Unfortunately only there for one rainy night, but all was fine. We'd previously stayed for several days while on an Airstream caravan, and had a great time there then.

Some of the sites could use work to make them level but there lots of play area for the children .The camp grounds are in a good area for day trips and there are many interesting places to visit. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We were just in for a night but the staff was over the top helpful and friendly. Common areas are well kept and very clean. It looks like a really Fun place for families, lots of amenities. Challenging terrain for XL trailers and motor homes.

Stayed one night. Staff was great. Check in easy. The bathrooms were clean and spacious and the campground was quiet. The only down for us and the reason for 4 stars is the patio site. The site needed an upgrade and was not near as nice as others we stayed in and paid less for. We Paid $90+ here and Would not spend the extra money for a patio site here again.

Was just a stop on the way to Tennessee but will say that some of the sites are very tight. There were maybe 10 other campers in the park and they placed me right next to one of the 10 instead of the multiple other sites that were open. There was a tree that made it very difficult to get my 38' rig in, especially in the dark and rain. Park was OK, nothing special.

Fun games for kids and nice bathrooms. HORRIBLE unlevel, broken gravel sites. Must be repaved or made into gravel sites. Old broken asphalt on most sites. Will not return.

The Renfro Valley KOA is one of the nicest campgrounds I have stayed in the past several years. The facilities are simply wonderful, very family oriented. We actually used this as a layover on our way to our desitination, and decided to stay on our return... We had a wonderful time! Tina, Jay, Angel and Jessica went out of their way to make everything perfect! July 4th was a blast and so were the other activities! We will definitely come back here!

For the price of 90 per night, we were disappointed about the low water pressure and wifi situation. However, everything else was a 10/10! Office staff was amazing. If this would have been priced at 65 per night as the majority of the other parks, we would have rated our stay as much higher.

We loved the campground, facilities and the large K9 park. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only negative was that the water pressure was very low. One day while in the shower the pressure went so low that I couldn't rinse off. A few minutes then it came back up. I mentioned it to a staff member and he said it was the old water lines. Others in the park said theirs was low too.

The store seemed to be closed most of the time. No one at 4pm in the afternoon to check us in. Campsites that are staggered so every two campers face each other. I did not like this personally.

The store is opened until 6 every day and until 8 on Friday and Saturday. We did not close early any day.

Over the 6th & 7th, the bathhouse wasn''t cleaned, stalls out of toilet paper showers dirty. We had 2 sites and site 22 had to leave a day early and a refund for that day was not given back to us. There was a tiny little sign behind the counter that state no refunds for early departure after check in is obstructed with multiple workers behind the counter. Their refund policy in general is bad.

We got put into a buddy site with strangers. We did not like that. We felt our site (37) was hazardous because there is a big drop off of the asphalt where our door was, and tree roots all over the ground where our awning was. The guy told us we HAD to pull in at that position. We were there for three nights and felt that one-nighters got better sites and placement.

Pool was closed for almost a whole day and the store had hardly anything in stock. I just feel like for the price, things would be better.

Pool was closed when lightening got within 10 miles, during inclement weather and for a short time afterwards. It was reopened by early afternoon.

We have stayed before,was nice. This time was locked in the bathroom (yelling, pounding on the door) for 15 minutes and no one came to let me out. When a camper let the KOA people know, they finally came to let me out.Heard from the other side of the door that this happens all the time, why don’t they fix it? Then, a dumping station on the only one lane exit out, sat in the line waiting then too

Campground was very nice and manicured, bath houses were clean and in very good condition. We only stayed 2 nights but will be back for longer stays due to all the things they had for the kids to do.

Employees were super nice, pool was nice and and the store good. Sites were tiny shared sites that sucked. Jump pad dirty and under inflated, basketball court was super tiny, store closed early in general wish we would have stayed elsewhere.

It was a really nice and clean camp ground. The gravel sites required a good deal of leveling and the sites were extremely close together. Almost didn’t have enough room between to let the awning out.

The campsite I had was fairly level the only complaint I have is the sewer drain was higher than the site, which makes it very difficult when you drain your holding tanks. I was able to get it done and your campground isn't the only one like this. I've stayed at other KOA campgrounds with the same issue. Other than that I thought the site with patio was very nice we enjoyed it.

Staff was great. Host was great. I came two different times. First site was level and clean. Second time was on Asphalt. It was very hard to level as I used all my tools to do it. Bathrooms pretty clean. Showers need some TLC otherwise bathrooms as good. Grounds are clean and campground in a great setting.

One night stay in pull through site. Gravel, and not very level, barely wide enough for the motorhome, when we stepped out to the ground, it was very unlevel could not place a chair outside of her motorhome because the unlevel ground.

Might be the best small KOA we've stayed at. Very friendly folks.Great hiking trails on the top of the moutain . Something to do every night . THE best site i've had, quiet, shaded n peaceful . Mostly ol folks like us , but always nice to see young familys.
