I love the KOA Deluxe Cabins! Clean, family friendly and fun, the cabins never disappoint you. We’ve staid in two locations in KY so far and both locations were super nice and had friendly staff.

The staff was friendly. The $100 Deposit required is the first time I've heard of this at a KOA! Had to call to remind them to put it back in my card. Camping cabin for 1 night, very bare bones. First cabin they gave me #3 smelled horribly of disinfectant or cleaner, so I was moved to #4. Campground was nice to walk around, pool was closed. All in all, ok for the price.

I’m sure this is a fine park for small rv’s. We were too big to maneuver through the hills, trees and small spaces. So if you have a big rig, we would not recommend it.

The sites were well maintained. The staff were great. My only comment is about the site we were in. I looked like a new topping of blacktop was added to the old now there is large step from grass to first step.

Absolutely do not recommend staying here. Price are outrageous. The manager was very unprofessional and used foul language with my wife. When asking why they would move the mail box so the mail could get delivered and not have to wait for a personal to pick mail up from the post office they told us because we can’t. After speaking with the post office this wasn’t the case. Find other places!!

You are gone because your wife refused to stop driving at excessive speeds through the campground with your very young child on top of the car. Also, as she was told, the day we got the all clear from the utility company is the day we moved our mailbox.

Great dog parks. Roads in and out are not for large rvs. Park is hard to maneuver .Lots are close together. Okay for an overnight stay.

We were surprised that the office was closed when we arrived at 3:30 p.m. and there wasn't any phone number listed for urgent situations. The site we were in was a bit tight and we watched as an older gentleman was at the office looking for help because his electric wasn't working. It was very hot and humid and we were glad to see someone finally coming to assist them. It is a pretty park.

We are sorry you didn't have the best experience. I am very surprised to hear the office was closed, we typically do not close early. For future reference, the phone number is listed right outside the front door and on your map.

Our site was not very nice and they were trimming and chipping up stuff from trees from 8:00 - 5:00.

It was very hard to get up and into this park due to the tight roads leading up to the KOA. And the rows in a 38’ travel trailer is very tight to get out of. Other wise, nice park and facilities. It’s very hilly and more conducive for a smaller trailer.

It was easy in.Perfect for a one night stay. The exit was a little scary especially the steep down hill just before the main road.

I stayed I the Tee Pee. It was great. The cot was very comfortable. This is the Econ KOA I have stayed at and was impressed with everything there. Everyone is super nice and friendly and the workers asked if I needed anything. Great plead to stay and easy to get back on Rt 75 to continue my trip.

Campground itself was great. The site we were on was so I level that I had a hard time keeping my balance sometimes. I get that this is a challenge for the owners but it can and should be done.

Nice campground, but I subtracted one star because of the speed bumps leading up the hill. Absolutely brutal, they could take them out and replace them with something less punishing. Other than that, I enjoyed my over night stay.

Very peaceful. Well maintained and very pet friendly with several dog parks. Enjoyed the movie night at the barn. Staff was very friendly. Cable didn't work, but wasn't there to watch TV, so not a problem for us. Close to Berea, KY. and Kentucky Music Hall of Fame. Would stay there again if in the area.

We rented a deluxe cabin for a small, get together, family, and to go see the Ark. We were just there for one night. The cabin was clean and perfect for the four of us.

Nice little park. When we arrived at 4, we asked how long the office would be open as we wanted to come back and purchase something. They said 6. We went back at 5:45 and the door was locked and nobody there.

Very nice campground! Loved the cleanliness of the restrooms and the water pressure. That shower was wonderful!! My only concern was the hill leaving the park. We hooked our car up to our motor home at a gas station so fortunately we didn’t have an issue, but I could see where folks could. I’d suggest making folks aware ahead of time. Water pressure kept going down low and cable didnt work. I paid for a premium site and didnt get a premium stay.

Thank you for the feedback. We try to make people aware about issues we are having with cable. We are working with Spectrum daily to get this resolved. Unfortunately we are on city water and the pressure does get low at times when the campground is full and water is coming uphill.

The restroom was great! Clean, uncluttered, in working order. Unfortunately, the cabin, which was nice and cool, did not have a microwave, a little refrigerator like we found in another state for lower cost! The people are friendly there. Plenty of things to do for children especially.

Our website does list all amenities in each type of cabin. We do have cabins with microwave, tv and mini fridge but that is not the type of cabin chosen. We would love to have you come stay again in one of our larger cabins.

The asphalt on the site was crumbling and the width of the camper barely fit. I understand that this KOA is built onto a hill, but something could be done to level out the sites. The angle of the site was unsafe for the camper and the angle of the site was not pleasant for actually trying to “camp” and sit outside. For $85/night, it was way over priced for the site we were assigned.

The campground is very nice and well maintained. The staff are excellent. The hill coming in and going out is a little daunting.

We visited the KOA on May 10th. We met the new managers Preston and Tiffany Swanson. Preston gave us a a private tour. The improvements to the park and facilities are amazing. It was our first time back here in 5 years. We encourage all of our camper friends to give the new owner and managers a visit. My wife and I miss this wonderful park and our many friends we made while here. FYI we were the owners of this KOA from 2010 -2017. We will be back to camp the next time.
