Although we were just staying 1 night on our travel home, we found our site clean and in good working order. The staff were friendly and helpful. Was a nice surprise they had a Friday Hot Dog dinner for everyone. Was nice that we did not have to cook dinner. Will definitely stay again.

The location works for us, but the campground is older and the parking spaces are not level, and the asphalt is crumbling throughout. The restrooms were clean.

We stayed one night in route to home so I wasn't expecting too much, but the grounds could use some grooming and attention. Outside of our unit was mostly dirt which became mud in the rain so we were tracking in as we came and went. To be fair, it had been raining but there was little grass to absorb it. The people were nice however.

I love it when campgrounds have events going on w stuff to do. They fed me all weekend, great time. Thank you. We will be back, even thought it poured all weekend, still fun.

So fun for our kids (5 & 2.5), love that you had fun activities and ammenities. It even rained the entire time and we had a blast! Friendly staff, loved the pizza option and that it was even delivered to the RV! THANK YOU!

Very accommodating when faced with a swampy campsite due to recent heavy rains. They moved us without hassle. We also had a delicious bbq dinner for Memorial holiday weekend- on the house. So kind and unexpected! Thanks so much for everything!

The Campground is a mess. The sites are not level, partially pave, partially gravel, lots of wet muddy areas after a rain. The sewer, water, electricity are located on the extreme ends of the lot. It looks like nothing has been done to maintain the campground as it should be.

The bed was hard and had flat pillows. The futon would not come down to use. Cabin was beautiful. I would stay again but bring my own pillows.

Im going to have to replace those pillows with better ones, thanks for letting us know. Yes, this particular cabin only sleeps 3. We do not allow the futon down because in that cabin it could be a fire hazard. We would rather be safe!

We only stayed one weeknight, but the very kind manager gave us a choice between 3 good spots. Campground super well maintained, restrooms very clean and cute with knotty pine walls and floral curtains (in the Women's anyway!). Location really close to the Kentucky Music Hall of Fame and the Music Center. Will definitely stay at again!

We only stayed a couple of nights but the campground was clean sites easy to access staff very friendly would definitely recommend it and stay there again

This is more of a Journey KOA. Let’s start with the positive. WiFi worked well and electric worked. No water pressure, cable TV did not work, and not TV reception via antenna. Will try the journey down the road next time.

We have not had cable in a few years, and yes there are not many local channels for the antenna. I would travel with a Roku or Fire stick.

Site not close to level front to back. Tried to cancel over a month before. Did not realize booking was non-refundable. Could reschedule, but wasn't interested.

No water. Pressure, sewer hook up was to far for my sewer hose to reach. Need to be closer to where water and electricity hook ups are.

Tina did an awesome job. I booked two sites and Tina went over and beyond to help me get both sites next to each other. Tina was extremely helpful and nice. But every employee we talked to was really nice.

Great place to stay and the people are great only issue was there was no internet that worked in the cabin and I feel like for there premium cabin that shouldn’t be the case as none of the tvs would even work other than that no complaints and a great place to stay highly recommend!!

Nice well managed campground in a beautiful setting. My only suggestion is that the gravel sites need to be paved. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Staff was very nice and proficient. Campground was clean and all utilities worked great. The reason for 4 stars was the sites need some TLC. Our site was very difficult to level up with Autolevel. It's no fault to the campground, but getting up the hill to registration was difficult with the slope.

The staff was extreamly helpful and friendly. The sites we were in needed alot of repair. We are elderly campers and the uneven patio pavers were very unstable. The bathrooms while very clean, were slippery and the shower curtains did not close well and flooded the bathroom. The water pressure was very low.

Especially liked the roaring rock truck. The “patio” was higher than the rig. I usually select koa for my travels.

The main disappointment is that your sites are not level at all. We spent almost 2 hors trying to level it for our camper to no avail. Other than that, it was a nice campground.

When we arrived we were not able to fit in the spot they gave us so they gave us several spots to chose from. We picked the one closest to the dog park to make it easy to take our dog there A little over a week there the owner advised the staff that we had to move because we did not pay for an upgraded spot. This was VERY inconvenient for us Park is very run down. We left early

Staff was friendly and helpful. The campground does not meet the standards I have to to rely on in KOA parks. Picnic tables in bad shape, one pad was so uneven we had to change sites. Pads are “pull through” but only one side is paved to the road. In short, the place looks rundown and a bit shabby. It was okay for one night but I would never want to stay longer.

I only stayed overnight, but I was very happy with the campground, the nice camp worker who escorted me to my campsite and how quiet and peaceful it was. I’d stop there again!

The lot was sloped and camper would not level. Dead piles of grass everywhere. Water pressure was very low. Water was rusty. The road coming up and going down was steep and cars going wrong way. Most expensive KOA we’ve stayed.

We only stayed one night. Our spot was uneven and we had to use blocks under our steps in order to get into the camper. The entry road is very narrow. I wouldn’t stay at this campground again.

sadly our site was covered with last years leaves while other "unused" sites were clean - I understand it is the beginning of the season but April 19th should have had cleaner sites - The bathrooms were flooded and we were there for 2 days and NEVER saw the staff nor were able to enter the store :(

The natural habitat surrounding this campsite is beautiful. However, the sites are extremely run down. The RV pads seriously need to be re-paved, "grassy" areas are mostly weeds and dirt. The women's shower appears to have some nice renovations but could really use new faucets and shower heads as well as a better drainage system for water runoff (shower basin?). Not a Holiday KOA, maybe a Journey.

Might be the best small KOA we've stayed at. Very friendly folks.Great hiking trails on the top of the moutain . Something to do every night . THE best site i've had, quiet, shaded n peaceful . Mostly ol folks like us , but always nice to see young familys.
