My pull thru parking class C pulling a fiat 500 , drove in on an un level site , had to put boards on left side fr n rear wich I didn't care for doing dark to get unit level as others had stated in past .

We are sorry you experienced this. It is sometimes hard to keep level sites when you're in the foothills of mountains but leveling sites is on our winter to-do list.

Staff was amazing. Robert checked on us everyday. We had an awesome time handing out candy and seeing all the different costumes.

We did enjoy our stay but the campsites really need some work. The neighbor had blown all his leaves ove on us and we couldn't find our sewer hookup. There were HUGE rocks the you could hardly see that was very dangerous for both kids and adults. I trip several times but luckily didn't fall. Over all the camp was clean. The guy could have blown leaves behind the sites. Need more workers

Only 2 problems we had Small bees everywhere hard to eat they was all over us NO WATER PRESSURE site 49 and 50

We overall had a good stay. We liked the space at our back-in site (17). Good: walking trail, kids play area, outdoor kitchen, overall noise level at night & most of the day. Bad: the men’s bathroom was in bad shape every time my husband went (soaking wet floor, dirty toilets & sinks), and the women’s had no paper towels the whole time. But everyone was friendly & helpful which we appreciate.

We love renfro Koa! We really enjoyed helping out either the Haunted Trail! Robert is the best! We will definitely be back!

The sites need total renovation. When your pricing is on par with RV resorts, you expect paved, level, easy accessible sites. Class A motor homes pulling a vehicle should not have to navigate steep grades with no clearance to get to a spot that is marked as a pull through RV spot. The staff and activities were the only saving grace!

It was wonderful. So many fun activities for the kids and adults. Trick or treating was so much fun for everyone. Very clean bathrooms and great staff!

The site was full of leaves and large green nuts(which I slipped on!) Hope that chain saw used for spook night had the teeth removed?! Over all appearance of camp ground was unorganized and messy.

Campground was clean. Did not use any facilities so no comment. There are 2 women in the office that were helpful but the men were not. Basically they went out of their way to avoid work.

It was a great weekend of all things spooky. A few negatives, we reserved and paid for a premium site with patio. The site we were put on did not have the extras we paid for and we were not even able to extend our canopy out all the way due to a tree.

Our stay was fantastic! The events were fun and the staff was very helpful and nice. Tina, the park Manager, made sure that we were well.taken care of. Hopefully we will be able to return next year!

Interesting site sandwiches between two cabins. Traffic flow was strange. Hard to take a walk through the campground. Very kid friendly though play equipment was in poor shape. It worked well for us since we spent very little time at the campsite.

Pleasant people but sites were very unlevel. The water pressure was terrible, the cable did not work, and the weekend prices went up to $85 a day.

Our family stays there annually and it's always great. The staff is very helpful and professional. We enjoyed our stay. I was abit taken by the $10.00 per car after one per day. That would have been an extra $40.00. It was reduced and I greatly appreciate it but we rented the deluxe cabin that sleeps six so it should not have added costs per car unless there was a huge party. Thank you again !

Great clean campground. Staff are INCREDIBLY nice and helpful! Even convinced our daughter to go on the haunted trail- which she loved! Great Halloween weekend :)

Based on the price, I would have expected a much nicer campground, The grounds and utilities are not maintained. Sites are in need of repair very close together. Simply mowing the grass (starting at entrance to campground) throughout would improve the appearance. I understand this is an older campground. But, upkeep is the key to repeat business.

I have been to 100s of campgrounds and I can honestly say that I have never felt more welcome than I did at The Renfro KOA! I regret that I didn’t get the woman’s name who checked us in, but she was so warm and kind. I will highly recommend Renfro KOA!

Only complaint is low water pressure. Good pressure for your showers and they always clean.

This KOA was very nice and well kept up. The restrooms and showers were clean and modern. We were there the second week of October and the park was decorated nicely for Halloween. The dog park was also very good.

We had a wonderful stay!! I booked our Halloween trip and then my granddaughter broke her leg. She is 7 and the staff was absolutely fantastic to her. Another great weekend filled with great memories!!

Staff were super nice and very helpful. Spots were decently spread out and the outside activities for kids were fun! Thank you for a nice experience.

We visited the KOA on May 10th. We met the new managers Preston and Tiffany Swanson. Preston gave us a a private tour. The improvements to the park and facilities are amazing. It was our first time back here in 5 years. We encourage all of our camper friends to give the new owner and managers a visit. My wife and I miss this wonderful park and our many friends we made while here. FYI we were the owners of this KOA from 2010 -2017. We will be back to camp the next time.
