There was no grill, no fire pit and the rv parking. It was bad, not level at all.

We do take the grills away for the winter. We would have gladly brought a fire pit had we known!

This KOA is the best one yet! Tina has been extremely helpful and I feel like I made a friend. We stayed at many KOA's traveling from Las Vegas, NV to Kentucky in search of a home and decided to stay for a month waiting for our closing date and because we are very comfortable staying here. We even had a heated hose delivered from Prime to this location. Thank you Tina!!!

Bathrooms were freezing. Our first site had no power and we had to move. Sites are too close together.

There were many available sites yet the office person put me on one that had a tree so you could only pull in so far. I had to unhitch, move my truck, move my coach over in order to get out next morning. Also, I had to dig away the debris and use a tool to get the sewer cover off. Office closed at 4 making it inconvenient for any needs. My car pass was for 102 then she switched me to 58.

You were switched to 58 because that is a very easy site to get into and out of. Please call next time if you have issues, we will gladly resolve them!

Just a quick overnight stay. All was great except the space 45 50 amp outlet did not play well with my surge protector. Moved the plug to #44 and all was good in the world again. Luckily space 44 was not being held for another camper.

Office hours were very limited and cable TV signal was really bad. Trails are unimpressive. Other than those things all else was fine.

Everything went as planned. The management and staff were awesome and took good care of us. All the amenities were great especially the super clean bathrooms and showers with lots of hot water. This KOA even has a trail that was especially decorated for Halloween and haunted. The leaves were at peek color this past weekend and we really enjoyed our time at the KOA Renfro Valley!

Excellent spot to camp for any duration. The park is well appointed and very scenic including hiking trails throughout the property.

Wonderful camp ground. However, the office was only open 3-4 hours a day and wasn't stocked...at all. No drinks..

We loved the sight! We camped in a tent and enjoyed our spot. However, there was no one to greet us or to check in on us the entire stay. The bathrooms had a sign posted that said they were closed for cleaning from 10-12 am, they had not been cleaned the entire stay. Store hours were 2-4 and the lady was not friendly. We bought wood, no offer to deliver to sight. Unlike a KOA that I rave about.

Very nice campground and friendly staff. Professionally run Halloween Holiday Weekend. Children were all very well behaved and polite.

It was nice to be upgraded to a patio site; it was pretty level (we did not disconnect), and the resort had some beautiful trees with their fall foliage. The only negative was the specific free hand marker arrow highlighting their littering fine. Isn't this a bit presumptuous? We actually took trash someone had thrown into our fire pit, and put it in OUR trash; WE did not want to be fined.

Yes, many people treat their fire pit as a trash can so we do draw attention to that. We are happy you emjoyed your patio!

Disappointed on this trip. Bathrooms were not clean..it was one of the Halloween weekends and they allowed one site to give out alcoholic drinks to all adults. Was not very family oriented. Seat on picnic table was rotten. Only one fireplace for 2 sites to share. For the price you pay, this is unacceptable.

The campground certainly did not allow anyone to sell alcohol and was unaware of it. Bathrooms start clean but it was a huge crowd.

Very disappointed that the bounce pillow was never inflated and the pancake breakfast didn’t exist even though they are both listed on the website. Other than that a good stay.

Both the jump pad and Sunday breakfast was removed from the website last month. We had too many activities for Halloween to also do breakfast! Hope you emjoyed those.

My only complaint is the shower house. Apparently the drain in the handicap shower was clogged. Additionally, the middle shower floor appeared to have feces. The last shower was out of order. This may be contributed to a large crowd. I believe more frequent inspections by staff is necessary. The feces on the floor was noticed by me at 9 pm and it was the same the next morning.

We booked at the very last minute. They had one spot open. We expected not to have the best spot. Uneven gravel lot. We made the best of it. The bathhouse was clean as well as the campground. Friendly staff. Good Wi Fi. Trash pick up. Activities for the children. There were better sites there and would return. Just book ahead of time.

We stay almost yearly for the Halloween festivities. And I must say, this year was pitiful. The haunted forest was a true joke. We asked in July to be by our family and was told at check in that we couldn’t. The jump pad didn’t work. Give the campers the option to vote on favorite site! Bring back paying to reserve certain sites so we can stay with our family from out of state! Not sure to be

Generally satisfactory. Was expecting the cable to work. The price of your wood was pricey and you had very few drinks to sell. We would come and stay again though.

Owners are letting the grounds go a lot that needs repaired but we had a great time and the campground staff was wonderful!

It was a Friday of Halloween weekend so it was a little busy but it was fine. The people are great and very helpful (especially Tina).

The campground is in a horrible place. Up a steep drive and down a worse on to leave. Our site was terrible. So bad we left and did not even stay. We went to another campground a mile away. Do not stay here.

It was a peaceful and beautiful area. The grounds were well maintained and everyone was friendly!

We stayed for two nights and we had a nice long flat for hook up gravel site. The staff was very friendly and helpful. we would stay there again, but only if we reserve one of the long flat sires. We have a big rig.

Customer service was not up to par in relationship with other koas, had a scheduled power outage and was not informed of this, went to office and there was already a closed sign on door within 5 minutes of power outage.

If the power outage was scheduled that is news to us. It took us all by surprise and we were available.

Site was too small, when I extended my awning it was over the picnic table of adjacent site. I entered site correctly so utilities were on right side. KOA operator said I should have pulled in opposite direction, sewer connection would have to ran under camper. Not a very well designed site. I will not go back there.

Great place. They had a Halloween thing going on. Lots of sweet little trick or theaters. Check in was easy and friendly. Easy access right off I 75.Would definitely recommend this place.

Might be the best small KOA we've stayed at. Very friendly folks.Great hiking trails on the top of the moutain . Something to do every night . THE best site i've had, quiet, shaded n peaceful . Mostly ol folks like us , but always nice to see young familys.
