Your campgrounds was very nice but we were disappointed that we were not greeted when we arrived and that your store was not open and we never spoke to any staff members at all the whole time except that I made a call into the office to let them know that we were going to be going out for the day. I don't know if there is a staff shortage but it's nice to see a human so that we are made to feel we

Nice campground. The men's bathhouse needed some attention w/urnials out of order.

This was our seventh year to camp for the Halloween events for kids. This year was completely different. Seemed to be less of a children’s event and the staff was more worried about passing out Jell-O shots. I understand people are going to drink but for the campground primary focus is to pass out alcohol seemed off. They charged for hayride this year. Spoke to the manager and seemed to careless

Not sure what campground you were in but the entire weekend was geared towards kids. FYI the ride to the pumpkin patch has been $5 for the past few years.

It was our first stay at a KOA. The staff were kind and the grounds were clean. Next time we will request a site that is more level.

Crappy stay, owners are not helpful at all. Messed up our group reservation and split us all up on day of arrival after promising to have us together. No sympathy at all, made promises they couldn’t keep to fill the spots for the weekend. The workers are nice but owners are not. Wouldn’t recommend this KOA to anyone. Also, the campground has much to be desired. Very rough and outdated. Needs

I managed 5 campgrounds, and 8 day use areas for several years, and found the staff at the Renfro Valley KOA to be very friendly, caring and helpful, clean facilities and clean campsites. In addition, the campground is family oriented with plenty of activities for all. I was impressed. We can't wait to get back for our next visit.

Our site was way too small man that worked outside was very unfriendly

Overall the KOA was ok, people were very nice and friendly. The Halloween decorations were great. Sites 1-10 are pretty close to each other. Felt like we were on top of our neighbor. The dog parks were a nice size so the dog could run and get some wiggles out. Would probably stay again, but request a different spot.

The pumpkin hayride was a bit high for a family. You need to make everyone aware of the cost, before they go get on wagon. Side note, we watched people walk up get on wagon without paying, in front of us that had just paid $30.

One of the best KOA’s we’ve stayed at! Great staff and love the tree coverage! Water pressure could be better but that’s just something to consider improving. Highly recommend anyone stay here!

We love it there. They go all out for Halloween. Friday complimentary hotdogs and Margaritas, and Sunday morning Biscuits and gravy. Couldn't ask for nicer people, who run the place.

I have no complaints about the facilities, it was nice. The grounds looked good, the bathrooms were cleaned, and the staff was nice. My only complaint, PRICE. I paid almost 160 for two nights in my pop-up. If I hadn't been in a situation where I couldn't find anything else, I wouldn't have spent that much to camp. I'd love to recommend to someone else, but I would not solely based on $$$.

Hi, they were very personable and professional. We enjoyed the fall decorations and what they were doing every weekend with Halloween festivities. The only issue we had was getting out motorhome leveled. The pad looked leveled but still was slanted. Do to the situation we are getting our leveling system checked out to be sure. We definitely will stay again when we travel again this way! TY!

The campground was nicely groomed. We arrived at 2:30 pm and office was closed. Found our reservation on a clip board. Had to find our own site in a very confusing layout. What turned out to be workers were putting up decorations. Didn’t know they were KOA workers. None had on yellow and golf carts did not indicate they were KOA either. Water pressure was weak. WiFi was excellent.

Very nice people that work there. Check in was easy. Water pressure was terrible, husband complained. Office people said they get complaints all the time about the water. Lady in the office said they need another meter. It’s ok for a 1 night stay.

It was just a quick overnight, but we love being able to stay at this site. Easy in and out and we had a nice pull thru site.

Staff were friendly! We stayed for three nights. If you are looking for an overnight or two fits the bill. If you enjoy rustic, this will make you happy. If you are a cat lover, they have about three of them that freely roam the campground. It was quiet while we were there Saturday thru Tuesday morning.

The stay was great. We were in a patio site. It was very nice. However as we walked through the campground I’m not too sure about the other sites. They looked very uneven and not very well kept. That being said I still loved the campground and we have already booked another stay for Halloween weekend.

We had a very Nice 6 night stay. This KOA on the hillside was Quiet and Clean. The management and staff were ALL very helpful, attentive and felt like Family. The WiFi was outstanding! Hot dog/margarita friday, was fun, and made new friends. We visited a local attractions, 2 Battlefields and 2 flea markets, along with the Col.Sanders Cafe and Museum. Being from IN, this KY visit was great! Thanks!

Power had issues. I carry 2 power monitors/protectors. both reported open ground and refused to connect to campground power. I was late and I was exhausted so I just ran on internal power, defeats the reason for paying for the campground. Will not stay here again. There was a large breed very aggressive dog in a nearby campsite as well. no thanks

The staff were very friendly but someone should warn folks with on demand water heaters that there is not enough water pressure to trigger the water heater.

The drives were narrow and hard to maneuver our 5th wheel to the site that we were assigned; not ideal for a pull through site.

Might be the best small KOA we've stayed at. Very friendly folks.Great hiking trails on the top of the moutain . Something to do every night . THE best site i've had, quiet, shaded n peaceful . Mostly ol folks like us , but always nice to see young familys.
