It was my choice for my 50th Birthday and we enjoyed our stay, campfire, meal. Thank You KOA Renfrew we love the peaceful night and full moon too. We will be back again �������ϋ�������

Nice quiet and clean campground. Hours need to be updated on Google as it stated open until 8 and when I arrived at just before 7, the lady told me they closed at 7. Even though it was near the end of her shift, she took her time to get me checked in and was super friendly. Shower heads could be replaced. A plug (or ext cord) beside the bed would be useful. I would stay again.

The KOA was so clean ! The staff is so helpful and polite. We love that the store had everything we needed. Will definitely be coming back

Stayed in a cabin with my small grandchildren. We had a blast. Playground and splash pad was a hit. Very clean washrooms and friendly staff. The kids didn't want to leave!

Relaxing, peaceful and a great getaway as always!! The staff is very friendly and washrooms are clean. Lots to do. By far the best KOA I have been to . Been going there for 20 years since my kids were toddlers/babies.

We rented the 4 cabins and we had a great time! The park was so very clean, the staff were so polite and helpful! Having free access to mini putt, playground, trampoline, and lake was so wonderful to get out together with the family! Thank you for such a relaxing happy spot to visit! Donna O’Grady

I came here every Summer as a child but will not ever return after our last visit. Aggressive, drunk neighbours kept us and our daughter awake until 4:30am and threatened violence against us when we asked them to quiet down. MGMT gave a warning but the threats continued a second night with no repercussions from staff so we left a day early, with no apology or refund. Completely embarrassing.

My daughter and I had such a blast. She loved seeing the turtles, swimming and playing at the playground. We also enjoyed many games of mini putt. The cabins were nice and we can’t wait for our stay next year�

I would like to Thank Sonja, Beverly, Steve for understanding my trip this time to get a repair done on my RV. I had to get a cabin which was just awesome experience. My repairs took a extra day, which Sonja understood and had hold on cabin. Your Kampsite is just awesome and my dog just loves the grounds to go for walk. Hopefully it will be awesome next year when I return. Thanks to everyone

Bathrooms are in dire need of updating. Other KOA's have the same cabin with table and 2 chairs inside as well as fridge microwave and television. Dog park was pretty small. There were no instuctions as to where to leave key when checking out as office was closed until 10am.

Staff here are amazing! Extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. Discovered a wasp nest under the cabin and attacked my service dog. They came immediately to attempt to get rid of them. When other cabin had left 3 dogs in their cabin all day, and they were barking incessantly, the park manager came by right away. I enjoyed the cabin very much.

We had a great time at this camp. The weather was lovely! But, the pedal boats were all broken. We would have loved to explore the lake. On the other hand, the customer service was excellent!!���

As always our stay was not long enough. Renfrew KOA is our go to getaway/vacation spot. I have been going since my girls were small. Staff is very polite, helpful and accommodating. They did a great job putting on many events this weekend. I have been to many KOA's and it is definately my favourite. I highly recommend, never disappoints!

Had an amazing stay! Everyone was so incredible friendly and nice, it was very clean and well kept. It was beautiful and so inviting. I can’t say enough good to bugs about the staff or the camp!! Cant wait to come back in may!!!

My daugther n grandson stayed but I visited one day. I love they camp site and how very understanding they were to up grade at the last might from tent to cabin bc of all the rain. Will be booking for myself and a friend in the coming months for a get away love it there

This was our second time at KOA Renfrew, we enjoyed it very much. We have rented the cabin both times, we like that we can have space to move about and secure our stuff. The area is always very quiet (at night). We will be back for sure.

Very clean and quiet. The reception was super friendly and helpful even though we arrived 5 min before closing. She still took her time with me and didn't make me feel rushed. I would stay again in a heart beat.

It is a really good camp site. Only issue was that I wasn't given the site I really reserved. Even if I reserved about 9 months ago, it is like first come first serve. Went when it was Halloween weekend and Hunted Woods was Amazing!
