The bed was hard and had flat pillows. The futon would not come down to use. Cabin was beautiful. I would stay again but bring my own pillows.

Im going to have to replace those pillows with better ones, thanks for letting us know. Yes, this particular cabin only sleeps 3. We do not allow the futon down because in that cabin it could be a fire hazard. We would rather be safe!

Great place to stay and the people are great only issue was there was no internet that worked in the cabin and I feel like for there premium cabin that shouldn’t be the case as none of the tvs would even work other than that no complaints and a great place to stay highly recommend!!

No running water in the entire campground booked for 4 nights and only stayed 1 night. The falls the owner referred us to view was closed due to renovations.

We had no warning the city was going to change lines thus shutting off warning. It was back on by 5 pm.

We always enjoy this little campground, and usually stay in one of the log cabins. This time however, we stayed in a trailer up behind the office. The interior definitely needs some upgrades. Mattresses were uncomfortable, living room furniture was suited for kids, mixed with beach vibes, and grandma's house. It was all over the place and not very comfortable.

We stayed in one of the deluxe cabins both on the way to Michigan and the way back home. We had a very nice stay. We hope to check this location out again during the summer season when the attractions around the area are open.

The cabins were filthy. I’m not sure they have a vacuum to clean the place. We killed 10-12 good sized spiders and there were lady bugs inside and outside of the cabins. Would not recommend this place unless changes happen.

These are cabins. There will be be occasional bugs. We did vacuum them for you and spray the outside. The cabin was definitely not filthy. Jay went above and beyond.

We stayed in the Park Model and Inwiuld not recommend it to anyone. The toilet flusher needs repair. It ran constantly. The furniture was terrible (blue couch and chair). Not accommodating for anyone. The beds had waterproof covers on them. Very uncomfortable. The unit was not clean. Hair and fingernail clippings found. Kitchen pans were unusable… scratched and dented. Overall. Very unhappy

This was our 10th year of camping and unfortunately our last. THE STAFF is always the best. The lack of updates to the cabins and campground has been very disappointing. Two-years with no bouncy pillow just as an example.Attendance was way down over the past few years and understandably so.Very sad to see this great campground go downhill when I remember how it used to be. Hope this changes.

Gracious, helpful staff, clean cabin and rest rooms. Enjoyed Friday night hot dogs and margaritas. Only criticisms, cabin had one electrical outlet down, leaving only two for 3 guys to charge phones, etc. (another outlet was taken by the AC), plus a tepee had mold growing on it.

The cabin was adorable and very clean. The shower had piping hot water and thick , clean towels. It was quiet and when turned out every light, soothingly dark. I prefer KOAto hotel/ motels because of the quiet and privacy plus they allowed my cats to stay too. Just perfect!!!

We stayed in the deluxe cabin it was nice the bed was pretty comfortable and there was plenty of linen. I wish there was bigger bowls in the kitchen and ee stayed for 2 days and was only given one garbage bag. The campground was beautiful and quiet.

We unfortunately got to the campground late so we did not have much time to check out all of the amenities since we were only staying 1 night. The late night check in was super easy. Everything was super clean, and they seemed to have a lot of fun amenities for families to enjoy. We stayed in a cabin, and we would definitely do it again!

Stopped for an over night stay while traveling. We stayed in the deluxe cabin, Easy check in, cabin was clean and stocked with necessary items. Enjoyed an evening campfire. Much better evening that staying at a hotel.

From the moment we tried checking and it was a problem they had put a double security deposit on my cabin they gave us the wrong cabin because the vacation rental I guess was out of order but didn't tell anybody that they were switching from a vacation rental which should have been a trailer to a deluxe cabin they didn't take any of the money off the bathroom doors in the cabins that don't work

Stayed in primitive cabin. My granddaughter and I got bit several times by spiders. Had to leave a day early to go to urgent treatment. Tried calling them several times. Never picked up phone. Finally emailed. No response or offered anything for have to loose a day because of early check out. Also suggest the cabin # 7 needs sprayed and cleaned. Bathrooms weren't cleaned properly or stocked

Staff very friendly and customer service great. Bathrooms clean, store to buy in was nice as well. The putt putt 6 hole mini golf was not maintained, broken pieces, weeds growing on it and tree trash/pebbles on them. Shuffle board is not level so as u play they go off the edge because it’s not level. Bed frame is not the same heigh for both long sides so hard to get out of the side by the wall.

While we really enjoyed our stay, we could tell something was wrong with the staff. The few staff that were there were wonderful and made sure our stay was amazing! However, we were told they haven't been paid in three weeks, you could tell they were working hard with little support from management. We love this place but want to make sure the staff are treated right, because it reflects.

I was sold a deluxe cabin and when I got there, they gave me cabin KT1 which was half the size of all the other deluxe cabins. It was a slap in the face after driving 6 hrs just to stay at this location. All the amenities are falling apart and rotting. There were stains on the towels and the comforter that I had to pay to wash so I didn’t have my deposit taken from me. Pool was nice.

Semi annual bike trip. Campground cabins were great. Had extra perks that other KOA cabins don't have ie sheets, blankets, pillows and towels. Awsome perks when traveling on motorcycles and space is limited and don't forget the free hotdogs and margaritas Fri night and pancakes with sausages on Sun morning. Staff was super. Thank you and will see you again.

Nice camping cabin with shade. Friendly attentive staff. Nicely stocked store. Wood was wet and ant infested. Men’s bathroom floor constantly wet. No toilet paper and towels. Country music at pool too loud. Here’s an idea. How about peace and quiet so we can read and enjoy the natural surroundings.

We do keep bathrooms stocked. We have a lot more people who enjoy music at the pool than those that don't. I would suggest our hiking trails to enjoy natural surroundings.

Beautiful peaceful setting. Has become our go to spot to stay when traveling between GA and MI. Friendly staff, pancakes on Sunday morning was a nice surprise.

I was very disappointed to find the cabin filled with mouse feces and urine and smelled of cat urine as there was a significant amount of mouse urine in the corner by the couch. I was informed I would receive some sort of discount or refund and have not seen that yet. Otherwise I think the grounds are nice and would return if this was resolved.

Staying at this location was our first experience at a KOA, and it was excellent! We stayed in a cabin and it was very clean and the grounds and facilities were well maintained. We stayed here unexpectedly due to a breakdown while moving across the country. Tina was at the front desk and was so nice and helpful. We will definitely be staying at KOAs during future travels.

Cabin could use an upgrade. Lots of dead bugs on the floors. Kitchen sink was clogged.

Might be the best small KOA we've stayed at. Very friendly folks.Great hiking trails on the top of the moutain . Something to do every night . THE best site i've had, quiet, shaded n peaceful . Mostly ol folks like us , but always nice to see young familys.
