The lot was sloped and camper would not level. Dead piles of grass everywhere. Water pressure was very low. Water was rusty. The road coming up and going down was steep and cars going wrong way. Most expensive KOA we’ve stayed.

We only stayed one night. Our spot was uneven and we had to use blocks under our steps in order to get into the camper. The entry road is very narrow. I wouldn’t stay at this campground again.

sadly our site was covered with last years leaves while other "unused" sites were clean - I understand it is the beginning of the season but April 19th should have had cleaner sites - The bathrooms were flooded and we were there for 2 days and NEVER saw the staff nor were able to enter the store :(

The natural habitat surrounding this campsite is beautiful. However, the sites are extremely run down. The RV pads seriously need to be re-paved, "grassy" areas are mostly weeds and dirt. The women's shower appears to have some nice renovations but could really use new faucets and shower heads as well as a better drainage system for water runoff (shower basin?). Not a Holiday KOA, maybe a Journey.

We really liked the Renfro Valley KOA. Sites were large and lots of trees. Bathrooms have been recently renovated. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lots to do at both the campground and in the area. I tend to stop again on our way back north to check out the area. The Refro Valley Music Center offers some high end talent and nearby London is a cycling Mecca.

Nice and adequate campground you will find w/most KOAs. Facilities were clean. Only thing I found was the urinals in the men's bathroom was inop since last fall when we stay there. I spoke the care taker. His response was the owner of the campground doesn't budget for those repairs, unfortunately. The campsite 33 surface where you park your camper was substandard. Needed to be resurfaced.

Very few campers the night we stayed, but very low water pressure. Otherwise a lovely place, well kept in spite of early season.

Overnight stay was adequate. Park is older, needs updated. Electric and water systems. Sites were ok. Staff was friendly and pricing was fair.

The spot was unlevel. The Exit road was not marked very well. The office did not show me my spot. Just gave a map. I almost got stuck leaving. Road was very narrow. I will never go again

We had 4 dogs with us and the dog pen was a Godsend. Campground clean, friendly workers. Thank you so much for the wonderful time!

This was my second time to visit this Koa. Having enjoyed it the first time, I decided to stay again on my trip from Indiana to Florida. It was so nice and peaceful I decided to stay an additional night. It is a great place with friendly people. The bathroom and kamp kitchen are both very clean. All in all, a great visit and I will stay again on my return trip.

Needs a lot of TLC run down the camp sites need to be totally redone the staff was very friendly and accommodating could not get level and she upgraded my site to a full hookup at no up charge . Campground has great potential with a lot of amenities just needs a lot of TLC.

Our stay was early in the season, and we had a nice site. The park could use some TLC, but the staff was friendly and we had no issues.

Campground sites could use some attention road to gravel and quite a narrow road going in to the park in the hills and then coming down with our big RV and tow a little steep so we would not stay here again. But if you need an overnight stop for a smaller rig would be OK.

This KOA is showing it's age. Needs some TLC.

Some highway noise. Trash in bathrooms not emptied in a timely manner. Toilet paper not refilled timely. Urinals not working. Shower drainage in men’s was poor. Hole at campsite was likely to cause a sprained or broken ankle. Grass not cut.

No running water in the entire campground booked for 4 nights and only stayed 1 night. The falls the owner referred us to view was closed due to renovations.

We had no warning the city was going to change lines thus shutting off warning. It was back on by 5 pm.

It in my opinion is nowhere near koa standards shabby campsites looked un kept charged way to much for a campsite. The caretaker was very nice and was helpful.

We had a great stay at this KOA! We stayed in early April so there were only a handful of other campers and actually we were the only guests tenting. We were given the option of sites and chose to stay near the bathrooms. It was very well lit at night which I find helpful. The owners were very accommodating to our needs and their communication was helpful. The KOA was very clean and well laid out.

The lot was very uneven the grass was tall wasn't real happy about paying 90.00 dollars for the site in the condition it was in

Only reason I stop there is it"s midpoint on my route. Pads are not level and require use of blocks. Feels like stepping back in time. Very outdated.

The camp ground staff was amazing, very helpful. We came in early camping season, a lot of the amenities were run down and not well taken care of. However I would def come stay again

One night stay on our way home. Easy on and off I75. We've stayed there 4 years in a row and it's the only place we'll stay in future on our way home.

Facilities were nice and clean. Plenty of free things for the kids to do. The camper spots left a bit to be desired. Hookups were in a difficult spot manage.

The park was among the worst campgrounds I've ever stayed at. The roads were extremely tight, the grass was uncut, and nobody was working at the campground; it just looked like a lack of maintenance. The sites are unlevel, and the electric box was a fire hazard.

As the sign on the door and the website said, we are closed Tuesday and Thursday. There was a number on the door to call if you needed anything.

We select KOA campgrounds because we like the familiarity. It is very disappointing when the office is closed, and/or amenities are not available. This particular stay has the office closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and apparently this means the bathrooms aren’t cleaned on those days either.

Bathrooms are cleaned every day. We are now on summer hours, and yes, amenities were not available during winter hours, but there is still lots to do here.

Unfortunately it was unseasonably cold the night we spent here. We did not see much of the grounds. But, very nice reception upon arrival, moved closer to bathrooms (helpful because it was so cold). Facilities were nice. Easy in/out and close to highway. Thank you!

Very nice place to camp. Location is great for our trip to Renfro Valley. Could have better water pressure and some of the lots levels to have less side grade. WiFi was outstanding and the staff is great to deal with.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They definitely are a positive for this place. There needs to be a lot of TLC with the campground and sprucing it up, making it look nice Should be a priority.

Pictures on website were very misleading, sites are in bad shape, Some cracked concrete, most uneven, or just gravel. I am not reviewing any of parks amenities as it is still considered winter, but much needs to be “spruced up “ The staff that was there were very friendly and helpful

Site was not very level and challenging to maneuver into. Paw pen was great and patio pad nice.

Might be the best small KOA we've stayed at. Very friendly folks.Great hiking trails on the top of the moutain . Something to do every night . THE best site i've had, quiet, shaded n peaceful . Mostly ol folks like us , but always nice to see young familys.
