watch your head if you're heading to loft area beds. Outdoor table and fire ring. Parking is good. Very clean cabins. I would definitely stay here again.

We had an awesome corner pull thru site. Plenty of grass for the Dogs. Beautiful patio and firepit. Staff was very nice. One minor complaint, while they had trash cans in abundance there were no stations with poop bags. So many of us travel with our Dogs and we had bags, just nice when the campground has them also. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend this campground!
