Ladies up front were great. Don't like that everything has to go to Texas 1st and then straightened out at the koa. We love Lebanon OH koa, they take care of everything right there and call you by name.

We stayed here for 4th of July. The site we stayed on was good, it had a Paw Pen, which was nice for our dogs. I saw two issues - we were told NO GOLF CARTS allowed, yet we saw other campers with them, with what appeared to be underage drivers. Also, the pool area was designated no smoking but I saw camp staff smoking while doing maintenance on the pool equipment. The fireworks were awesome!

We allow golf carts if a guest has a mobility issue. We don't allow them recreationally.

For the most part we enjoyed the stay. To pool was good and events they had planned was good also. The rest rooms could use some attention and restocking in a timely manner. Water pressure was low but not a big issue. For what we needed from a campsite the site was pretty good. I would recommend Renfro valley KOA for a good overnight stay.

The campground amities are excellent. Wonderful clean A/C laundry room. $2.00 washing machines and $1.50 dryers. All new and clean. Our problem came in with the narrow roads in the park. We had a pull through lot, but had to unhook our tow to swing out of our site. They also only have a small percentage of 50 amp hook-ups. A big rig pulled in next to us and we both had issues other the power.

Ownership had noted on reservation allowing golf cart but management team was rude and stopped us many times even though was used for medical purposes. No communication. Water pressure very low also

Wonderful experience. Just wish less gravel in grass areas on camp sites. I will return again

Stay was great. Lots of activities for everyone. We used to utilize this campground several times a year. Unfortunately the prices rose and we can go other places for half the money. I noticed campground wasn’t booked for holiday weekend. It used to be full. Other than pricing our stay was fine. Pool also needed attention. Lots of bugs and debris I think filter needs backwashing.

We had a wonderful time at the KOA campgrounds. It seemed more like family, with all the people we communicated with, we love the pool. We love the activities. We will come back because we had a wonderful time.

Stayed in primitive cabin. My granddaughter and I got bit several times by spiders. Had to leave a day early to go to urgent treatment. Tried calling them several times. Never picked up phone. Finally emailed. No response or offered anything for have to loose a day because of early check out. Also suggest the cabin # 7 needs sprayed and cleaned. Bathrooms weren't cleaned properly or stocked

Phone representative wasn't very knowledgeable about events for the holiday and misinformed us of everything going on. Wasn't the experience I thought it was going to be.

Was not able to use the site we reserved, due to length. I did input my coach length, but somehow it didn’t work out. Very difficult to move to other site due to having to back up from the registration area. We did not want to unhook our tow vehicle, but ended up having to in or to avoid damage to our coach. Did not get a refund price difference of sites.

This is the worst KOA that we have ever stayed at . Our full hookup site was a patch of weeds. The electric box had a broken door. Complete rip off at $70/ night. Stay away!

Staff very friendly and customer service great. Bathrooms clean, store to buy in was nice as well. The putt putt 6 hole mini golf was not maintained, broken pieces, weeds growing on it and tree trash/pebbles on them. Shuffle board is not level so as u play they go off the edge because it’s not level. Bed frame is not the same heigh for both long sides so hard to get out of the side by the wall.

Was very disappointed, I had dead animal hair and cigarette buts and trash all over my campsite, the playground was unsafe the bounce pad was ripped up and full of dirt and was not happy that I had to walk on hard big rocks at my site instead of grass ,the trail are over grown and not kept up , I will never go back

While we really enjoyed our stay, we could tell something was wrong with the staff. The few staff that were there were wonderful and made sure our stay was amazing! However, we were told they haven't been paid in three weeks, you could tell they were working hard with little support from management. We love this place but want to make sure the staff are treated right, because it reflects.

We only stayed one night, but there are so many things for kids to do at the campground. We had a fun morning playing mini golf, taking silly pictures, and playing on the playground before we left. We will be back to stay longer next time.

Quite campground with easy interstate access to Lexington, Berea and London. Poor water pressure (20 psi) at my site. Management said they have discussed with the city to increase pressure.

Warned that you leave your campsite clean or you are issued a $25 cleanup fee. When I got to my site, it had not been clean. I had to sweep leaves and dirt off the patio. It was a very dirty sight.

I was sold a deluxe cabin and when I got there, they gave me cabin KT1 which was half the size of all the other deluxe cabins. It was a slap in the face after driving 6 hrs just to stay at this location. All the amenities are falling apart and rotting. There were stains on the towels and the comforter that I had to pay to wash so I didn’t have my deposit taken from me. Pool was nice.

Semi annual bike trip. Campground cabins were great. Had extra perks that other KOA cabins don't have ie sheets, blankets, pillows and towels. Awsome perks when traveling on motorcycles and space is limited and don't forget the free hotdogs and margaritas Fri night and pancakes with sausages on Sun morning. Staff was super. Thank you and will see you again.

Staff are the nicest people. There could be some improvements done to the place like umbrellas on pool deck, and overall maintenance of the sites. It’s a great location and really a little more attention to the grounds would make a world of difference!

Nice camping cabin with shade. Friendly attentive staff. Nicely stocked store. Wood was wet and ant infested. Men’s bathroom floor constantly wet. No toilet paper and towels. Country music at pool too loud. Here’s an idea. How about peace and quiet so we can read and enjoy the natural surroundings.

We do keep bathrooms stocked. We have a lot more people who enjoy music at the pool than those that don't. I would suggest our hiking trails to enjoy natural surroundings.

Refused to put propane in my motor home's permanently mounted propane tank. Did not know that the expiration date only applies to portable tanks and the certification does not apply to internal tanks in good physical condition. A campground should have more knowledge about this. Otherwise the stay was OK... The next KOA I stayed at filled me up though!

Staff was great!!! Had an issue with the electric at my site and they moved us to another and was up in running in no time. Pool was really nice as was some of the other amenities.

Might be the best small KOA we've stayed at. Very friendly folks.Great hiking trails on the top of the moutain . Something to do every night . THE best site i've had, quiet, shaded n peaceful . Mostly ol folks like us , but always nice to see young familys.
