It was a very nice stay. It was more for kids and we didn't have kids with us. The staff was great! I would recommend paving the roads. We like to ride bikes it wasn't very bike friendly. Really liked the grill that was available at the site but they could be upgraded. The dog areas were very nice.

We didnt give a 5 only because there is a known problem with the electric on some of the shared electrical sites. However, the staff immediately moved us when we complained. (Break down and reset- ugh. We were comped though) The website also does not tell you in advance that many of pull thru sites are shared. The staff was fantastic and grounds were well maintained! Overall a great stay!

THE BATHROOM/SHOWERS WERE NOT CLEANED VERY WELL DURING OUR STAY, BUT I PARTIALY BLAME THE PEOPLE THAT WERE USING THEM NOT TRYING TO TAKE CARE HOW THEY WERE TREATING THEM. WE LOVED THE CAMPGROUND AND WILL DEFINITELY RETURN.

Campground was great but if you go make sure you reserve with a buddy because most site are set up that way if you go alone get a end space or you will be sharing your camping with total strangers

Yes we have many buddy sites. If you make reservations over the phone, you can request to not have a buddy site.

Called the office to book our stay and was told that we would have a spot next to two other friends that were supposed to have a buddy site. After check in was told that they were unable to accommodate. Our friends that were supposed to have a buddy site had to face people on each side (like they were sharing a buddy site with the people next to them instead of each other).MoreComplaintsButNoSpace

nice campground, many activities on site, really nice bathhouse, cabin we rented was clean but overall poor, not enough slats/support under the mattress on the full size bed-very uncomfortable also not a good value, the prior 5 nights we spent in a KOA cabin in Sweetwater, TN - to compare, that cabin included a small fridge and Roku TV - I’m expecting a refund for the 2nd night we didn't stay!

This was our third time staying at this KOA. We love staying here! Everyone is so friendly, helpful, and kind. So quiet and peaceful there. We met new people and had a wonderful stay. Will be going back in the near future!

Loved the campground and the management but once the campground got partially full the water pressure was negligent.

This was the last stop in a three-week trip that included about 5 KOA campgrounds. This was the worst campground we stayed at. The water pressure was so low that the hot water system in the camper would not work because it did not detect the flow to heat the water. The cable did not work at all and the sites are very packed in. I love KOA and try to use their campgrounds but this was terrible.

Site was nice but upgrades drastically needed. Kids play area has some maintenance needs (mulch, remove broken connect 4, update carpeted areas ) pool needs to be repaired properly. Putt putt also needs new carpet. Just needs spruced up. Equip in good shape. Water pressure was the worst. Only trickled out of faucets. Once more campers arrived it became almost impossible to get water at all.

Great stay. The amenities were great lots of games, dog runs and the pool. These were by far the cleanest restrooms we have ever been in when camping. We only stayed one night as a quick getaway but would definitely recommend.

This was not a good stay. A storm knocked the power out at 6pm on 8/17, our campsite lost power so after 6 hrs our battery was dying and we were never communicated w/ about the power at all let alone knowing when it would be back on so we left in the middle of the night 2 save our food in fridge. Should have a back up power supply for the campground and someone to let someone know what is going on

Absolutely no water pressure an according to people around us no one was happy we paid for a full hook up an couldn’t even take a shower

There were many empty sites but the lady at the desk gave us a site right next to someone else. Our campers faced each other with both picnic tables side by side. They didn’t appreciate it and neither did we. It’s a poor layout with shared outdoor/eating spaces.

Been on the road now for over a month with most stays 2 to 4 days. This is the nicest RV park we have stayed at. Sites are great, wi-fi actually works, bathrooms are large, clean and kept up. Store has everything you may need and staff is the most helpful and friendly. Even free coffee as we were getting on the road again.

A very enjoyable quick, overnight stay. This place certainly has great stuff for keeping the kids busy (although we didn’t need), a nice pool, love the huge chair for photos! Site was level and park was very quiet and enjoyable!! Tina in the office was very helpful with reserving a spot! Jessica & Jay in office also were very friendly & all 3 were so welcoming!! Thanks again KOA

Had a package delivered and office staff didn't notify us or bother to bring to our site.

Deluxe pull-through site wasn’t deluxe at all. Difficult to get into the site. All gravel site was not level at all. Very pretty location though.

We had an amazing time. All the staff was incredibly nice, friendly, and helpful. From the guys at checking, on Thursday afternoon, to Darrin and the entire camp store staff. We always enjoy staying at this KOA, especially with the current staff. Bathrooms, pool, and all other community spots are so clean and neat.

The cabin we stayed in was not cleaned, I was under the impression we would have linens. But we didn’t. You could clearly tell the cabin had not been “cleaned” - I was concerned we had small campers and there was an old metal pole that had very sharp jagged edges sticking out of the ground. We went to the store to be greeted by a dog that was peeing everywhere. The smell was horrible.

The pad was uneven and overgrown with weeds. Very disappointing as a KOA. I kept thinking that there has to be someone in KOA that monitors these sites. I would not recommend! Not to mention that I paid over 100 dollars to stay on this site. Never again!

The staff are absolutely the best! They made my kids very happy with the water gun wars. The amenities do need to be repaired/updated, though. The bounce pad had holes and was under inflated. That caused an injury to my kiddo. The foot pool balls are raggedy and busted. The gaga ball was busted. Etc... These are things kids love to do. Please repair them. We come back every year.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were updated and clean. The only suggestion I have would be to update the cooking appliances in the Kamper Kitchen. Quite a few of the burners do not work.

Might be the best small KOA we've stayed at. Very friendly folks.Great hiking trails on the top of the moutain . Something to do every night . THE best site i've had, quiet, shaded n peaceful . Mostly ol folks like us , but always nice to see young familys.
