This was not a good stay. A storm knocked the power out at 6pm on 8/17, our campsite lost power so after 6 hrs our battery was dying and we were never communicated w/ about the power at all let alone knowing when it would be back on so we left in the middle of the night 2 save our food in fridge. Should have a back up power supply for the campground and someone to let someone know what is going on

Absolutely no water pressure an according to people around us no one was happy we paid for a full hook up an couldn’t even take a shower

There were many empty sites but the lady at the desk gave us a site right next to someone else. Our campers faced each other with both picnic tables side by side. They didn’t appreciate it and neither did we. It’s a poor layout with shared outdoor/eating spaces.

Been on the road now for over a month with most stays 2 to 4 days. This is the nicest RV park we have stayed at. Sites are great, wi-fi actually works, bathrooms are large, clean and kept up. Store has everything you may need and staff is the most helpful and friendly. Even free coffee as we were getting on the road again.

A very enjoyable quick, overnight stay. This place certainly has great stuff for keeping the kids busy (although we didn’t need), a nice pool, love the huge chair for photos! Site was level and park was very quiet and enjoyable!! Tina in the office was very helpful with reserving a spot! Jessica & Jay in office also were very friendly & all 3 were so welcoming!! Thanks again KOA

Had a package delivered and office staff didn't notify us or bother to bring to our site.

We allow guests to receive packages as a courtesy. We do not inform you when they arrive nor do we deliver them

Deluxe pull-through site wasn’t deluxe at all. Difficult to get into the site. All gravel site was not level at all. Very pretty location though.

We had an amazing time. All the staff was incredibly nice, friendly, and helpful. From the guys at checking, on Thursday afternoon, to Darrin and the entire camp store staff. We always enjoy staying at this KOA, especially with the current staff. Bathrooms, pool, and all other community spots are so clean and neat.

The cabin we stayed in was not cleaned, I was under the impression we would have linens. But we didn’t. You could clearly tell the cabin had not been “cleaned” - I was concerned we had small campers and there was an old metal pole that had very sharp jagged edges sticking out of the ground. We went to the store to be greeted by a dog that was peeing everywhere. The smell was horrible.

The pad was uneven and overgrown with weeds. Very disappointing as a KOA. I kept thinking that there has to be someone in KOA that monitors these sites. I would not recommend! Not to mention that I paid over 100 dollars to stay on this site. Never again!

The staff are absolutely the best! They made my kids very happy with the water gun wars. The amenities do need to be repaired/updated, though. The bounce pad had holes and was under inflated. That caused an injury to my kiddo. The foot pool balls are raggedy and busted. The gaga ball was busted. Etc... These are things kids love to do. Please repair them. We come back every year.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were updated and clean. The only suggestion I have would be to update the cooking appliances in the Kamper Kitchen. Quite a few of the burners do not work.

Nice KOA. We got there after dark which made it difficult to find our spot due to no lighting and a missing road sign. I recommend using the handicap stall for showering, the other stalls have shower curtains not wide and low enough to keep water from wetting anything on the other side.

I was not sure where we were going to stop for the night. Got in a little late with no reservation and had to use the envelope, worked out good and had a good site to get into.

Unfortunately only there for one rainy night, but all was fine. We'd previously stayed for several days while on an Airstream caravan, and had a great time there then.

Some of the sites could use work to make them level but there lots of play area for the children .The camp grounds are in a good area for day trips and there are many interesting places to visit. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We were just in for a night but the staff was over the top helpful and friendly. Common areas are well kept and very clean. It looks like a really Fun place for families, lots of amenities. Challenging terrain for XL trailers and motor homes.

Stayed one night. Staff was great. Check in easy. The bathrooms were clean and spacious and the campground was quiet. The only down for us and the reason for 4 stars is the patio site. The site needed an upgrade and was not near as nice as others we stayed in and paid less for. We Paid $90+ here and Would not spend the extra money for a patio site here again.

Was just a stop on the way to Tennessee but will say that some of the sites are very tight. There were maybe 10 other campers in the park and they placed me right next to one of the 10 instead of the multiple other sites that were open. There was a tree that made it very difficult to get my 38' rig in, especially in the dark and rain. Park was OK, nothing special.

Fun games for kids and nice bathrooms. HORRIBLE unlevel, broken gravel sites. Must be repaved or made into gravel sites. Old broken asphalt on most sites. Will not return.

The Renfro Valley KOA is one of the nicest campgrounds I have stayed in the past several years. The facilities are simply wonderful, very family oriented. We actually used this as a layover on our way to our desitination, and decided to stay on our return... I am planning a time to come and stay longer with the family, we didn't have enough time to site see, but we will definitely be coming bac

Might be the best small KOA we've stayed at. Very friendly folks.Great hiking trails on the top of the moutain . Something to do every night . THE best site i've had, quiet, shaded n peaceful . Mostly ol folks like us , but always nice to see young familys.
