A very clean campground with some of the friendliest staff we’ve met. Our kids loved the driving range, fishing, paddle boats, and swimming. The splash pad is freezing but perfect on a hot day. The lake has leeches, though the swimming area has deterrents. Bonnechere Caves and the Diefenbunker are great nearby attractions. Highly recommend!

Although the campground was well maintained I was very disappointed that there was no internet at my campsite. To use the Wi-Fi it was necessary to go up to the store which made it very inconvenient to maintain contact with my family. Not everyone has a large data plan so having Wi-Fi available is essential for all campers. Otherwise the campground was quiet and a lovely place to rest .

Friendly staff. Free mini putt. Although had full services, overnight campers placed in an open field, with no trees. Felt like overflow area. Firepits were oddly placed (too close together and too far from trailers). Many other campers treated this area as 'off leash' area for their dogs. Very small natural swimming area; would highly recommend the addition of a pool.

Wi-Fi did not work even after we informed the office personnel. We really needed the Wi-Fi to be dependable as we tried to book a campsite for our next day's travel. We were not able to do that even when we sat at the office. Sad! Fulltime camper was our neighbor; their dog barked a lot. Not really a nice night.

Fantastic. I was only there for a weekend, but the employees (especially Jerry and Amanda) knew my daughters name and always said “Hi Neve” on their way by. Josh was also very nice. The campground had much more amenities than i ever anticipated.

Everything was amazing. The staff, the amenities, level of care they put into keeping the site clean. It’s one of the cleanest campgrounds we’ve been to. Had a blast!! My only complaint and I don’t even know if there’s anything they could do about it, is the leeches on the beach. Unfortunately, my oldest daughter did get one stuck to her. We had a (always do) great couple days camping there! Lots for kids/teens and adults to do! All the staff are super friendly and accommodating.

Our family of 4 stayed over the Canada Day long weekend. So much for the kids to do and see. Giving a 4 star rating due to the fact that a few things we were hoping for weren't available as advertised :( 1. We had planned for the advertised spaghetti dinner and pancake breakfast that was not available once we had arrived but nowhere did it say cancelled. 2. The jump pad was no longer there :(

Wow! What a great campground! Friendly hosts, friendly campers, and so much to do with the kids! Excellent spot to go with kids, its small and safe, people are respectful and the kids all seem to play together and bond at the beach. The kids in our party lived their best life! Campground facilities were clean and well cared for. Pride of ownership really shines here. Thanks and we will be back!

Unbelievable! First time camping in 20 years so I didn't know what to expect. You went above and beyond my expectations! Absolutely beautiful campground, clean quiet. Staff were amazing courteous and so compassionate during that terrible storm. Checking in on campers , concerned with our safety. My camping experience was just perfect. I'll definitely be returning! Thank you staff !!

Staff were pleasant, grounds are well kept. Being it was my first time at a KOA I did not know it was a trailer park. For that reason would not return.

Advertised was a big bouncy mat. One of the main things my 3 kids were shown on the websites and they were crushed to find out there isn't one. Your map has the lake shown as 110' deep. ' = feet, except this lake is not 110 feet. It is 110 inches, which should be written as 110"! Talk about misleading. Please advertise honestly. We felt duped. Also, most of the time the splash pad was off in 30

A very pleasant stay, easy check in and escorted to our site. We have a 30' class C and no issues what so ever. Very quiet and clean, appreciated the bathrooms and friendliness of the staff. Will stay again.

We had such a great visit at your KOA. Did some canoeing, badminton and mini putt. The camp ground is absolutely beautiful and every single person that works there is amazing. I really enjoyed my stay. The tent area was very beautiful and well maintained. The whole campground was beautiful, with flowers everywhere, bathrooms clean. We loved the big open spaces to play in, and the free mini putt was awesome. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is due to the insane amount of leeches in the water. I did not feel comfortable swimming. Kids loved capturing them though!

For the price koa renfrew is great not the most fancy or up to date facilities but very welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. They will help you with anything you need. Great activities for the kids that they set up as well. My kids had a blast. If you are looking for a down to earth simple but great camping experience with your family I would recommend and give it a try.

We called at the last minute and were setup with a lovely site after hours. Sites very clean, well kept & great price. Staff were super friendly and helpful! Campground is setup for individuals, families or groups to enjoy everything from short or long term camping, swimming, paddling and even a driving range!!

Absolutely the best little campground for families with kids. So much to do included in your stay. Small, safe community feel in the campground. Facilities are clean and well maintained. You can feel the pride in ownership here! Staff are friendly. Really can't think of a single bad thing. We'll definitely be back!
