unfortunately there were people that were throwing off fireworks and firecrackers etc. at 1:00 in the morning on site 94 and 82 there was a staff worker that was given a and alcoholic drink from site 82 site 94 a cabin had their dog off leash majority of the time even though that they were told by staff members. all in all, it was a great experience that I would not accept going back to having to

I had a great trip at the Renfrew KOA - this is my 3rd stay there and I would definitely recommend this park. Friendly and helpful staff, very clean facilities and beautiful tent site with a great view of the lake (especially at sunrise!), very nice shady trails for walking my dog, and some cool activity spaces including an RC car track which I was able to take advantage of this time. Great spot!

Friendly staff. Found the tenting spots to be very close to each other. Jump pad was missing for kids and the splash pad was not functional but seemed to be lacking. Camp K9 area was small and could be updated.

Friendly and courteous staff. Everything was in order. Site was ready and in order. Only small issue is one of the 3 showers (no pressure for both H & C) was not working. Would not have been an issue had I found out before getting ready to go into the shower ;-)

Was amazing,very clean campground. Their was hick up at check in but the staff were quick to address and get fixed, all the staff were great and very welcoming to day the least will definitely go back hopefully next time their will be no fire ban but still a great experience,none the less

As always, we absolutely love coming here. It’s now our family tradition! Normally everything is kept well, this time the washrooms were not clean in the morning. Hopefully this was a one off, as we love it here! Thank you for all the wonderful memories

We booked the group site. There was about 80 people in the group site. It was big and comfortable enough for 80 people. What the group think was missing and very important to the group was WATER , and not enough picnic table for 80 people. We were just given 4 initially, We requested 2 more and.theyhesitantl given us 2 more. So 6 picnic tables for 80 people. Other than that , we enjoyed our stay .

It would be nice if the fire pits were equipped with these especially in non electric sites. Helps with cooking. Was quite loud with a party going on past midnight somewhere, lots of music and yelling.

Amazing staff. Kids loved the mini putt, remote control car race track, and swimming area. My 6 year old says “best campground in Canada” we drive 2.5 hours to camp here

Staff is always amazing. kayaking out on the water took a walk on the trials for a long weekend Price was awesome as always had a great mom vacation

My fiance and I stayed at a tent site for the weekend and had an amazing time. We generally avoid provincial parks and stick to the back woods. But KOA Renfrew did not feel like a stingy Government run establishment. Very accommodating and laid back. Highly recommend, especially if you have children

I only stayed 1 night but in that short time I got to enjoy the charm of the campground. Staff were lovely, I had a cherry site (#26) and tons of amenities! Definitely will stay again Definitely will be staying again

Staff was great, our lot was nice and clean. Unfortunately we chose this KOA because of the RC track but it was underwhelming. The cars weren’t operational- luckily we brought our own but the track was more of a bunch of random obstacles - not very RC car friendly. My kids were also bummed that there was no jumping pad even though that was also listed in the amenities.

The good things were friendly staff, clean facilities, plenty of activities. What made it bad was noisy neighbours loudly arguing near our campsite in the evening, constantly dropping the f-bomb. Another neigbour (or maybe the same one) was talking very loudly, dropping the f-bomb, until just after midnight. It was hard to sleep and I felt very sorry for the family with young children nearby.

If you're going to tent they say there's a tenting area yet you are still surrounded by trailers with their lights and generators loud. Our camp site ended up also being a brush dumping site so we didn't get much privacy. When booked I was given a picture of our lot with no lot number until we got there. Lot looks nothing like the picture no water front view. Store is expensive.

Very nice site. Enjoyed driving range. Although there were some kids who kept trying to come on our site to fish. As well as screaming at eachother. Not very peaceful. But had a good time

You have children working, there needs to be adults. The place was disgusting, mold on showers, sinks the dirt everywhere disgusting. Was not impressed. Needs a lot of updates. Adults working, would be a start. Cleaning tasks need to be placed, just gross.

I needed a place to stay, nice facilities, nice staff. I would have liked more access to the laundry room as they close at 8:00 pm? They said quiet hours after a certain time, but people were up talking loudly at midnight. It's not a huge deal, but if you have rules enforce them, or don't have them.

People are camping too close together. It's very noisy (the people and you can hear the highway). People driving around at 5am waking people who sleep in tents up or coming back to their cabin at 10:30pm and shining their lights directly in the tent. My kids found the water gross and weedy too.

Great campsite, with a bunch of stuff to do. Lake is nice but small with a beach. I would definitely return.

Stayed October 11, 2025. Passing through Ottawa stayed a this lovely KOA. Didn't have a reservation. Friendly checkin experience. Offered a pull through site. Quite night. Dog and pet friendly. Enjoyable!
