Perfect location, easy to get to right off I-75! Clean, quiet and excellent customer service. We will stay there again in the future.

We had a nice stay. The office was closed when we arrived around 2 pm. We found our check in info on board outside of office. Campground was clean and well tended.

Everything was good, one suggestion l suggestion wider shower curtain to keep dressing area dryer.

Have good brakes, the driveway is steep, the park was very clean and quiet

Nothing was open that the koa magazine said the campground had to offer. Also the camp sites are very uneven and hard to level your rig. I did like the dog kennel on the site. Thought the campground was below the level of the price they charged.

One night stop over on our way home. Level site; not many other campers so nice and quiet. Close to I75 - some noise but not bad.

I realize there were unusual conditions at the campground due to cold temps and unusual snowfall. I was told that because of the cold water would probably not be available. With that said, what I didn't expect was not being able to find or access to the drain which was completely covered in ice. We paid for full hookup and got electric. Also the streets in the park were slippery, not well clered

Missed the closures time but when called they joined us to get us registered and put us on the perfect site for our one night stay. We have been to Renfro Valley before and would recommend them to get a much needed quiet night sleep when travelling.

Extremely disappointed. Traveled from Florida back home to Ohio making a stop here. This was the most expensive KOA stop and was a complete dump. No staff was available. Grounds looked like they were used to store campers and / or homes for people. Couldn’t even get a shower in the morning because the water pressure was so bad. We were so disappointed. Will never stay here again.

We actually had 2 staff here, and if they were out on the grounds, their phone number was posted on the door. We do have long term campers and we love them. The campground is definitely not a dump.

Disappointed with the condition of the campground. Pull thru site assigned should not be considered a pull thru as it drops off sharply at the one end. The trailer would bottom out when leaving the site. Moved to a different pull thru that was better. Wifi would not connect using password given. Water pressure was non existent and could not connect sewer line as the sewer ground port was too far.

Rented a tent site and stayed one night, bathrooms were clean, staff was great. We will definitely return.

over night stay on a long trip 43 ft towing a car. Very pleased with accommodations, size and easy accessibility into the pull thru site. Close to stores and restaurants. Very nice campground.

We always enjoy this little campground, and usually stay in one of the log cabins. This time however, we stayed in a trailer up behind the office. The interior definitely needs some upgrades. Mattresses were uncomfortable, living room furniture was suited for kids, mixed with beach vibes, and grandma's house. It was all over the place and not very comfortable.

We stayed in one of the deluxe cabins both on the way to Michigan and the way back home. We had a very nice stay. We hope to check this location out again during the summer season when the attractions around the area are open.

As always, I request a pull-through on Hank Cockerin lane #50 & up. This time they put us on #9 in the back row, the site was way too short. THANKFULLY, a worker saw our issue & was able to make a change & moved us to site #49 on Hank Cockeran. This site was very unlevel (as are many) but dealt with it as it was 21* out. I wish they would honor request, especially as the park was empty!

Check-in process was well communicated. Campground was clean and well maintained. We have stayed here twice and will returned in the future. Highly recommended.

great place to stay even though we spent just 1 night. the staff was fast opened up for us even though we were there after hours. clean campground. friendly staff. would recommend staying here.

I only rate this campground a 4 because I did not have time to take advantage of the many activities and sights it has the offer . The reservation process was easy. The staff there are organized , very friendly and welcoming. I hope to return to the area again and take advantage of the options Renfro KOA has to offer .

Very nice. The facility appears older but nicely kept. The woman who greeted us was very friendly. Our stay was enroute to a further destination so we only stayed overnight. Rain in the morning accelerated our departure. We may stay again.

Nice walking trail through the woods. Spacious sites. We were there in November and there weren’t lots of people there. Great spot. I didn’t use their showers.

The cabins were filthy. I’m not sure they have a vacuum to clean the place. We killed 10-12 good sized spiders and there were lady bugs inside and outside of the cabins. Would not recommend this place unless changes happen.

These are cabins. There will be be occasional bugs. We did vacuum them for you and spray the outside. The cabin was definitely not filthy. Jay went above and beyond.

We were put in site 55 with a dog pin. We don't own a dog. I think, after talking to our friends, we were charged more, for a dog pin we didn't need or use. Not sure why we were put at this site. We weren't give the option, or told we were paying for a more expensive site.

We stayed in the Park Model and Inwiuld not recommend it to anyone. The toilet flusher needs repair. It ran constantly. The furniture was terrible (blue couch and chair). Not accommodating for anyone. The beds had waterproof covers on them. Very uncomfortable. The unit was not clean. Hair and fingernail clippings found. Kitchen pans were unusable… scratched and dented. Overall. Very unhappy

We were an unexpected visitor due to a mechanical breakdown of our truck. The staff bent over backwards to ensure we all set up as my wife, sister-in-law and two cousins were in charge of setting up the trailer while I remained with the truck. That evening they even found transportation for us to a concert in town where we were able to make lemonade from lemons. We stayed four wonderful days.

Might be the best small KOA we've stayed at. Very friendly folks.Great hiking trails on the top of the moutain . Something to do every night . THE best site i've had, quiet, shaded n peaceful . Mostly ol folks like us , but always nice to see young familys.
