We have stayed at many KOA Holiday campgrounds. They have been well maintained and places that we would definitely go back to. Renfro doesn't seem to meet the Holiday KOA expectations. The person that checked us in was friendly but nobody to lead you to your site, the grounds needed work at the sites. Not what we expected from a KOA Holiday.

We enjoyed our stay at the campground. Clean bathrooms, well stocked as well. And very friendly and attentive people to take care of any questions or needs we had.

Short but sweet...appreciated the critter warning signs but made me a little nervous. Very peaceful setting. Unexpected bonus was free pancakes before we had to leave...thank you!!

The campground lacks regular maintenance, grass not cut, the power station cover was broken, sewer cap broken, these were like this for quite time. However It did appear the pool area was kept up.

This KOA is older but is well kept. Everything looks nice and is taken care of. The bathrooms are clean. There are a lot of fun activities to do for kids and adults, like the foot pool and mini-golf. The pool looked very nice too. The dog yard is clean and maintained. The field is nice to walk around, although there are a lot of chiggers and no-see-ums. Complaint: Cats poop in the fire pit GROSS!

Site had a broken picnic table that was blocking the entrance. I needed to jump out and help the woman who guided us in to move it. Also the water and electric were in a peculiar place. We ended up using the electrify and water from the next site after asking permission. Water was difficult to connect and I could not get the filter on due to the angle. Not worth the cost.

Very clean bathhouse and grounds. The sites need to be widened and better area for the picnic tables. Every night of our stay we smelt someone smoking marijuana very close to our site, very, very disappointing considering your policy on no drugs and having to explain “the smell” to my five grandchildren.

From the moment we tried checking and it was a problem they had put a double security deposit on my cabin they gave us the wrong cabin because the vacation rental I guess was out of order but didn't tell anybody that they were switching from a vacation rental which should have been a trailer to a deluxe cabin they didn't take any of the money off the bathroom doors in the cabins that don't work

I saw the reviews about unlevel sites andctgey are accurate. While our pad was asphalt it was not graded where our steps could touch the ground even after we had to drop the left side wheels off the pad to help achieve level. We had to put several blocks of wood under our steps and quite frankly it did feel unsafe going in and out of our trailer. Location needs to improve the lots!!

Campground was nice and clean. We stayed in site 3. Every night we could smell the odor of someone smoking marijuana coming from up above us either near the cabin or the sites up above the dog park. Everyone in our group could smell it and it was very strong. It was disheartening that my kids had to be exposed to that. Campground was great otherwise.

We only stayed one night but we are already making plans to come back! Your staff is excellent, and were very helpful whenever we needed anything! Note that this campground is on a steep hill, so sites are not always level. Make sure you have plenty of leveling blocks, just in case!

We stayed one night on our trip from Georgia to Wisconsin. The staff was so nice and friendly and made us feel welcome. We arrived a little late for the free hotdogs but they pulled them back out and made them for us anyway. Will definitely stay again.

Most awful place we have ever stayed at. We reserved a 4 night dlx patio site. There wasn’t any power at the site. It didn’t appear that there had been for quite some time. They moved us to a reg buddy site. Very awkward setup. There were feral cats EVERYWHERE! One jumped in our SXS and turned the lights on in the middle of the night. They were in the trash bags. This was an "unplanned" stop on our trek home from Tennessee. We loved the campground; it was quiet, and the staff and other campers were very friendly. Our site was a pull through which made me happy as I had been driving all day and just wanted to [put down roots for the evening. We will definitely keep this location in my KOA app fAVORITES.

The sites are very unlevel and narrow making it hard to get rv level and put steps down. Electrical was not good had to be worked on 2 times was shocking kids when they touched the camper. Employee blamed it on surge protector. Cats running around. Kids enjoyed the playground, even with busted bounce pad. Pool was nice. Laundry looked nice. Worst KOA ever stayed at. Very run down. Needs TLC!!!

We were personally invited to attend the Friday night cookout in the barn at 6pm with drinks. I had not started dinner yet and we went. It was so nice to get there and meet a family who were coming in with about 12 units for a family gathering. The cook was wonderful as well as the drink maker. lol. We stayed for about an hour before heading back. Our site was very nice I must say. Nice time!

Very tight for big rigs. pads are ok but not the standard. My panel box at site 48 was off exposing wires, not good if some child put their fingers in there. can't put out awning because tree limbs are so low. park was quiet and the grounds are good just very tight close together sites. I will pass on coming back to this park in the future.

The staff was amazing!! However, the sites need attention. Not very level and the pavement on the sites is all broken and crumbling.

Not big rig friendly! Many spots are labeled as pull through, but the concrete is buckled and not usable as pull through. Lots of empty spaces, but they wanted to stack us all together. Water pressure was so weak that I couldn’t wash the shampoo out of my hair. Roads are steep and narrow.

The pool was nice. There are plenty of things for kids of all ages to do. The bath house could use better lighting, but was overall the best we've seen for a campground: Tiled floor-to-ceiling, plenty of stalls, clean, the showers were very nice. A lot of thought and planning has gone into the campground upkeep. Our site was level and was easy to get in and out of. A good experience.

All was good, except your TV hook up, we had no Cable and not even One Antenna Channel. That’s terrible this day and age :-(

Nope. Never again. The positive, friendly staff. The negative, everything else Sites not level, weeds everywhere, we had a a pride of wild cats everywhere. I was very disappointed and left with two days left. KOA needs to reassess this KOAs status

Might be the best small KOA we've stayed at. Very friendly folks.Great hiking trails on the top of the moutain . Something to do every night . THE best site i've had, quiet, shaded n peaceful . Mostly ol folks like us , but always nice to see young familys.
